Vorteile:

WIX bietet alles was das Herz eines CMS Anwenders begehrt. Super anpassbare Vorlagen, Marketing Integrationen, einen App Market, verschiedene E-Commerce Lösungen und Anbindungen, Auswertungen, eine super Oberfläche.

Nachteile:

Teilweise bekomme ich die Meldung angezeigt, mein Macbook (M1 Pro) sei ausgelastet. Das ist schon bitter im Editor

Kommentare: Der PageBuilder ist der beste, den ich bislang kennengelernt habe. Ich mag die Freiheiten, die er mir bei der Gestaltung meiner Webseite gibt sehr! Der Support ist äußerst hilfsbereit und versucht immer eine Lösung zu finden.

Vorteile:

Die intuitive Bedienung des Page Builder ist extrem hilfreich, wenn man eine sehr individuelle Webseite kreieren möchte, die auch von Templates abweicht. Hier bietet Wix extrem viele Möglichkeiten und das Prinzip "What you see is what you get" wurde konsequent umgesetzt. Ich bin völlig frei in der Gestaltung und auch die Anpassung für Tablet und Mobiltelefon funktioniert wunderbar.

Nachteile:

Die Zustellrate der E-Mails war mir zu niedrig, weshalb ich einen externen E-Mail-Dienst gewählt habe. Dieser ließ sich mit einigen Schwierigkeiten schließlich mit meiner Webseite verbinden. Der Support ist wirklich sehr nett und bemüht, konnte mir hier jedoch keine andere Lösung anbieten.

Kommentare: Sie können die kostenlose Version verwenden, wenn Sie eine rein persönliche oder unterhaltsame Website wünschen. Es ist jedoch nicht für geschäftliche Zwecke geeignet, wie z. B. eine Firmen- oder Vereinswebsite.

Vorteile:

Zu den besten Features zählt der hervorragende Editor mit zahlreichen Elementen, der durch über 200 Apps jederzeit erweitert werden kann. Die Blogfunktion ist überdurchschnittlich und zusammen mit der großen Auswahl an Vorlagen auch für Blogger ein guter Einstieg.

Nachteile:

Wix begrenzt den Speicherplatz auf 10 GB und die Anzahl der Unterseiten auf 100 pro Website. Darüber hinaus gibt es bei Wix keine E-Mail-Postfächer, sodass Sie diese selbst verwalten müssen.

Einfach zu bedienendes Website-Tool

Vorteile:

Sehr bedienerfreundliches Website-Tool. Das Gestalten der einzelnen Landingpages geht wirklich gut, besonders wichtig für mich war die Shopanbindung.

Nachteile:

Etwas schwierig gestaltet sich teilweise noch das Anpassen der mobilen Ansicht.

Gut für Anfänger von Websitesdesigns.

Vorteile:

Durch die zahlreichen Vorlagen und Möglichkeiten diese zu verwenden, sind sie eine gute Inspiration für die Gestaltung einer Webseite. Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht und man kann die Tools noch ergänzen, je nach eigener Vorstellung der Webpräsents.

Nachteile:

Es ist Das Einsteiger-Programm für mich.

Almost Perfect, A Dozen Steps Away Being Wonderful!

1- Very easy to use and time saver for any level of web development,
2- Safe and fast servers,
3- High quality library. Cons:
1- Expensive,
2- High renewal prices,
3- Extra costs,
4- Slow customer support. Overall, if you have a budget to use for it, it's definitely worth it. But there is no any cheap alternatives for the presented technology.

Vorteile:

Wix probably has the most efficient design tool for creating a web page. It's not only working with templates, also, you can create your own templates. You can easily add segments, like text, images, video, etc. Drag and drop features are very effective and useful. Besides this, contact page features are also very useful. I set up my contact form easily and this is a very complex process if you are not a web developer with WordPress and other types of platforms. I like the main panel too. I did my webpage responsivity for mobile phones and tablets with a couple of clicks. Also, they have a really good library. You don't even need to pay for images to Stock image platforms. Overall, I have my own website in Wix and plenty of accounts for my customers. Wix is totally a time saver. I'm not afraid of revisions after I start to work with Wix. Even though I have high experience with WordPress, my first choice is Wix. If you are a very beginner with Web page design, you can set up a professional-looking website within 2 hours and this is really great.

Nachteile:

In my opinion, Wix has a great developer team but l can't say the same thing for the marketing department. 1- You can start using Wix at very low prices. They always offer %50 or even higher discounts for the first year. But after 1 year, you need to pay almost equal to 3 webpage costs. 2- The Wix premium domain does not include an e-mail account. You need to pay really high prices for each e-mail account for each person. Standart domain services is already have e-mail accounts. For every single customer, I also purchase a domain account from a different company and direct their e-mail account to Wix. This is a very exhausting process. 3- Last thing is, customer support is very slow. Once, I needed urgent help and I could get a response after 2 days. Also, you can contact Wix in your main language. But customer support is based in the USA (I think so) and you need to set your timezone for a phone contact. This is a serious minus for me.

WIX is The Number 1 Site For Beginners

Kommentare: My overall experience with WIX was amazing! I would recommend them to anyone who is just starting out and has very little web design skills it walks you through and if you aren't sure of something their help guides are literally spot on to be able to walk through what ever it is!

Vorteile:

Overall very user friendly! I had never set up a website before and it was very easy with WIX to achieve the look that I wanted for my store. It was very easy to products into different categories and set up multiple pages within my page. They also had a great selection of upscale amd beautiful products to list! They kept you up to date on what they had and what they didn’t and very rarely did they run out of something! But when they did getting it back stock was a priority for them. Customer support was easy to get ahold of and there was complete transparency with them.

Nachteile:

The only thing that I did not like was that to be able to access certain products you had to purchase an annual plan instead of a monthly plan.

Why I think you should give WIX Website Builder a try.

Kommentare: My overall experience with WIX has been excellent. I've had a few issues over the years but the support has helped work things out. Once WIX figures out a way to have the support easier to reach, then I will give it a 10 out of 10 score.

Vorteile:

I have been using WIX Website Builder for years and I am very familiar with how it works. It's user friendly and there's plenty of search options to find what you are looking for or to get steps on how to do something. It has tons of options and stays current with the latest trends.

Nachteile:

The only issue I have found with Wix is the amount of time it takes to get to talk to a person. There's too many questions even though I understand they are trying to narrow down the problem so the customer can fix it themselves but at times, the customer may just need to talk to someone for help. This can increase stress and anxiety when there's already a problem that the customer is having and to keep pushing questions on them, Well, this will raise the frustrations.

Best option on the market

Kommentare: Overall, Wix is costly and customer service can be a challenge, but there is certainly no perfect option. As far as what I have experience with through some of the other major platforms, this is the best solution for small businesses. It can be easily used by someone with no experience and for professionals. You can build a website without putting any money towards it, and I would definitely recommend doing that if you're on the fence.

Wix is a great platform that is both easy-to-use as a CRM tool and building platform. Whether you're experienced with web building or completely clueless, it offers options that work for any experience level. For small businesses, Wix offers enough tools and resources that you could run your entire business through one platform if you know what you're doing.

Nachteile:

Wix is on the pricier side. Customer service can be completely hit or miss depending on which service rep you get, and they seem to try to drive you towards the AI and website answers, even when your solution doesn't lie there.

What is the Wix website?

Kommentare: My experience was in creating a logo. It was easy. I had problems with the image sizes and the design. It was also easy for me to work with. I no longer needed programs like Photoshop and other complex programs and programming.

Vorteile:

The site is great for creating a logo and appropriate sizes with social networking sites with ease and without effort You can also create a website or online store in half an hour, and you can modify it without the need for a programmer or software developer

Nachteile:

The difficult thing about it is that when you create an online store, it is difficult to integrate the payment system into it. It is somewhat complicated to integrate the payment system or receive money.

Pleasant but frustrating

Lots of bugs, not mobile friendly which makes it difficult to use on the go.

Intuitive Website Maker

Kommentare: My experience has been stellar when compared with other websites I have tried in the past. If you are looking for website hosting with quick (2-3 hours) easy to create websites that still feel custom designed, then Wix is definitely edging out the competition.

Vorteile:

The software feels more intuitive and customizable than other website competitors. You can easily have your site up and running within 2-3 hours. The domain sourcing and hosting being included is another advantage over other competitors I was researching, which would of cost me 25-50% more. I have never experienced any down time from the servers being offline either.

Nachteile:

The website templates could be expanded to include more options for photographers with better gallery display options. In addition I found that the mobile view option when designing the templates was not always compatible or at least the designs did not always fully translate to mobile the way I was envisioning. Please include a better or more updated mobile website design as most my clients are going to be viewing my website on their phone, not on their laptop.

As a frequent website designer, Wix is my all-time preferred platform!

Kommentare: I have been using Wix for over 8 years and can say that I am frequently a happy customer! Compared to other website building platforms like Squarespace and Wordpress, I love the easy functionality that Wix provides. Plus, the price is always right what we're looking for. The help pages are easy to use if you need to teach yourself something, and the customer support team is always willing to help you find a solution. Overall I will continue using Wix and hope the platform keeps getting better and better as they have done so far!

Vorteile:

I love the customization that Wix provides for website building. I usually start off with a blank template and build my own websites from scratch, so I love the quick drag-and-drop functions and the ability to customize absolutely everything right down to the font size and color. I also love the new app for the blog, which makes keeping up with posting easy and accessible.

Nachteile:

I have run into some issues where Wix doesn't provide the widget I need so I've had to learn some code myself or hire an actual Wix expert. Luckily, this doesn't happen to frequently and Wix experts out there are super knowledgeable and fairly priced. I also wish they had more template options for lightboxes and landing pages to make those more unique and innovative.

Great service for setting up a new website!

Kommentare: Overall, the ease of use and simple beauty of Wix is, for me, well worth the premium I pay. If I can pay a little extra to save a whole lot of time and headache, I do - and Wix lets me do exactly that.

Vorteile:

Wix is incredibly easy to use, especially with Wix's ADI (Artificial Design Intelligence). I have zero knowledge of web design, let alone design in and of itself. Using Wix's ADI I was able to make a gorgeous website for my company that continues to get compliments. It's very easy to update the website with new information, which is a must-have for me. I've rarely had issues with speed or usability - Wix just works.

Nachteile:

Wix can be expensive. The price for ease of use seems to be higher premiums for what would be a given elsewhere - specifically, higher plans within their "website plans" tier only really offer marketing incentives (in my opinion) that expire after a year of use. Sure, you get more storage as well - but $5/mo just for an extra 10GB of storage (from Unlimited plan to Pro plan) seems a little steep, given that for $0.05 I could store the same amount on Backblaze B2 and use a Wordpress instance. In short, anything beyond the basic Combo plan seems obtusely overpriced. Moreover, every single time I enter Wix to edit my site, I feel I'm met with annoying advertisements to get a custom email, get a custom domain, etc. etc. which are just advertisements for services I already have elsewhere (though lately these have calmed down).

Wix is a great CMS with a few Issues

Vorteile:

Wix is one of the best CMS website platform on the market. It requires no coding skills and very little technical skills. You do have to be pretty savvy with using design software but they offer a really cool self built templates that you just plug in your information and your good to go. After working with Wix for a couple of years it becomes easier and easier to use. I love their design templates. It makes it easy to design amazing website with little design skills.

Nachteile:

The biggest issue I have with Wix is that it's sometimes hard to line up images and text with their drag and drop features. Also, their mobile response feature is very weak. You will have to build the site on the desktop and then have to rearrange everything again for the mobile view which can sometimes be very tedious.

Wix is leading the way in website design!

Kommentare: I have found that by switching to Wix, my business is more of what I want it to be. I have more control of the feel and look of my business. The money I’ve saved has been phenomenal. They may not offer all the bells and whistles of larger brands, but 99% of the time you don’t need or want those bells or whistles. The larger brands charge wether you use them or not.

Vorteile:

The most innovative feature Wix offers is the right click feature in editing your images or text. The drag and drop feature combined with the right click feature, makes designing or editing a breeze. Wix allows the most customization with their templates than any of the competitors. This allows you to create your website to reflect your vision.

Nachteile:

There are a couple of cons to Wix. 1) Once you pick a template, you cannot change to a different template. However, if you’re constantly changing the over all design, you’re wasting time and revenue. Have a clear vision for your website, and stick to it. 2) Although you have multiple avenues to contact customer service, a live person at inquiry is not one of them. You might have to take multiple steps to fix a problem, but they always pull through with a solution.

Wix Page Builder Review

Kommentare: I use it for creat dropshipping stores and land pages, and some times is hard to make some customization for clients because of the lack of options of plugins and possibilities of creations using the template.

Vorteile:

I like the beautiful templates and the drag and drop functions. Its also very intuitive tool for the users. The problem is when we need some kind of customization... Then starts the problems with this tool.

Nachteile:

For create landing pages and stores is not so good because of the lack of plugins and some difficulties for customize the choseed template.

Wix Enterprise is Best Bang for Buck

Kommentare: I've been using Wix for the past 10 years. I've used it to create sites for clients as well as in my full time job. I love the flexibility it gives the client to make changes after my project is complete.

Vorteile:

I love the ease of creating a new site. All the options are fabulous and I learn new features almost daily.

Nachteile:

I don't have any complaints. The product is absolutely wonderful to work with. I am a graphic designer so the wysiwyg is perfect....and I don't need to know html coding.

Wix Functionality & Features Review

Kommentare: Overall, Wix really is a great platform. It is user friendly, it has great functionality, and also provides multiple services within each bundle they sell. However, I would like to see Wix update a little bit further into the current web design era we're in. Offer features that work in a social media run web world!

Vorteile:

There are a few things that I really love about Wix. One being that it is very user friendly. Functionality with any program usually gets my biggest critique. It doesn't take long while using wix to know that it is a very functional web designing site with many widgets that help you along the way. The newest update to Wix sites has also brought some wonderful new features that have been much needed. Now, you website design can be easily made and with a polished look that most people pay big money for.

Nachteile:

There isn't too much that I don't like about Wix but the things that I don't like I feel are of hug importance. The mobile editing tool. The mobile editing tool still lacks in functionality and versatility. There's still so much you're unable to customize within the mobile editing that it can end up making your website on your phone look less than professional. A lot of things that are easily customized on the desktop editing are not availing for customizing in the mobile editing leading to a lot of frustration. The design on different computers. The designs on Wix never look the same on every computer. Some design pieces are missing, the design doesn't fit the screen right etc. I think if they could figure out how to make a design look right on every computer screen this would help keep that polished look for everyone. Social Sharing. There are no sharing buttons on Wix for visitors to share on social sites. There are only link to the social media sites. Something like a calendar or a list should have the option to add a share button so that visitors can easily share what their reading, buying, or booking to their social sites so that others can join in.

Nice Basic Way to Start Out Making Websites, but Only Covers the Basics

Kommentare: Wix is great for first-time website designers and people who don't want to spend much time putting up their website. The cons are that it does look less nice than websites made on other platforms, there are fewer features you can customize to your website, and their customer service is subpar.

Vorteile:

Wix is a very easy tool to use to develop your website, especially if you don't want to pay for a domain name then you can create a free website under their company it will just start with www.wix.com/(your website title). It is great for beginners just wanting to get their feet wet in website designing, which is exactly how I started using it.

Nachteile:

Other Softwares like Wordpress are much more user-friendly, many more themes and free add-ons to make your website much more customizable. The biggest con for me is their customer service. Instead of BlueHost, Wordpress, and many other website developing platforms that provide you a number to directly contact their customer service whenever you want, for Wix you have to fill out an online form and go through all the hurdles of them showing you "is this what you were looking for" to the basic questions before you get to schedule a time when Wix can call you. This might be fine if most the issues users had were very basic (like I said this software is for beginner website designers) but anything more complex than "how do I make a new page" quickly turns into a whole ordeal of jumping through the hoops and waiting for them to call you back. Additionally, if you try to move your website to another website platform (like WordPress) they give you even more problems. Personally, when I tried to move my website out of Wix because I wanted more features, I scheduled a time for Wix to call me to assist and they never even called. I ended up having to have the company I was switching the website into to help me!
