not efficient for a chiropractic office
Kommentare: It takes a LOT of our time to communicate with software support. Support staff do not always understand the problem clearly or provide timely solutions, but they are always polite and, since the introduction of the support chat feature, they are very responsive.
Vorteile: cloud-based, clean and attractive look, incorporates lots of features which previously have been separate services/subscriptions.
Nachteile: This software could not have been designed for a high volume office. If you'd like to see your front office staff out on worker's comp for carpal tunnel, sign up now! What the other reviewer said about 14 clicks to achieve something simple is correct. It is not intuitive--in one section, a particular action will bring about a particular result, but in a different section of the software, if you try to do the same thing the same way, you have to do it slightly differently. Whereas many other systems will have you answer EXTENSIVE questions regarding options and settings during setup, this setup is incredibly simple, and then not tailored to your needs. They can tailor it, of course, but that's software customization and it's more of your time and money. Why not consider how most offices would want to do things and then provide the top two options in a setting?

I love this software.
Vorteile: It does everything I need and integrates very well. The development team listens to what we need and tries to add features that meet those requests.
Nachteile: Because software of this type is developing, every now and then there are a few growing pains. Nothing else really.

Vorteile: Innovative approach to bring ease of use and automation to a busy functional medicine practice. Everything from day to day charges and payments - ledger for patients to payment automation and online patient communication - what an amazing piece of software!

Vorteile: This software allows me to be in much more control of the office overall. They regularly provide updates that continue to improve the usefulness and overall experience.

BEST SOFTWARE EVER!
Vorteile: Easy to use, very customizable, keeps everything in one place-EHR, scheduling, integration with multiple resources, etc; continues to improve and add new features all the time, amazing and helpful staff, love it!
Nachteile: Hard to think of a negative with this software, only thing I would change would be adding an autosave for the EHR notes which I'm sure they will add! Always very responsive and accommodating for suggestions for improvements!

MPN is transforming our office by automating so many tasks that we used to do the old fashioned way.
Vorteile: I love how much this software is customized to our needs to automate business processes that were costing us and our staff lots of time and money. It's freeing up our staff to use their time on more valuable projects. I love how responsive the team at MPN is to our needs and willingness to adapt and take suggestions to constantly improve the software.
Nachteile: The EMR portion of the software is not nearly as robust as the practice management side of the software. However, MPN has been consistent in being open to feedback and their next major roll out of improvements will be to upgrade the EMR with some of our suggestions.

Terrible product, poor customer service - I'm an FPC member
Vorteile: The features (if they worked) would be great! For example, they offer the ability to automate emails to clients. This feature is not very customizable and also VERY difficult to configure properly.
Nachteile: The system is extremely complicated, difficult to use, not intuitive, and their customer service is also terrible. We often had to send multiple emails, and our phone calls and emails were not returned. They make you sign a one year contract. After one month, I realized it would not work, and they made me pay for three months to cancel early. One further example: when you add a service to a client, you also have to add that to the ledger: it's not automatic. It takes 14 clicks to charge a client for a service and collect payment.
