We find that employees have a hard time going back to look up their award's tracking. Not sure if this is only user error.

Umsetzung in Europa mit grossen Mängeln. Mitarbeiter-Geschenke werden unverzollt verschickt
Kommentare: Kundendienst unfreundlich. Das "positive" Zeichen von Mitarbeiter-Anerkennung wird so schnell zum Albtraum, denn der Mitarbeiter bleibt auf Kosten sitzen und muss viel Zeit aufwenden um am Ende eine negative Antwort vom Kundendienst zu erhalten. Unsere Firma hat die Verträge mit OC Tanner zum Glück gekündigt. Der Kontakt mit O.C. Tanner wurde gesucht, leider hat O.C. Tanner kein Interesse an einer Lösung gezeigt.

Great Way to Highlight Appreciation in the Workplace!
Kommentare: O.C. Tanner has improved employee engagement and encourages everyone to bring their best self to work, as well as to show kindness to colleagues by recognizing their everyday contributions to the company's betterment.
Vorteile:
O.C. Tanner is an excellent way to recognize employees on multiple levels, from appreciation for everyday tasks to thank you's for completion of huge projects. It also allows employees to recognize each others' hard work and achievements!
Nachteile:
I would love if it were a little easier to use your preferred name on this software. I know there is a way, but if it were something that was clarified on first sign in, I think it'd be neat.
Helps you acheive critical employee engagement goals
Kommentare: Im sharing this review after using the platform for more than 2 years. If you have a global goal, using culture cloud makes it possible to achieve them easily, right from implementation till date several aspects of execution was smooth. Every company s unique internal system and process and the appetite to change are some of the elements to be kept in mind but the OC Tanner implementation partners helped every step.

Product is easy to implement, pricing models are thoughtful,award catalogue is good, responsive customer support,global reach and complaint to several IT lawsseveral plug in features (Outlook plugin, mobile app, teams plugin)
Nachteile:
Bills payable process can be re-engineered. communication aids can be improved.

Vorteile:
Culture cloud is a great tool for employee recognition across different levels of the organization. It makes it easy to recognize others and helps suggest the reward amount. It also keeps track of all recognitions in one convenient place.
Nachteile:
Employees are awarded points and pay income tax on those points. Because of this, I would prefer if the reward catalog point values were at or below MSRP for most items. For many products, the additional taxable income received in the form of points is above the MSRP for the product although by a small amount.
Excellent way to get your employees to be recognized

The catalog on ecard, and prices is great but overall have a culture of gratefulness is what drives Culture Cloud, and this is part of our company.
Nachteile:
nothing, this is great! I dont see how to imporve it, maybe the delivery of certain physical cards or move all to QR code to avoid the delivery of physical gifts can be an option

Impactfulness of Culture Cloud
Vorteile:
The features that are most impactful and important is the ability to recognize our employees especially when they are going above and beyond at work. The extra incentive helps them be recognized and rewarded.
Nachteile:
Some of the features of it need to be updated. I feel as if some of the program is outdated and this causes the program to run slower than it should be running.

I like most the ease of access and the ability to acknowledge and celebrate other employees!
Nachteile:
There isn't anything I could say that I like the least, I would say least understood would be the top rewards of the 999999 points.

The variety of options - to recognize others and to pick out rewards for myself. When I need to do some shopping, I can readily convert points to dollars at places I frequently shop.
Nachteile:
I wish that there were Dunkin Donuts gift cards.

Smooth Searches
Vorteile:
I use this with the Rewards Program at work and it's so smooth. You don't have to hunt for anything. It's all categorized wonderfully with descriptions. It makes for a stress free, enjoyable experience.
Nachteile:
The one and only "complaint" I have is the sizes available for apparel on the Rewards Page don't always match the sizes available from the manufacturer. You find a shirt, let's say, that's a 3X & you love it. You go to order it & the largest you can get is a 2X. Not fun.
