User friendly and excellent product for HR process
Vorteile:
HR software covering all the HR management processes like Payroll processing, attendance management, asset management etc. Employee self service portal with easy handling of request for leave, expense, allowances etc. Report generation with lots of available templates.Excellent customer service.
Nachteile:
Interface layout can be improved with easier access to different feature, hiding unused options.

Vorteile:
The product is very simple to use and integrates seamlessly with our business processes. The employee self-service portal is one of the most impactful features:- accessing payslips, applying for housing loan, and submitting overtime forms.
Nachteile:
We've been using the system for two months now, and so far it's been working well.

-Easy to use -Accessibility -Has quite a lot of functions - Good support team and reactive whenever help is required

- Report and Analytics could be improved - Not always possible to get the information or tailor 100% although the team tries to help when required
Simple and efficient
Vorteile:
All features which are need for the company payroll to make ease and efficient. All are one click away and so easy to check compare. Customizable reports (User) is another excellent feature of this software. All kinds of slips generation. Easy leave maintenance. The software performance is excellent and no lag while creating payroll and generating reports. Multi currency payroll system is another good feature.
Nachteile:
There are a lot of features which is not needed for us but still showing in the menu side.

Kommentare: It is easy to use and has helped with the processing of payroll. Calculations are accurate.
Vorteile:
The system is easy to use from an Administrator view point. There are a lot of options to help with bulk data entry. The dashboard is well designed and self - exploratory. The best feature is the customer service provided. The teams are excellent. Quick, efficient and reliable.
Nachteile:
The lack of OCR technology to help automatically collect document information. It would be a useful feature to include in the future.

I like that it is cloud based and has an app for users to download onto their mobile, the reporting tool is fantastic too
Nachteile:
The rounding off with payroll, the layout makes it confusing sometimes for non-payroll administrators to see. It's not possible to have every aspect of the system bespoke to your company needs.
A Flexible complete HR and Payroll solution
Kommentare: Cost effective, flexible HR Payoll solution with a wide range of reports.
Vorteile:
Highly customizable to fit most of our needs, Support is super and always fast.
Nachteile:
With a wide range of different contract types / Leave Day's and lots of extra payment rules it becomes a litte hard sometimes, prorate pension, but i am sure this will be fixed in next version.

user side, the system is really user friendly and has been adopted unanimously by all the staff. admin side, the system remains open and flexible enough to be adaptable to the specificities of our organization.
Nachteile:
nothing for the moment... we will certainly give additional feedback in 6 month, so after 1 full year usage.

Kommentare: It has been a great tool overall and has been a great help in achieving our target to switch to the virtual platform brought about by the COVID issue.
Vorteile:
The ease of its applicability and it is very user-friendly. The support/development team also made it easy for us to apply changes that are necessary in our organization.
Nachteile:
I would just like to recommend for the attendance "check-in / check-out" feature to be available not only on the mobile app but also in PC's. This way, the staff can log in once they are in their work space.

Easy to use. The license is transferable. Some features can be easily customized.
Nachteile:
It would be better if the approver has an option to generate some reports within the team. Mobile app could have more features. The leave overview in Analytics could have been better if the period of the report can be customized according to the desired date. OCR could be a great option to upload data.
