Cognism als Alternative für den EU Markt!
Vorteile:
In EU und naher Umgebung sind die Datensätze wirklich gut. Für die Kundenakquise nun die erste Wahl!

Mehr Updates zum Interface wären wünschenswert

Kommentare: Insgesamt sind wir mit Cognism zufrieden aber evaluieren trotzdem auch alternativen.
Vorteile:
Der Service sowohl vor als auch nach dem Verkauf ist herforragend. Die Bedienbarkeit ist wirklich leicht und gut verständlich.
Nachteile:
Die Intent-Daten sind wenig verwendbar da nicht wirklich geographisch korrekt zugeordnet.
A great tool for lead generation in eLearning!
Vorteile:
Six months in, and Cognism has become essential for our team. We used it to boost our lead quality—especially to find decision-makers we wouldn’t have known existed otherwise. We’ve been able to integrate it with HubSpot, which is great, though we do miss a list-building feature there. Thanks to Cognism, we’re reaching more relevant leads, have booked multiple sales meetings, and we’re actually about to close a big deal!
Nachteile:
I’d love to see more customization options in the cold email templates, but even as is, Cognism works great.
A very complete and user-friendly software

I think Cognism is the most complete, complex, and user-friendly software there is, at this time, and I can say that as I have been using it daily for multiple hours/day for more than 4 months. The web extension is a really great feature, due to its accessibility and user-friendly interaction. It has a very complete database regarding leads, with a lot of verified contact details, along with a great way to better qualify your leads, and not waste time on low-quality ones. Our CSM is very prompt and easy to talk to. He is always there whenever we have a problem and always finds a solution to the problem.
Nachteile:
I would say the thing that I somewhat dislike are the cases in which the Chrome extension cannot get information details from some of the LinkedIn leads, especially from countries in Asia more specifically.
Indispensable for Business Developmenz

What I appreciate most are the intelligent search features that enables me to find and contact the most relevant contacts in my territory. The data quality is outstanding and I can say with confidence that Cognism is indispensable in my daily tasks.
Nachteile:
It has happened a few times that data is inaccurate but this is to be expected and not a major problem.

Nothing. It has no database- all available is never updated emails and phone numbers. 90% bounce rate on emails and 95% the contact number is not available.

very consultative sales approach and seemed driven by creating value for us and finding the right version of the solution that best matched our needs as a business; rather than the salesperson being focused on their target and commission. Also the UX on the app is lovely and the data is very accurate.
Nachteile:
I really had no qualms using Cognism. I would suggest it could integrate with more systems but then I work at a company full of many disparate systems.
The best prospecting tool I've used

High-quality and accurate data for key prospects. Its intuitive UX makes it very easy to start using quickly.
Nachteile:
Occasionally there is inaccurate data, but the vast majority is correct.

Invaluable Daily Prospecting Tool
Kommentare: A daily sales tool used primarily when finding new prospects and potential clients. Instrumental to my team's daily routine at work.
Vorteile:
The ease of finding new prospects in different sectors and the ability to find contact details to assist the sales process.
Nachteile:
Sometimes there is contact info that is not up to date or missing entirely from the contacts you would like to pursue.
Great service
Vorteile:
I'm a big fan of Cognism's general layout, design and ease of use as well as other features such as intent data which I was fortunate enough to trial. My favorite overall is the LinkedIn Chrome Extension that they provide for data enrichment which works amazingly for me, to add prospects into lists and into Salesforce makes my life much easier.
Nachteile:
I'd like to see some more SME prospects though this would provide considerably more difficult for them to implement I'd imagine and perhaps rather niche use cases.
Using Cognism to contact key stakeholders instead of Accounts
Kommentare: Great, using it on a day to day basis and imagine how my daily routines would look like without.
Vorteile:
The fact that i can more or less bypass switchboards and receptionists completely and get in direct contact with the key stakeholders, saves me a lot of time and calls.
Nachteile:
Nothing really, there are features to be improved as with all systems.

Effective and Reliable Research Tool
Kommentare: Cognism has reliably met our business needs for over a year with no hiccups. We rarely need support, but the support team is always available and helpful.
Vorteile:
Cognism is simple to use, effective, and reliable. The clear UI and filters make lead research straightforward and efficient.
Nachteile:
There is no night/dark mode, and you can only select 25 contacts at a time, which slows our process down.

What I like the most is the accurate information, accessibility to verified emails, and information about the accounts, that is revised by the team. It has allowed us to expand our business furthermore.

What I like the least is the fact that you cannot search for distributors of machinery as you would with final customers, through activity codes (i.e. NAICS)
Great Tool for Targeted Lead Generation
Kommentare: Overall, Cognism has been super helpful for our outreach and lead generation. The support team is quick to help with any issues, and despite a few data hiccups here and there, it’s made it easier to build a solid pipeline of quality leads.
Vorteile:
Cognism provides us with accurate contact information and its advanced filtering features really help our team hone in on ideal customer profiles efficiently.
Nachteile:
Sometimes we encountered data inconsistencies, or outdated information, which required some manual work to verify. Additionally, the pricing can be on the higher side for smaller teams.
The gold standard for business and sales intelligence
Vorteile:
Ease of use and other tech integration. There are so many great quality leads available and that helps no end with being able to do my job properly, and also helps the scope of how many different contacts within an account I can reach out to. All the while being GDPR complaint.
Nachteile:
Sometimes take a little longer to load the contact details on the plugin, but that is a small issue.
Cognism lets me get hold of contacts that would otherwise be impossible to reach
Kommentare: Cognism makes it a lot less likely that I will get stuck calling the same GK/office number for multiple contacts which improves my connected call rate and, by extension, deal generation.
Vorteile:
I can find mobile/DD numbers for senior contacts much easier than before. I use it very frequently when prospecting but also if my existing contacts have changed/left the business. The web extension is a great feature since I can find numbers via a LinkedIn profile.
Nachteile:
Sometimes (about 10-20% of the time) the mobile numbers will be wrong or might be a personal number which a person doesn't want to be called on.
