Apploi is the way to go for healthcare recruiting!

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Communication tools between all users. Access to multiple job posting sites while only having to manage one application through Apploi's system.

Nachteile:

Restrictions regarding listing salary or bonus information in the title of posts.

Finding quality staff has never been so easy!

Kommentare: I have received tons of great applications and hired many great employees through the Apploi platform

Vorteile:

Apploi is user friendly and up to date with all the tools and resources an employer needs to find quality applicants in a timely manner.

Nachteile:

The new look has been a little harder to get used to, but I am working on it.

I dont know when initiated was able to access---now cannot get on system..I receive emails with names and phone numbers and depend on my administrator to inform me they even meet criteria

never could get into system to read information on applications

Apploi is the BEST

Vorteile:

I really like Apploi for how simple it makes the hiring process. The interface is easy to use, which helps both job seekers and employers. I appreciate the mobile access—being able to manage applications on the go is a huge plus. Plus, it combines everything from job postings to onboarding, saving time and effort. Overall, it just makes recruiting smoother and more efficient!

Nachteile:

While Apploi has many strengths, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One of the main issues is that some users find the customization options for job postings a bit limited, which can be frustrating when trying to make listings stand out. Additionally, the reporting features could be more robust; having deeper insights into application trends would be really helpful for employers. Lastly, some users have mentioned occasional glitches, which can disrupt the hiring flow. Overall, while it’s a solid platform, these aspects could enhance the user experience significantly.

I love Apploi!

Kommentare: My experience has been excellent so far. I have been successful in recruiting quality employees. Learning this system as a new user was very easy. If there have been any questions, the support team at Apploi has been able to assist me timely.

Vorteile:

Apploi is very user friendly for publishing open positions, reviewing new applicants, communicating with applicants, setting up interviews and adding them to my Outlook Calendar. The text/email templates setup make it quick and easy to communicate with applicants. Overall, Apploi is efficient and effective for our ATS needs.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I can think of currently that I would improve on Apploi.

Most User Friendly, Self-Explanatory Recruitment App for Employers!

Kommentare: Above Average! Very Positive! 10x's better than the previous system our company used (can't give names, sorry).

Vorteile:

Extremely user friendly. There's a button/note for everything! I love that I can keep track, so closely, to my applications.

Nachteile:

I have heard from more than one candidate that the automated interview reminders are excessive (although I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing). Personally, I don't like that once I change the status of an application, it sends an automatic text/email to the candidate. I want to send personalized ones each time to fit my availability.

Fantastic System our Employes Love

Kommentare: Melanie is a great support to our team and we love that we are currently sponsoring our jobs directly on Apploi who push for us to spend less instead of more like Indeed does. Our employees love the software!

Vorteile:

We love the ease of use and clarity with finding the right information needed and the way messages are automated, making our job so much easier.

Nachteile:

We aren't able to reach anyone over the phone for support although it's not needed very often. We've had to do numerous edits to our onboarding docs to make them more functional, but the Apploi team was able to get it right.

HRIS Integration

Vorteile:

I love that I can integrate a hired applicant straight into our HRIS

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to have an option to print a complete candidate profile in addition to the resume

Kommentare: I had never used Apploi prior to working at this company. I was pleasantly surprised at all the features this program has. It’s a carefully thought out program and there’s nothing I can think of that I would add.

Vorteile:

Apploi’s customer service is just a text message away. I can leave a message for one of their many helpful and knowledgeable agents and continue on with my work. In less than two hours they always respond!

Nachteile:

Apploi checks all the boxes. There’s nothing I can think of.

Committed/Apploi Review

Kommentare: We were having difficulty getting the customer support attention we needed until we started working with Greg Cherry who has been an absolute pleasure and resourceful to work with.

Vorteile:

I like the ability to filter by promoted job posts so we can best track it.

Nachteile:

I would like to ability to get notifications in my email with the job location because we use 1 job title for 100s of job posts.

Good tool to hire.

Kommentare: Apploi took the stress out of me. Apploi is there to help you with your employees needs, you can hire every day. They do the job for you.

Vorteile:

Apploi was a big release for my home care agency. After hiring Apploi, I was able to keep my clients and accept more. I have a pool of potential employees in my account. This is a good tool to get employees 24/7.

Nachteile:

Poor customer service…

I love It's ability to search, ease to communicate with candidates, make appointments, follow up, moving candidates through the process makes it a breeze.

Nachteile:

Really there are very few things that I don't like. Maybe making it easier to search for applicants that you have archived.

Apploi Review

Kommentare: It has been positive. It didn't take long to understand how to use it.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and the text/email option. It is a very user-friendly program. I also like that you can simply add a candidate to a job if their shift availability changes after interview.

Nachteile:

Not being able to create job openings on my own. It would also be nice to be able to pause an opening if a specific department is full.

The ease of Apploi makes using the program even better than other programs I've used in the past.

The minor CON of the program right now for me is the new feature of texting/reaching out to the applicant and when you click on it, nothing comes up and I have to hit text option again and then it will load for me.

It would be beneficial to add an option that allows the system to automatically send communications to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Great Site

Kommentare: Its been a great was to get applicants in fast

The ability to have all information loaded and be able to text and email right from site.

Nachteile:

No comment, as I do not have any issues with site.

Useful for hiring

Vorteile:

Easy to navigate, laid out well for ease of viewing applicants, ability to text applicants, I get emailed when applicants text or email me, I like that it is linked to Indeed

Nachteile:

When I see that an applicant has texted me, I like that I am taken to the text chat by clicking the 'here' link in the email. Sometimes, after texting with the person, I want to view their resume again. After clicking out of the text chat, I am then taken back to the page with their personal information. I do not like that the link to their resume does not work unless I click the back arrow, then find and click on their name again. This takes me back to the page I was just on, and only from this point does the resume open up.

Useful Program

Vorteile:

Very easy to use, I like that you can email and text applicants.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I dislike. I did not like the automatic recruting as some of the applicants
