> **Vorteile**: SUPER FAST workflow for transcription. AI does nearly 95% accurate work, even in german, not only english. And after that it took me only 25 % to 50 % of time of the total interview time to transcribe the inaccurate words. Also compatible with MAXQDA. I compared it to many other tools and its just the best.

> **Nachteile**: The are no cons about sonix...\! I can't think of anything bad.

> PERFECT\! Also pricing is totally fair, because it saves so much valuable work time\!

> **Vorteile**: I would recommend it to anyone who has a big project. Very accurate program for Spanish and English transcriptions. Speaker recognition is 6/10 but that's not that important, the accuracy is what really matters here. The interface is very user friendly and I like that you can download an entire folder insted of donwloading each transcript individually.

> **Nachteile**: 22 usd monthly just to keep an account active is just too much and not worth it if you have few audios/videos to transcribe. Ideally, I would be paying 10 usd monhtly + the cost of each hour.

> **Nachteile**: Where do I start...first of all, it did not transcribe all of my calls properly and would sometimes make it look like there was just one speaker speaking in paragraphs which wasn't helpful at all. Secondly, the pricing structure is unclear and WAY too expensive for what it is. And my favorite part - when I reached out to support because I panicked when I saw what was charged to my account, they were VERY rude and antagonizing rather than just explaining to me why I was charged that amount and trying to keep me as a customer. Seriously...you guys need to hire better people because that was ridiculous.

> **Vorteile**: It's totally intuitive, user friendly, accurate and fast. I also used the AI theme identification tools to great effect. Work that would have taken me 40 plus hours to complete, was achieved in minutes.

> **Nachteile**: I had no issues at all. In NZ dollar terms, it's not cheap (but nothing is\!) and it delivered a great result.

> Excellent transcription service - very accurate even when transcribing the difficult New Zealand accent. Transcription quality and AI theme identification were exceptional
