Zoho Cliq Review

Vorteile:

Zoho Cliq is user-friendly and easy to communicate. It is effective while also being incredibly simple to use. The mobile application's user interface is more straightforward and concrete.

Nachteile:

Sometimes message notifications will not get. Keeping track and data across different apps can sometimes be a hassle

Easy to Use Communication

Kommentare: Using cliq to improve communication within our company has helped a lot. However, I have not had the best experience with Zoho customer service in general one time. Other times, I had a great experience.

Vorteile:

This is fantastic and easy to use communication software for within our company. It integrates seamlessly with other zoho applications and with other external applications. We have significantly increased productivity since using this.

Nachteile:

There are some drawbacks, such as you are limited in character amounts that you can write for messages, but overall I like most of the features and it has improved over time. Another issue is that we cannot figure out how to integrate clients on to the platform without purchasing new user licenses. It was my understanding that you could have clients communicate as "visitors" within some particular channels in cliq that you designate but not have to be on a license. However, I have yet to be able to make this work.

I do not understand the need for this program

Vorteile:

Overall every Zoho platform we have has made life easier or more efficient. This is a software that does have benefits. It allows us to communicate on an inhouse and professional program. It could be through messages, videos or more. This can make communication easier and more efficient for the office, but it is not perfect.

Nachteile:

This is the most redundant software package I have ever had. Between emails, our office phones and texting I do not understand why we need this software. The only benefit is that it is more professional and exclusively inner office. Yes, I cannot drunk zoho cliq video call my boss, but any professional should be able to do that without this software. I am not impressed and try my best to avoid this software daily.

Zoho Cliq Review

Vorteile:

It is a safe and secure platform where we can message and call our internal employees anytime. We can attend the meeting or organize the meeting with others.

Nachteile:

Data consumption is very high. The interface needs to be better. Sometimes we will not get a notification when your not using the application

Cost effective cloud solutions for team messaging and collaborations

Kommentare: Entirely zoho clique is really affordable cloud solution with lots of useful features for a small or medium team. Team chat works like charm as its multicolumn design helps to reduce clutters while dealing with individual chats. I will recommend it if you're already a existing zoho user.

Vorteile:

I have been using zoho products for last 3 years and zoho clique is best option for me and my team to get a better cloud chat application for realtime collaborations. I liked their multicolumn design thats make our work rrally easy to get access to our previous team data. Creating space for team group is really easy and a no brainer work.

Nachteile:

First and foremost improvement I will love to see is having better management of alerts in the form of in office and out of office or do not disturb. Second, as I have multiple team I need to join multiple accounts but I cannot join multiple team accounts in zoho clique.

Zoho Cliq: Quick chat and communications

Kommentare: Zoho Cliq is a product of Zoho universe and consists all the features needed in a instant messaging app. Value for money tool and highly recommended for small and medium organizations.

Vorteile:

Zoho Cliq is feature loaded tool and have following pros: - Easy to chat and communicate with team members - Design automated messages through bots - Share files and provide specific access to files and folders - Collaborate and complete tasks - Access to Zomojis and Emojis - Create channels and groups for specific topics and discussions

Nachteile:

Zoho Cliq is powerful tool having lots of features but interface lags and a bit choppy. Also, the mobile app needs lots of improvement.

Great platform for internal communication but lacks features

Kommentare: The platform is good, but due to the constant bugs and glitches, my overall experience with it is not so smooth

Vorteile:

Through Cliq, it is very easy to make calls and set up our availability. I like the ease with which I can communicate with my peers using Cliq.

Nachteile:

While sharing my screen or on-call with someone, the software freezes for a couple of minutes and resumes back. This glitch makes my experience not so great with Cliq

Zoho Cliq is a great instant messenger

Kommentare: I get the benefit of chatting with my coworkers without leaving my applications I use on a daily basis.

Vorteile:

works great on a desktop or laptop, it is built right into the Zoho CRM, so when I have a question for my co-workers I know they see it right away when I send them a message through Cliq

Nachteile:

phone app either I haven't tried it or it sucks really bad. I'm not sure which it is. I hope they make it a little easier soon

Powerful, but daunting.

Kommentare: Overall, It's a welcome upgrade from what we were using previously (Telegram). Our whole team is unified in one place and we're able to collaborate much more quickly.

Vorteile:

As with all products in the Zoho One Suite, my favorite part is how deeply Cliq integrates with the rest of our tools. I get new messages for every new paid invoice, new leads in the CRM, new appointments with customers etc. It's deeply configurable and can do pretty much anything that Slack can do.

Nachteile:

It's tedious to set up. Nothing Zoho makes is EASY out of the box. They take a bit of time to figure out and customize. Cliq is no different. We're still barely scratching the surface on what Cliq is capable of because we haven't invested the resources to figure out all the options!

Fairly cheap messaging service

Vorteile:

It is relatively cheap. It gives the ability to pin chats to have important chats close to the top and easily accessible. It also integrates easily with the Zoho group of applications.

Nachteile:

The sign up process can be a bit lengthy especially for new users. Files can take quite a bit of time to be uploaded and sent.

Zoho Cliq

Vorteile:

Zoho Cliq is a very easiest communication tool for communicating with a group of people and at the same time with personal chat. There is no delay in chats on both sending and receiving ends. It has integration with Zoho apps. In the search icon, we can search and find the people, messages, and files making it easy to find important information.

Nachteile:

People who only have Zoho users can have free access, but for others, it is such a cost. Then It's better to use it on a desktop Instead of using it on mobile phones because it provides functionality limitations.

Kommentare: I love it and it's a great alternative for those using competitors products that do the same thing.

Vorteile:

Zoho Cliq is a great way to communicate instantly and seamlessly with anyone on my team. I would be lost without it.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I dislike about this software product. It does exactly what was promised and is very easy to use.

Zoho Cliq review

Kommentare: Zoho Cliq turned out to be the perfect partner for remote team collaboration. The low cost limited our expenses, and we got our work done way faster than we had hoped.

Vorteile:

Zoho Cliq is a cost-effective tool for better real-time collaboration for businesses operating remotely. The automated notifications from this app work the best among all the other alternatives I used in the past. Familiarity with Zoho CRM workspace makes it easier to use Zoho Cliq.

Nachteile:

ZohoCliq emojis are weird and need to be changed in the upcoming updates. This change will make working more fun. Other than that, I've no complaints because Zoho Cliq does the job perfectly.

Fast, easy and VERY effective

Kommentare: Cliq has provided us with a quick, easy and seamless way to connect, share data and keep our teams in constant contact with each other.

Vorteile:

Fantastically easy to use with a rollout that was as close to "instant" as possible. Loads of features, but very user friendly and intuitive interface.

Nachteile:

As we already use Zoho CRM, integration was fast, easy and "painless". From a purely aesthetic point, a few members of our team have grumbled about wanting more personalization options.

Slack-like chat, much cheaper and with some useful extra features

Kommentare: We moved to Cliq from Slack, as it included all the features we needed - but we didn't have to pay for them. The chats are logged in Zoho Connect as well. We use it for project chat, updates etc.

Vorteile:

Integrates fully into the Zoho ecosystem, cheap, allows broadsheet layout, easy to use with external users

Nachteile:

Occasionally buggy although Zoho continue to make improvements. Not as many native integrations available off the shelf and that means having to get developers for web hooks.

Zoho Cliq -An intra-company communication platform

Kommentare: It is a really nice piece of software for internal communications.

Vorteile:

It is extremely simple to use and similar to WhatsApp. It allows businesses to communicate with their employees internally and makes it simple to share documents.

Nachteile:

I didn't notice any cons with this software.

We are in sync

Kommentare: And we have staff just a touch away. Facilitating communication.

Vorteile:

We always need to be in contact with employees. Zoho Cliq simplifies your team's communication with organized conversations, easy to find information

Nachteile:

I can't do a data analysis of participation and poor storage of documents.

Value of Money with 5 star service

Vorteile:

There are a lot of application that offers security and accessibility whenever you communicate with business partners, clients., subordinate or teams. But this application defer with the affordable plans they can offer. Specially when you are a newly established group and wanted to start low. This would be exurity, functionality, accessibilty and value of money all wrapped in one.

Nachteile:

The least thing I like is if you are not acclimated with the app you really have to go through the process of learning its in and outs, work arounds and technical issues you may encounter. Which I have not encounter so far!

Favorite tool in a Fully Featured Suite

Kommentare: Staying up to date on current projects and communicating with my team has never been easier. I recommend to my colleagues all the time!

Vorteile:

Quick and easy communication. Segmented to channels to keep things organized. Well made and designed clients for Desktop and Mobile use!

Nachteile:

Can feel a bit bloated at times. There are plenty of settings to fiddle with but I haven't had the need to.

Keeps everyone together

Vorteile:

I enjoy the convenience of being able to shoot anyone in the company an IM and get real time feedback when it's needed. There is no better feeling than reliability and when I am on the phone with a client and need feedback from a colleague immediately, it's a fantastic and relieving feeling to have everyone I need at the tips of my fingers.

Nachteile:

I don't like how lengthy it can be to set up and getting new users enrolled is a pain.

A simple and basic way to communicate with other teams

Vorteile:

Fast and easy widget to integrate with other platforms.

Nachteile:

Needs more features like rooms for webinars.

Good and inexpensive alternative to Slack

Kommentare: Zoho Cliq makes inter-office meme wars and GIF wars a reality, and is a solid cheap (or free) alternative to Slack.

Vorteile:

My team and I have really enjoyed using Cliq. We started using it as a free alternative to slack (we liked the free features of this more than Slack's free offering), but we've ended up finding it really fun to use as a chat tool. GIF and emoji (or live Zomojis as they're called here) make chats pretty fund (and sometimes more time consuming than they need to be!). Channel management is easy too.

Nachteile:

You won't find as many integrations here as you'll find with other offerings like Slack or Quip, so as a collaboration tool it's not quite as strong.

Zoho Cliq for office chat but it is slow

Kommentare: It was okay, I used it for around 10 months and than we finally decided to move to Slack because the share files take some time to open.

Vorteile:

Easy UI and good mobile application. We can attach all kind of files. Integrated with all other Zoho Applications.

Nachteile:

Uploading a file or viewing a photo which is shared is very slow.

Good but not impressve

Kommentare: It was good but not that efficient and impressive.

Vorteile:

Since we have used the entire ZOHO CRM it looked easy for us to use it..its like any other app for messages.

Nachteile:

it was not effective..messages used to deliver late.

Zoho's slack and Microsoft's Teams

Kommentare: I thought overall business use case was ok. It never really caught on with team members so we have not been using it as much. Also we are not extensively using Zoho suite so that could be the reason.

Vorteile:

It's for quick communication and chat with team members. It also works with projects if you are dealing with multiple people. It integrates with the Zoho environment and it's cheaper than Teams that for sure. You can send files, view audio, view videos on it. Each member of the team can have their own account. Also you can create multiple threads or chat groups so that it doesn't all get mixed up. It also just works in the browser which is great. Don't necessarily have to install the software.

Nachteile:

I thought it is still a work in progress. A bit buggy at times. It also does not have emoticons as other chat programs out there. I did have some delays between messages.
