The perfect solution to simplify and control your business expenses

Kommentare: My overall experience has been tremendously positive. Since the moment I joined this platform, I have felt a great relief when it comes to managing business expenses. The combination of my credit card and the intuitive software has greatly simplified the entire process.

Vorteile:

What I liked the most about this application is the ease and convenience it offers when it comes to managing business expenses. Using his credit card and intuitive software, he was able to automate the entire process of expense reporting, budgeting, and reimbursement. I no longer have to deal with mountains of receipts and endless spreadsheets, now everything is automatically recorded and organized.

Nachteile:

Although in general I loved the experience with this platform, there is one aspect that could be improved. Sometimes I have experienced some technical difficulties with the software, such as platform errors or delays in loading information. Although these problems are not frequent and the support team has always been attentive and quick to solve any problem.

Expense and Reimbursement Management for next to nothing

Kommentare: Overall, implementing Divvy has ben a huge win for my organization. It's streamlined our expense reporting process, keeps all expense records within a single system and costs us nothing. We've used other paid platforms in the past, and Divvy's solution is far superior.

Vorteile:

We rolled out Divvy in June of 2022. Every employee has a Divvy account for reimbursements; about 20% of our employees also have corporate credit cards. This is what works:- Easy to set up custom fields to correspond to our accounting system for expense coding and tracking- Budgets set up by functional team so managers are approving their direct reports transactions- Easy to adjust teams/budgets on the fly- App always works and employees can code charges and upload receipts seconds after a charge is made- Easy to administer; add employees, cancel cards or charges, delete employees, adjust budgets, add accounts. The system is simple to navigate and intuitive.

Nachteile:

Some drawbacks to Divvy - - No notification alerting you that a budget is getting close to its monthly spend limit- Employees need lots of education on how budgets work; they need to request funds BEFORE spending- Reimbursement tab needs to be more obvious. Managers don't check and can have employee requests languishing there for weeks- Reimbursements don't hit employee accounts for days after the funds have already been withdrawn from the company account

Kommentare: I really didn't get any benefit from divvy. I am very disappointed!

Vorteile:

I was pleasantly surprised that the system automatically shows you the pre-approved credit.Completing the application took no more than 30 minutes.

Nachteile:

The support service is incompetentNo one told me the reason why the application was rejectedThe impression was created that divvy only collects the personal data of the US business community.After I passed the video verification, the application was refused, which is disturbing, what is the reason to pass the video verification if the application is refused anyway.The most regrettable thing is that I sent my bank account details.When I passed the video verification, I noticed that my personal data will be kept for 3 years! I am very disappointed!

Vorteile:

Easy to use, user friendly, save a ton of time and easy to mange the spends. Easily sync the transaction with accounting software, and speeds up reconciliation process. You can set limits, chose vendors. Can have access to receipts on the Go. Also rewards points is cherry on the top.

Nachteile:

Reimbursement process requires a lot of Improvement , especially for syncing the transaction with QBs

Vorteile:

The ease of setting up our Divvy account online was impressive. The ease of use for the field guys and the office has tremendously streamlined our process farther than I honestly thought ipossible.

Nachteile:

I don't really have any complaints about Divvy, the only thing that I can say is that I wish the app was faster, but I think that has to do with technology and not the Divvy platform

Saves so much time for a small accounting and admin team

Kommentare: The Divvy team was fast and friendly. I submitted an application and a week later I had cards, an active admin portal and virutal cards set up for vendors. Special thanks to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for helping us get set up so fast!

Vorteile:

The best thing about Divvy is that employees can designate a transaction to a specific budget right at the time of the transaction. They upload the receipt right then and there and they're done! No more bugging staff for expense reports, missing receipts, wrong amounts. This will be a game changer for our small team.

Nachteile:

We are still pretty new to Divvy but so far it's been great. We'll need to make sure that there are strong controls for everyone, including admins on the account but so far it has been a solid product. Very intuitive and easy to use.

Integrations are solid

This product has a lot of really deep integrations for accounting software and the app is very good

Nachteile:

its not a credit card and the billing practices prior to bill.com taking over were questionable at best. it does take a lot of work to setup all the integrations and workflows.

One of the best ways to manage the finances of a large group!

The website and app are well-designed and easy to navigate. The site is fast and I am able perform tasks without many slow-downs.

Nachteile:

Issues popped up occasionally with my users not being able to login due to a Date of Birth entry problem. Some physical cards were not delivered properly.

A quick and easy way to manage receipts and mileage reimbursement

During the initial setup I remember having issues with my work email account not syncing w/ the Divvy app so I couldn't log in, but that could have been use error

Divvy Cannot Be Beat for Small to Mid-sized Businesses

Kommentare: Divvy's support is amazing. They chat back extremely quickly and are so polite and professional. Their product is unmatched. I've tried tons of different business cards and none of them had the features that Divvy does.

Vorteile:

I really like how easy to use the web app and mobile app are and how quickly I can create a new budget with a set amount of funds, as well as a new card (either virtual or physical). The software and hardware cohesion is unmatched and I love how easy it is. The best part is that once I set it up, I don't have to mess with it very often. I just know that they'll keep all my budgets and funds the way I set it up.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a feature to automatically categorize (for my taxes) based on merchant. Right now, you can set up automatic categorization based on budgets, but sometimes I'll use one budget for multiple vendors. Other than that, I really have no complaints.

ease of use, ability to assign funds fast and instantly (on the road even on my app). 100% card integration

approval workflows aren't greatno ability to send push notifications for "needs approval" why on earth is that not fixed?automated push notification on phone should be every 48 - 72 hours. (concur does this).once a week emails are spotty (dont actually send) and most of my managers have no idea they have something to approve. 1st round with production implementation specialist was lazy, non-responsive, "Goal of 24 hour response time" was a pathetic goal and was more like 2-3-4 days. by that time the context of the email was misunderstood and issues had to be repeated, repeated, repeated, new customer manager seems a lot better and Salesman Michael Gleason was always great.

A must have for solo/micro businesses

Kommentare: Divvy makes it very easy as a micro company (2-10 employees) to track, organize, and report on internal operational expenses and make better budget and expense cut decisions. A must have for solo/micro businesses!!

Vorteile:

Easy to use, helps us non-finanationally minded businesses owners, helps me cut expenses easier to save more

Nachteile:

Expense categories cannot be edited/customized so a lot of our stuffvis marked as "Other" which doesn't help. Needs to integrate with Zapier so us micro businesses can connect to our systems- not everyone likes QuickBooks and other options are overpriced/enterprise systems.

Divvy was a BIG win for our church!

Kommentare: This was a Big win for us this year. We had a big bank credit card and Concur for reconciliation and that was expensive and cumbersome. Employees avoided reconciling like the plague! Now our reports are almost 100% on time. Our spending is transparent and easy to follow. It's been a tremendous blessing for us.

Vorteile:

We love the credit card feature. The ease of use is the best we've experienced.

Nachteile:

There is really nothing I don't like. I wish sales tax was automatically sectioned out of expenses but that is a minor problem. Splitting works fine.

The best software our company purchased in 2018!

Kommentare: Overall, Divvy has enabled my company to gain WAY better insight into where dollars are going. We now know where we are over-budgeting and under-budgeting each month. Divvy makes tracking business expenses fun — I never thought I'd say that!

Vorteile:

I first learned about Divvy via the daily business newsletter, Morning Brew. I was in disbelief that the product was totally free, so I scheduled a demo call. As it turns out, Divvy really is TOTALLY free. The app is incredibly user friendly and switching/updating budgets is surprisingly easy. But while the app interface is nice, the push notifications are wonderfully helpful, and Divvy travel has us saying bye-bye to Expedia, the REAL value our agency has found in using Divvy is the virtual card feature. As the Director of Marketing Strategy at a small Marketing Technology Agency, I manage a team of people who run a plethora of digital ads campaigns for numerous clients in any given month. Divvy's virtual card feature allows us to manage media buys on behalf of our clients without needing to open 100+ credit cards (or require the client to use their card). So, we're able to manage our clients' monthly spend and charge them a small admin fee (for putting the spend on our cards) without incurring ANY credit card fees.

Nachteile:

Honestly, there are really only two things I dislike about Divvy: 1. That there isn't a Divvy for PERSONAL spending (I've been Googling looking for something like this for the past few weeks now...nothing seems to exist!) 2. The saving a receipt feature/adding notes feature is a little spotty at times. I find that I often need to go back into a purchase and re-upload the photo of the receipt/re-type my note. Hopefully this is a bug that gets worked out with the next app update.

Vorteile:

Divvy gave us the ability to allow employees to pay for expenses with company funds as opposed to having to use their own funds and wait to be reimbursed. Divvy gives us the ability to manage requests "on the go". Divvy integrates with Quickbooks which is super helpful. Divvy rewards program fits our organization much better than previous rewards programs. It allows for multiple options and depending on what we have going on at the time, we utilize the various options given. Sometimes we take a statement credit, other times we use it for unexpected travel and yet sometimes, we find it most advantageous to receive a check that we can use for things like purchasing equipment that is needed we didn't budget for in a particular fiscal year.

Nachteile:

It still has some quirks that need worked out. From what we understand, it is a fairly new software. When syncing with Quickbooks, it doesn't always seem to work correctly. We have had instances where receipts disappeared that were uploaded to the mobile app. It isn't quite as intuitive as other software in our opinion. The user interface could be improved. When you go back in to update a transaction after it has been synced, you have to remember to resync it. The problem with this is that there is nothing that prompts you to do so. Overall though, we would still recommend this software.

Divvy is EASY and saves time

Kommentare: I have enjoyed working with ad using Divvy. Customer service is responsive and the application makes it very easy to order new cards, suspend cards, and allows for virtual cards.

Vorteile:

Divvy has made significant difference with reconciling credit card expenses and reducing indirect time for staff. It is easy for staff to upload receipts through out the month and allows for better tracking of expenses. The app is super easy and provides alerts to remind you to upload your receipt following a purchase.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the card is perceived as a prepaid card at some businesses.

Kommentare: I have no worries when using Divvy. It is safe and easy to use daily in our company's day to day transaction.

Vorteile:

Divvy is helpful in tracking expenses and integrating it with Financial Reports

Nachteile:

If we can issue at least 2 physical cards to one user which she/he can use for personal & company's transactions. We give personal divvy card virtually when issuing a reward.

Easly platform to use for everyone

Kommentare: Such a good experience. It has solved the traveling control expenses. Our team doesnt have to worry a lot about keeping receipts physically or in folders, they just upload it and forget about it. It allows to sync so easily to QBO that our accounting team is also benefiting from it. It helps to keep track of the budgets and who can spend from them

Vorteile:

How easy is for users and admins to log and categorize and manage the spending. Also the features are very helpful for separating the budgets and types of expenses. I like the download of reports because that way I can see all the spending of just one budget.

Nachteile:

That it might be lacking some automatization when it comes to recurring expenses. Also sometimes the chat takes a lot of time to get a hold of someone.

Divvy - Best There Ever Was

Vorteile:

Divvy is an incredibly useful platform that makes managing your company spend an absolute breeze. It is so easy to use too! Everyone in our company uses Divvy, and it requires very minimal training. You have tons of capabilities as an administrator to put controls in place and to monitor all of your company's spending habits at a glance. The reporting and filter options are fantastic! Don't know where we'd be without Divvy!

Nachteile:

There truly is not that much to dislike about Divvy; however, if I did have to say one thing, it would be that I've encountered (a handful of times) moments where the mobile app or browser app has been unresponsive or hasn't been performing as you would expect it to. Divvy is constantly working on its apps, though, so this never stays around for long.

There is not much to dislike about the software as its a helpful tool. The integrate to accounting software and syncing transactions is 90 percent effective, as some transactions do not sync but most is better then none.
