Kommentare: I've been using Apptoto for years and can't imagine my business without them. Apptoto is extremely reliable. Truly a "set it and forget it" tool.

Vorteile:

You can fine-tune reminders to meet your wildest needs. From different time zones to different services, they can do it all. Reminders get sent out 99.9% of the time.

Nachteile:

I would say the user interface could improve but that is always the case with every SAAS I've used. I've seen slight yet useful improvements as the months/years go by so I can't complain. They're keeping costs down and still managing to make improvements, kudos! At the end of the day, I hired them to deliver my reminders (and handle my booking pages) - and they do that like no other company in this space.

Kommentare: Everyone in my office seems to like it. Other attorneys in my office have used it too.

Vorteile:

It's really been good at reminding clients when they have a meeting. There are a lot fewer no-shows. Also, as an attorney, it's been a good tool for notifying clients when they have to be in court.

Nachteile:

There's really nothing I dislike about Apptoto.

Vorteile:

Excellent, easy to use, you can save time. Very versatile for reminders of all kinds.

Nachteile:

Limitations in the registration by countries. It does not have language change for the visualization of the software.

Kommentare: The staff at Apptot have provided me with fast support when I had questions.

Vorteile:

I use Apptoto to send reminders for a very complicated program. It fits my business needs and it works.

Nachteile:

(I only use it for camapign messages so can not comment on other functions)

Easy and Seamless

Vorteile:

Apptoto was easy to set up and works seamlessly with Google Calendar. Clients are more likely to keep appointments now.

Nachteile:

It does take some time to train and remind staff to use the right language in event subjects.

Kommentare: I like it. It works well. We find it easy to use whether from the google calendar side or the client booking their free assessment side. Mathnasium of Tempe likes Apptoto.

Vorteile:

It works! Keeps appointments automated so parents bring their students in for their free assessment to Mathnasium of Tempe.

Nachteile:

Can be a bit of overload for families with packed schedules.

Positive Experience with the Software and Employees

Vorteile:

The White Glove onboarding was a great help, our rep was able to teach me how to manage our calendars very quickly and easily.

Nachteile:

Not a negative comment per se but be careful on how you set up your rules because the software is very precise and small errors can lead to undesired outcomes.

A+ Customer Service

Kommentare: Customer service is When I have had an issue or a question...I have no problem getting a person to help. It might not be immediate but usually the same day.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use for myself and my clients. I was apprehensive about implementation, but was pleased with the onboarding process. Apptoto was able to get me up and running with relative ease.

Nachteile:

I have not experienced any cons yet thankfully.

Customers Love Apptoto

Kommentare: It has streamed lined our reservation options for the automotive repair side of our business. My customers have less missed appointments, and when something does come up last minute they have a way to reach out via text and let me know they won't make it in the next day. These texts come from Apptoto so the customers are not accessing my personal cell phone to send these text responses.

Vorteile:

This is an amazing value for the cost! My customers love it and often comment, they wish their doctor's office or dentist would use this software. We have been using this for 2+ years now and it works flawlessly with my Google calendar.

Nachteile:

If I accidentally input the wrong phone number for a customer it sends a text to a random person. We do automotive repairs and the unsuspecting person gets concerned when our text reminder tells them their car is going into the shop at 8 am. This is my mistake and not an Apptoto issue. This has happened only twice.

Great Addition to Our Scheduling Needs

Kommentare: We are getting more customers who want an online experience to get started with our services and Apptoto makes it easier to give them that.

Vorteile:

Easily integrate Apptoto with our Google Calendar and use for user-facing online scheduling of new customer appointments & consultations. Also harvests information to integrate with our CRM using API.

Nachteile:

The information gathered from the customer does not 1-to-1 translate to what is in the Google Calendar Event.

Vorteile:

ease and flexibility of the software. The support team is quick to respond and very helpful in explanation.

Nachteile:

Integration is easy, the existing features are good, there is nothing missing about this product.

Excellent service and customer service

Kommentare: I been using apptoto for more than five years. I always trust them with my client's data and information and at the same time the team is always polite, professional and really helpful when I have concerns.

Vorteile:

My clients are able to make appointment, receive notification and directions and they don't even need to talk to me

Nachteile:

I don't really have any complains. their service is excellent to the full extend of the word

Reliable as a dial tone

Vorteile:

I like software that does what it’s supposed to do and is easy to make it do what it’s supposed to do. Apptoto does that.

Nachteile:

I can’t respond to a customer’s text through the text alert that comes through my phone. I have to log onto the platform and do it there. But it is workable.

Awesome and Affordably Complete Appointment Reminder Platform

Vorteile:

Apptoto is an awesomely affordable and complete appointment reminder platform that ultimately saves my business money by reducing no-shows and replacing appointment reminders sent by mail. Apptoto integrates with almost any calendar solution, and it allows you to send multiple reminders with receiver feedback options (i.e., confirmation, need to reschedule, etc.) by phone, text message, and email. Every type of reminder is completely customization. You will not find a more feature-packed appointment reminder solution that is as affordable as Apptoto.

Nachteile:

There are no cons about Apptoto. But, if I must pick something, it would be to make the interface more colorful. Yes, that's the biggest criticism I have.

We have used been using this product for 2 years now and have not found any faults in it.

Great Appointment Reminder Product: simple enough to use for regular users, powerful enough for devs

Vorteile:

It simply accomplished our task. We were looking to place automated calls and text messages at fixed intervals. It was easy to set up, train users and worked reliably. When it came time to fully automate the calls and integrate with our internal CRM, the system was powerful enough to do it. 1 hour support call accomplished quickly and correctly.

Nachteile:

The software is actually more powerful than it seems. Much of the power is hidden behind some checkboxes and hidden pages that aren't easily accessible unless you know where to look. A support call with the original founder helped me find some of these hidden features. One other small quibble: the voice synthesizer is a bit finicky. We had a hard time getting it to say our firm's name.

Great, Robust Appointment Reminder and Booking Platform

Kommentare: The biggest benefit is that Apptoto reduces no-shows. It also adds value to the services that you provide by offering customer/clients the appointment reminder feature and the ability to book appoints online.

Vorteile:

Apptoto does pretty much everything: Voice, email, and SMS text appointment reminders that you can fully customize to your heart's content. The system is easy to use and allows for a lot of customization. Appointments can be synced from various sources, manual put in, or booked by the customer/client.

Nachteile:

Apptoto is not flexible when it comes to its price points. So, if you are a small business that only has maybe 20 appointments a month, you will still pay for 200. There also is minimal customer support.

Appointments with Apptoto

Kommentare: We utilize this program daily to manager our appointments for multiple locations throughout the U.S.

Vorteile:

Apptoto is easy to use and easy to train. We like it because we can manage multiple calendars all in one location. We also utilize the automated email reminders, we have a booking page for appointments and employment and we can send SMS (texts) through this format as well.

Nachteile:

Once a participant schedules, they are unable to reschedule without having to speak to an agent. The program will not allow the participant to choose a new date/time. Cancellations do not require the participant to provide a reason. So it also requires a person to call them.

Your service is user friendly; I like the options you provide for how folks are contacted and how they can respond. And when I've had issues you've addressed them faster than any other customer service I've dealt with. And your price is very reasonable.

Actually, Apptoto has features I don't use, but am sure others do.

It is in US time so had an issue once where it sent reminders at 3.00 am EST was resolved quickly though

Kommentare: Apptoto saves me time and money. I set up the parameters and it takes care of the rest. Most of the year, it just runs on its own.
