Hundred5 is hands down the best tool out there for startup hiring.
You can easily filter out candidates that would charm you in an interview, but actually lack the basic skills that are needed to get the job done. We can be very picky with our candidates and only accept top 1% to proceed with the hiring process.
Setting up tests and launching the campaigns is very easy and straight forward and the tool also allows you to see where your traffic is coming from.
Nachteile: You still need your own channels to share the skills tests and convince people that your company is worth joining.
