High Function, Simple Format, Good Price
Kommentare: High level of functionality in a simple to use format. A good price for the features you get.
I have been using M3 for attendance, billing and POS. The program is simple, easy to use and has the features I need most. The Face ID check-in is a game changer for me. Previously we were doing attendance with bar code scan cards but people kept forgetting their cards or losing them, so we had to do it manually with a clip board. As my club grew it was taking too long and it was too hard to manage who was expired and still coming to class. Now my members can check them selves in by scanning their face and pressing a button. I have three check in stations set up at reception. The members come in, scan in and go to class. If their membership is expired it would let them check in and I get an auto notification too.
For my afterschool program members, the parents like that they get a text message when their child arrives and checks-in at my club. I am also using the point system for attendance reward points. The little kids like to see how many points they get each time they check-in for class.
The billing is easy to set-up and make changes. I like that I can see right away what is going on with a payment in the reports section. I also like that it is easy to find a member’s payment schedule because everything is saved on their profile – even their misses payments too. I can even save equipment purchases etc. on their profile.
I am also using the text and email feature to send out snow day closures, holiday notices, testing date reminders and events. It is not hard to use. It
Nachteile: I would like to have online registration for our camp programs. I have been advised that this feature is in the works and will be available with website services. I will look forward to when online registration is available for M3.

Vorteile: I use M3 mainly for billing and POS. It is easy to set up automated payments. I like that I can see each person’s payment schedule and purchase history on their profile as well as see what is going on overall in the reports. The automated failed payment notifications and automated membership expiry and credit card expiry notifications keeps me on track so I don’t miss a failed payment or renewal. The POS is handy because it saves the members purchase on their profile. I can keep a complete record of everything they bought in one place. My customers like the email receipt option too. I have been able to get rid of my debit/credit machine now. It is nice that I can use one system for billing and in house transactions.
Nachteile: So far I haven’t had an issue. Payments have gone smoothly and settlements have been on time. I will keep using it

Mimosa Solutions is excellent tool to manage your small business
Kommentare: Overall we would recommend Mimosa Solutions to any small business looking for an easy to use and affordable software that includes all the necessary features to manage your customers. On top of that they offer excellent customer service and are always adding upgrades and improvements. Truly a great experience !
Mimosa Solutions has been an extremely helpful tool in managing our small business. Being in charge of administration can be difficult and frustrating especially when your software is not able to keep up with you. Mimosa software is innovative and easy to use. Managing members, creating and charging payments and communication are some of their greatest features. I am easily able to send messages or emails to parents at the click of a button or add or cancel memberships without any hassle. They really have made my job a lot easier and would totally recommend their software.
Mimosa also has some of the best customer service out there when it comes to software. They are very quick to respond and if there is no immediate solution, they have very kindly found ways to personalize a solution for me. They are professional and always ensure I receive answers to my questions without having to wait on hold like other customer service I've experienced.
Nachteile: Like all software there are some features that could be improved or added. Some things that could be improved would probably be the SMS system. When sending messages it would be nice to see if customers received them or not. Also, being able to receive notifications of my calendar would be helpful for us to see what is upcoming or any reminders that I need.

M3 has been very convenient for me to process automated billing.
Kommentare: It has been a dream come true. The billing works well and I don’t have to worry about NSF payments. The price is better than what I was paying before. It is not hard to use.
Vorteile: M3 has been very convenient for me to process automated billing. I was using a different software but I switched because the rates were too high. For billing I am using the Plus version with the collections service. This works for me because I prefer to have someone else look after missed payments so I can focus on teaching the class. Using M3 with the collections option has been a stress reliever for me as a small business owner. Once I set up the payment schedule, I don’t have to worry about it. Setting up payments and creating a member is straight forward. Statements can be downloaded and printed from the dash board.
Nachteile: Searches can not be exported but I can email or text members directly from the search results so it is ok for me.
