Paid for a licence once and it's been amazing

Vorteile:

I primarily use Nitro to add text to PDFs, and sometimes to edit text. Simple functionality, but it does the job really well, and there are so many other things you can do with it. I've had my licence to it for many years and it still works really well. For my use case, I haven't felt the need to upgrade, so it's been great as a one-off software cost.

Nachteile:

When I went to buy a licence, I was told there's no way to do a free trial - they just have a refund period. Fortunately, it turned out ok for me, but that's really annoying for people who are international and have to cop international transaction fees.

Excellent for PDFs

Kommentare: My overall experience with Nitro has been great. I would easily recommend this.

Vorteile:

Nitro is the best option for a free PDF program that I have found outside of Adobe. There are so many features that are included already that this easily outdoes any other free program that's currently available right now.

Nachteile:

I would like more color options when it comes to the interface itself.

Just pay for DocuSign

Kommentare: Overall not a pleasant experience unfortunately. We really wanted to support a smaller business as opposed to docusign or adobe but it was too difficult to use

Vorteile:

It was much much cheaper than docusign which is what we originally had for obtaining digital signatures and managing these documents.

Nachteile:

It was extremely unintuitive to use and had a very poor UI. Eventually found ourselves being too frustrated with the UX and ended up paying the full money for docusign.

useful pdf tool

Kommentare: It eliminates hours of work where previously a pdf document was much more difficult to edit or work on, now everything is simpler

Vorteile:

This tool is all I need to be able to better manage my pdf files, being able to edit, convert and merge them very quickly. Its price is quite cheap and it has many very useful resources. It is easy to use and you can start using it without having to undergo long training because its use is practically automatic

Nachteile:

Since I have used Nitro Pro I have not had any kind of problem, everything has worked correctly

Reliable PDF Tool

Kommentare: I am really not happy about the price (Total\Annual)-the full package of features maybe-but it flies away from regular users. Reconsidering compatibility with most Windows resources.

Vorteile:

While using the software I found a number of features more than other PDF tools, allowing me to upload images in different formats, merge data to other formats found easy like Excel, and convert to PDF files in not easier before in other software. Nitro is a great tool with an all-in-one package. OCR Scanner is an advantage. Easy to combine, split or edit any PDF Files.

Nachteile:

When handling a big file size or after using the software for a time shows a bug hanging and crashes the durability of the software in the pro version. To have a mobile App with complete features would be nice. The UI needs to be redesigned to be more flexible with a large document view (check Zooming).

You will hate this product

Kommentare: Ever since the company switched to Nitro - I have had such headache over it. I can find everything I need but I hate doing it. the savings the company got by switching to this platform cant be worth the time and hazzel it has caused all the employess..

Vorteile:

I like the white out feature and high-lighting feature

Nachteile:

everything, you have to click a hundred time sto get the setting you want and then you have to go back and click 100 more time to change them back. ANd if you forget to do that youll print sometimes a whole document out wrong. and some of my stuff is 100 pages.

Great PDF Reader

Vorteile:

Ease of use, color scheme, features in general similar to Acrobat.

Nachteile:

Nothing really, maybe add a few more colors to the drop down menus.

Nitro Exceeds Expectations

Kommentare: As a new user, my overall experience exceeded my expectations. I am no longer intimidated. Kudos for making a product that enhances productivity and security at the same time. Nitro makes document management so much easier.

Vorteile:

What I like most about Nitro is that it has features that make document management easier. I was used to a limited use program and Nitro provided greater opportunity to explore how PDF can be used. I especially like having the ability to create, combine and revise documents with ease. Makes organizing a breeze.

Nachteile:

I am a new user to Nitro Pro but I would like to see the ability to convert PDF documents to Word quicker. At first I was intimidated to utilize the features because there were so many but once I began to utilize the features, I found the possibilities to be endless.

User Friendly and cost effective pdF writing software

Vorteile:

The ease of use and it is a more cost effective option than Adobe.

Nachteile:

Wish I could have more than 1 color to highlight text within a document.

Nitro Pro Review

Kommentare: My overall experience with Nitro Pro was positive, it helps me everyday.

Vorteile:

What I liked most about Nitro Pro was how easy it was to compile documents.

Nachteile:

What I liked least about Nitro Pro was that I kept getting logged out of my account, on multiple occasions.

Nitro is the real deal in the world of documentation and PDF editing.

Kommentare: I enjoyed using it for the time I spent on it, with little improvements it might be the NO.1 in the PDF managing applications.

Vorteile:

Viewing and editing PDF documents.Ability to import images in the PDF documents.Create PDF signatures.The ease of converting PDF to DOC and vise versa.

Nachteile:

Little difficulties when it comes to adding some comments into the PDF document.The mobile app is a little bit buggy.

Nitro review

Vorteile:

With Nitro I can edit pdf and compile multiple images, pdfs into one main pdf.

Nachteile:

It is difficult to use its PDF editing tool, and it sometimes takes me longer to edit.

NitroPro is my go-to PDF Tool.

Kommentare: Nitro-Pro is my go-to PDF tool. I love the format. It is so easy to insert pages, delete pages, edit text when necessary, add text to document and add watermarks to documents. I love the tool to turn the PDF into excel spreadsheets. It is so easy to use and I am able to convert several documents all at once.

Vorteile:

Nitro-Pro is super easy to use. I can edit multiple PDF's all at once. I especially like the ease of inserting and deleting pages from PDFs, and converting to new documents.

Nachteile:

I do not like the signature feature. I could not get it to work in the manner I was looking to utilize it. I tried to look up help documents in the app, but failed to find the solution.

Amazing PDF Editor

Kommentare: 10/10 so far. The tool is amazing and very helpful.

Vorteile:

The PDF editor and E signature together with security password is very useful if you needed it.

Nachteile:

None so far. The tool is very useful specially in PDF editing.

Nitro, the best app for pdfs

Kommentare: Since I came across Nitro in my life, I won't change it for anything, it has saved my life countless times with its pdf conversion and merging tools, I love its simple and easy to understand interface. Its text selection is very useful if you want to make a quote in another document. I just love it!

Vorteile:

It has an incredible amount of tools, such as text editing, combination with other pdfs, size reduction, converters to other file types. And undoubtedly the most impressive, the virtual signatures, where they are automatically detected when you open a pdf.

Nachteile:

I find no negative points of the software, as it is very well developed.

A real discovery

Kommentare: It was a coincidence that I tried it and I think it is an excellent system to use and with many features. The ones I have used the most are document editing and bulk printing.

Vorteile:

I was captured by the ease of use and the many features it offers.

Nachteile:

I used the Trial version but I think I will purchase the product soon and check out new features. I believe it is an alternative system and not very expensive. It has no defects in appearance.

Purpose with the documents

Kommentare: I generally like to use Nitro, because it has relevant features like editing, signing, merging and so on. In summary I am very satisfied with the software.

Vorteile:

I liked the option to edit documents, because it makes the presentation more elegant and personal.

Nachteile:

Not being able to directly copy the prescribed text within the document.

Best PDF Editor

Kommentare: I'm very happy with my experience using Nitro to edit, erase and combine pages into one document.

Vorteile:

Editing and erasing text when required. Also, I like the way we can convert a PDF file into a word document.

Nachteile:

When combining two different pages into one, it can get tricky sometimes but in the end you can still do it.

They don't care about past customers

Kommentare: I was a loyal customer and user of PDF Pen Pro and paid for an upgrade to their version 12. They were acquired by Nitro and even though I provided proof that I paid for an upgrade which included Nitro, they refused to let me upgrade to Nitro without paying for it even though the receipt from Smile (the former owner of PDF Pen Pro) said that I qualified for the free upgrade to Nitro.

Vorteile:

Nothing, it was difficult to migrate from another PDF program that Nitro acquired.

Nachteile:

Everything, especially customer service.

Good Alternative to Adobe

Kommentare: It's a good alternative to adobe especially for pdf viewing many documents at once.

Vorteile:

The tab features make your taskbar a lot less cluttered.

Nachteile:

It takes some getting used to, and other users who are used to adobe products will not appreciate the minor incompatibilities that crop up very rarely.

some pdfs that were created in adobe don't open correctly, especially those with macros or fillable fields

There were times where bugs would cause issues but that's pretty common for any software.

Nitro an excellent software for digital transformation

Kommentare: It is a good solution to manage electronic signatures, forms, invoices and other documents that help my company in its digital transformation. it is a software with many tools i can create PDF convert APDF files edit documents, make forms, compile files and then convert to PDF. I like that it has a version for iOS, this is very practical if you want to review files quickly from your smartphone.

Vorteile:

Nitro is an excellent software for the digital transformation of small medium and large companies. Something that I can highlight about Nitro PDF is that it has a section for the education of its users, case studies, tutorials on how and why to use nitro, it has videos, webinars and tools that make the learning curve short. It is a brand that gives me confidence since it is allied with many companies and is constantly being updated.

Nachteile:

Although it is a software with many tools, there are things that need to be improved, such as the loading time when opening the software since it takes a long, although their website has many tutorials and videos, customer service takes a long time to respond. Just like OCR scanning, when an image with a lot of text and images is scanned, it often processes wrong letters.
