Falsche Werbeversprechen, schlechte Downloadleistung, gutes Mailprogramm

Kommentare: Eigentlich ein gutes Produkt, viele Funktionen, viele Möglichkeiten, AppScript ist super, GMail ist super, die Office-Programme sind ordentlich. Aber Drive scheißt einfach rein.

Vorteile:

GMail ist durchdacht und gut zu verwenden. Drive ist an sich auch gut zu verwenden, wären da nicht die Probleme beim Download von Ordnern, großen Dateien und beim Teilen.

Nachteile:

Es wurde mit "so viel Speicher wie nötig" geworben, danach die Preise angehoben und das Verpsrechen entfernt. Jetzt müssen wir statt anfangs 8.5€ / Montag / User plötzlich 30€ / Monat / User für die gleiche Leistung Zahlen und ich kann mir nicht mal sicher sein, dass Google sich umentscheidet und auch dort die Leistung irgendwann einfach ändert. Geht gar nicht. Außerdem funktioniert der Download großer Dateien und Order so schlecht, dass wir inzwischen lieber WeTransfer für Kunden verwenden.

Die benutzerfreundlichste Software, die jeder benutzen kann und die fast kostenlos ist.

Vorteile:

Es ist die benutzerfreundlichste Software, die ich bis heute benutze, es gibt eine Reihe von Optionen in der Software. Ich benutze fast alle von ihnen jeden Tag. Wie Business, Meet, Chat, Drive, Hangouts etc. Alles in einem an einem Platz.

Nachteile:

Die Kalenderfunktion habe ich benutzt, aber sie ist nicht so effizient wie andere, zum Beispiel Outlook.Die Verwaltung und das Hinzufügen von Zeitfenstern ist für mich etwas schwierig.Das kostenlose Laufwerk ist auf 15 GB begrenzt, was für die Speicherung von Dateien ausreicht, aber nicht für Fotos.Wenn wir zusätzlichen Speicherplatz kaufen würden, wäre es besser, und er wäre zu einem günstigeren Preis erhältlich.

super für Firmen und auch für Privatpersonen

man kann leider nicht mehrere Postfächer von einer Seite verwalten. Erklärvideos könnten auch auf Deutsch verfügbar sein!

Ich finde es manchmal etwas umständlich aber ansonsten muss man sich halt rein finden und damit zurechtkommen es ist schon okay alles so.

Vorteile:

Google Workspace is a holistic suite with different a wide array of business tools in one place. It is soo easy to adopt and implement in any workplace and using it is soo simplistic due to it's well and beautifully designed UI. I love all the tools in it but there are definitely those that I find most valuable. This are the Gmail for sending messages to our customers and clients and even internal messaging. Meet which is a virtual meetings platform where we are able to organize, share the link and join any virtual meeting. Google Calendar for all my scheduling needs. Drive for storage and retrieval of my files. Docs , Sheets , Slides and Forms - makes it easy to create and edit documents, sheets, presentation slides and forms which are useful for data collection and organization

Nachteile:

Google Workspace is a wholesome platform yet it is soo cheap. I love it

Google Workspace Allows us to Work with Folks Across the State

Kommentare: Has been working for us for years. We are a team of 10 that work with folks across the state in various roles. We've used other platforms and Google Workspace has been the easiest.

Vorteile:

It allows our team, our collaborators, and partners access to anything even though we are located across the state. We can easily create and share files and link to other platforms for easy access. Its intuitive so even less tech saavy folks pick up using the workspace.

Nachteile:

There isn't something I particularly don't like.

Good but there are free options

Kommentare: It was easy to implement my own domain name and use it for email and calendar and the features were good.

Vorteile:

The ease of using email and calendar together. Reminders and being able to use calender and email on both mobile and desktop.

Nachteile:

It had been free to use my own domain name for many years then Google started charging. I looked into other options for email and calendar and found Zoho offered the same thing for free.

Google Workspace is the absolute best - there's truly no other option!

Kommentare: Having an international team, the integration with Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides and more has made our collective workflow so much more efficient. I love being able to collaborate with my team in real-time on documents and spreadsheets, and the ability to access everything from any device has been a lifesaver. The interface is clean and easy to use, but customer support can be difficult to get a speedy response from, but hey, it's Google. I highly recommend Google Workspace to anyone looking to streamline their work process.

Vorteile:

It's easily accessible for remote workers to collaborate. With a global team that works cross-collaboratively, it's important to have all shared work files in one place, easily customizable and streamlined. Saves our company hours in electronic file management.

Nachteile:

I have no cons about Google Workspace itself! I guess, for Google Meetings, I wish it were a bit less glitchy. There can be issues when creating meetings for other attendees, or echo issues.

Collaboration and agility at work

Kommentare: Collaborative work would not be the same for the organization without this suite, the security and great capabilities that we use throughout the years of use generates great confidence in its use, its innovation and continuous development has been vital to support the growth of our organization.

Vorteile:

The large number of tools they have to collaborate in real time, in addition to their laboratory of new functionalities that does not stop, their versatility and ease, all these aspects make it a great tool for the daily work of the organization.

Nachteile:

There are few things I don't like about the tool, but one of them is that they don't have a tool that is as used or popular to compete with the project management solution.

Google Suite: strategic ally in performance and productivity

Kommentare: In my working years I find it to be a friendly tool that is easy to use and the collaboration it allows within a company is very valuable. In our company we have Google Enterprise and it allows us to enhance the suite and enhance the development of our work.

Vorteile:

Google Workspace provides a suite of cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools, including Gmail, Drive, and Docs. It offers efficient communication, real-time collaboration, access from anywhere, robust security, integration with other applications and automatic updates, improving business efficiency and collaboration.

Nachteile:

dependence on Internet connectivity and data privacy concerns.

An innovative collaboration platform

Kommentare: I have been using them for 10 years at a corporate level and I have had an excellent experience, it allows collaborative work to be more fluid and the interconnection of work teams is appropriate. The features that you add over time are very useful to improve daily activities.

Vorteile:

Integration between all Google products, they have a modern and very intuitive look and are constantly being invaded by adding new features

Nachteile:

I don't like that I can't make a voice call (without video) directly from Google Chat. some products are not available in Colombia (google voice)

Google Workspace for all google suites. Best on the market. Love it, Love It

Kommentare: We have used this for the past 8 years with no downtime at all. the ease of use is second to none. Some of the reporting needs a facelift.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and customer service was good at the beginning. It fell off the wagon the last little bit.

Nachteile:

The syncing was a little slow and sometimes errors out.

Google Workspace is Everything you need for an office

Vorteile:

What I love most about this tool is its everything I need for an office when am working remotely, this has really been helpful especially the pandemic times. My 2nd best favourite feature being a marketer is creating surveys or questionnaires to harvest clients needs and opinions so that we make strategic decisions and policies which serves our clients needs and wants. Forms modification is pretty easy. Generally the tool is easy to use and implement. The cloud storage is my 3rd favourite feature, stores all my data safely and saves me storage stress, also with cloud storage, I can acess my data from anywhere. The tool is also compatible with any devices and am able to access my work even without internet access. The sharing feature of photos and docs is superb. Its cost effective and easy to intergrate with apps. Customer support is excellent. I love gmail and all Google products

Nachteile:

I have never regreted any Google product, serves my needs well and with Google Workspace am a happy user

Indispensable tool set, especially in an increasingly remote/virtual workforce

Kommentare: We do everything in Workspace. Other than our ATS, all of our day to day communication and documentation activities are performed on Workspace, we have all but gotten rid of Microsoft and Zoom

Vorteile:

Each app is seamlessly integrated into all the other apps. Communicating with my team, collaborating on deliverables and documents, calendar management, video meetings and email literally all in one place. Workspace has significantly sped up work flow, I never realized how much time it took to do the little things like attach documents, create and send video meeting invites, and waiting on my teammates to respond to emails or other chat systems. Having everything housed in Google means every tool you need can be accessed in the same tab, making it almost impossible to not see a new email or chat to come through. These things might sound silly, our production has sped up so significantly since switching from several different software and applications to Google Workspace.

Nachteile:

There aren't a lot of cons really, but if I have to pick something, I'd say it is a little confusing starting out when people refer to Hangouts vs. Meet vs. Chat vs. Duo and things like that just because all of them pretty much share different combinations of the same messaging, video chat and/or voice calling functions. Google is consolidating all these services into fewer apps (which are included in Workspace), and apps that will eventually be unsupported (like Hangouts) are still functional and being slowly fazed out, so this isn't even really much of a con.

Great for Files, not for Filers

Kommentare: Overall it is a good service to utilize to keep documents. Less so for anything more advanced, as you will have to do all the work and not rely on the system to assist you to find, store, and recover documents. Also, pray that you never leave that company or organization, as getting your files in the exact way they are on your drive, will never occur, and you will find out you lost a lot of documents you didn't know and weren't made aware.

Vorteile:

Workspace has changed names but not really changed much else along the way. Its capacity to combine different areas of the Google ecosystem has been needed. Especially for university plans, it is very productive and useful to help keep documents and a large number of data together and collected. One of the great things is using shortcuts to get to other parts of the drive. That saves a lot of time and allows you to organize much better. However, it is not the most conducive when you transfer.

Nachteile:

There is not a lot of discussion or understanding that once you put it into a personal drive there is no real way to get it cleanly out again even if you download it or send it. With the way that it complicates things by ownership and giving the administrators too much control on who you can share it with and not being able to move things from a private personal drive to a shared drive in a large capacity, you will then be stuck if your company or organization changes names or changes drives. We went Google to Google but changed the domain, which was and is a mess. The search to find files is junk, the capacity to keep organized unless you yourself are great at file management is also not good, and the lack of a beautiful dashboard and ease of flowing within the google ecosystem makes this a product that very much is like other google products... half baked with a lot of potentials.

Kommentare: I and my teammates have used Gmail and google applications since childhood, let it be Google Drive for cloud storage or sheets for excel files, and so on. We are always addicted to the simplicity which google brings in for end customers like me. Earlier we used GSuite for that and recently it has been renamed workspace. My college also used Google Workspace and provided us with email on their domain with unlimited drive storage. Earlier emails were used to sign in to Google Chat, which is not inbuilt and many new features have been introduced, like status of being available, busy or away.

Vorteile:

I know pretty much all people will agree with my point that we always wanted to use professional and personal email in GMAIL, and now with Google Workspace that is possible right? I love the ease of working with an inbox of Gmail, much more than Outlook or any other enterprise-level mail client. Now with Google Workspace, administrators can host an email server on google and enable our favorite Gmail with a custom domain. There are various plans which allow up to unlimited data storage in drives with the most loved Google SSO. For those who don't know SSO, it is a service of Google that enable users to use all google applications like sheets, docs, drive, email, spreadsheets, etc via a single email id. Google Workspace was formerly known as G-Suite also. So if you use a chrome web browser, all applications will get auto-authenticated from the profile used in sync.

Nachteile:

There are no cons, Google is working and developing their suite rapidly as compared to Microsoft, so we are okay with little hiccups. But they should provide some free tiers as well, for small-scale industries, this will bring more business to them because habit is the strongest key to customer acquisition. I belive if you use their services once, there is no going back. But for that there should be some trial or free subscriptions with limited usage, so that people can try.

Our Team Lives by G Suite

Our team lives by using G Suite. We love it. There is only one feature i wish it had. (see below) other than that it is perfect, really. and the price is great. love the mobile apps for android and ios. amazing. not many people know g suite is hipaa compliant, that is, if you have google sign a BAA with your company. this is great.

Nachteile:

i wish you could search WITHIN documents on your computer. in order to do this, you need to go to the web interface. you can only search by file names, etc. on your computer.
