Kommentare: Easy way to get your catalogue online and make new customer connections!

Vorteile:

The online catalogue is a great feature, it allow customers to virtually flip through our book and order right from the pages. The thing I like most is the ability to connect with connect with hundreds of business across North America - many who were otherwise unknown to us!

Nachteile:

Occasionally, the software can be slow/glitchy... especially from an smart phone. I suggest you download the app, rather than logging in to the desktop site when you're on-the-road.

The best customer support!

Kommentare: OrderEase treats you like you are their only customer. The training and follow they provide to our Sales Reps is great!

Vorteile:

Easy to use, great customer service. Available on all our electronics.

Nachteile:

Administrator(s) should be able to edit customer information

Kommentare: None so far but that doesn't mean there isn't any value here. This thing has potential but it needs to hit a critical mass in order to start functioning properly. Buyers and sellers need to become active participants. I notice I do not check my Link Green account often as the vast majority of my customers still order traditionally even though they are aware that I am on Link Green.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that my catalogue is online and I don't need to send it if someones interested. After accepting an invitation they can browse through it immediately.

Nachteile:

Every time a potential customer requests to view my products I cant see their profile as the are always "building their profiles" sometimes I accept based on a name. Sometimes I just ignore if I don't know anything about them and a relationship may never be established as I rarely revisit my emails. Please change this. Only let businesses reach out when they have a visible presence so we as buyers can vet them and see if they are a good fit for the business. People are creatures of habit. Even though I have accepted buyers through linkgreen, that were already established customers of mine, these buyers still opt to send me sales orders traditionally through fax or email. I think this platform has a lot of potential but its a slow process getting off of the ground.

A great way to connect with new and old customers.

Kommentare: We are connecting with new potential customers every day and when they do use it to order the ease of uploading the orders is wonderful.

Vorteile:

The ease of uploading orders and the fact that our customers can see our products and pricing online.

Nachteile:

The fact that not many of our customers are tech savy enough to use it. Also the format of looking at our products is not to all of our customers liking.

Kommentare: Ultimately we will do what our customers want - So we have a few customers that only use Link Green and so we will accommodate them.

Vorteile:

Ease of Use, searching for customers, customer grouping, how it looks from the customers view (plant groupings) - List view vs full detail view with pictures

Nachteile:

the fact that it's another layer of software to use - Most people probably won't stop using their existing software and so are left to manage 2. Our customers tend to add on their orders...through this system each add on we would get charged - Even though its' really 1 order

Amazing options in LinkGreen, one stop meeting place for suppliers & retailers in Nursery sector

Kommentare: Found new accounts. That is the biggest benefit.

Vorteile:

Can view photos of all items available from a supplier on any connected device you want to use. You don't have to sit at a computer. You can use a tablet or cell phone to place orders also. Retailers or suppliers can use it create orders.

Nachteile:

Some functions take a long time to load. It may depend on how fast of an internet connection you use.

We are a small garden centre with many small suppliers. We love all catalogues in one place.

Vorteile:

Easier to search items than look in numerous different catalogues from each company. I love to be able to add to my orders any time and have them saved on the supplier's site. It keeps me from losing the paper I made the notes on each week!!

Nachteile:

Some suppliers are very slow updating their sites. One company, Greenstar, has not been available all season for our gardening centre.

Vorteile:

Easy to use staff very helpful. Questions answered promptly and quickly. It will be a very easy way for dealers to place their own orders freeing up more time for me

Nachteile:

No issues. Very easy to use. Love the way new possible customers are found and the way to contact potential clients. Industry should of had this tool years ago

It has been mostly good. Sometimes, the prices are not updated when our availability is updated

Advertising our product. You can set price levels. Internet presence. It's a way that new customers can find us.

Nachteile:

We don't keep it as updated as we should. Prices are not always updated when we update our availability. It shows a MSRP, which we don't use but it still has a price.

Kommentare: The end hope is to cut down on labour for my company by having less data entry.

Vorteile:

That you can not search by price. It is fee per order not a percentage. The team was wonderful to work with to get things rolling. They are doing their best to make this a success.

Nachteile:

We get paired up with companies that probably shouldn't be our customers... not in an area we sell to.

The LinkGreen team has thought of everything. Any feature you could need to buy or sell products at wholesale is here. It's easy to follow, well laid out and the LinkGreen support is top notch.

The ability to manage my own catalogue, that I have someone to support our endeavours and that training is provided to any customer that is having issues using the software

Nachteile:

That I have to confirm numbers on each product when processing numbers, would be great to have an extra select all function
