Help your clients visualize your work on their walls

Kommentare: One of the best things is just giving client examples of what they could do with their art. Creating some collages to show in my client guides or on my website help prime them to look around their home to see what space they have and start visualizing wall art before their session!

Vorteile:

Swift Galleries has the option to get really detailed with the types of wall art and frames available to show your clients. Even if you just set up some simple canvas collage options and start there, it's so much easier to help your clients visualize their images in a collection. You don't have to have every single frame option you offer customized into SG. Start simple. Don't overwhelm yourself or you will overwhelm your client.

Nachteile:

A few more drag and drop options would be great in terms of gallery design, dropping in photos to products and not having to click "resize" to resize art. A few less clicks is always helpful. I don't utilize the direct send to lab option. I am a pet photographer and will color correct images first, but wait to do heavier editing like removing leashes after clients select their wall art. If my workflow included having all images fully edited, that would be really helpful.

Opportunities to improve photo selecting

Vorteile:

Love the slideshow feature, the "yes/no" viewing option, and the viewing multiple at a time option.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a "maybe" option for the Choose Images. I also wish there was a color or star rating option for the Compare Images so that we can sub-sort their favorite images to order different products. I also wish there was an option to see 6, 8, or 10 images at one time between two lines (I usually just zoom in and out of the web page to get this same effect). I also wish you can choose to compare 2 or 4 images on one screen on the Compare Images tab. Sometimes our black and white photos have a red tint in Swift Galleries as well, which is bad because that is not our creative edit on those photos. I dislike how in the Compare Images screen that the counter at the top is not accurate -- many times have we gone through the Choose Images and accidentally missed selecting "yes," so there are more images in the "yes" pile than counted at the top. Lastly, sometimes the photos on the Design gallery are hard to see as there is no way to zoom in to the "display" they are on. Certain rooms work better for this than others just because of how easily and clearly you can see the photos on the fake walls.

Haven't used it yet since it was expanded

Kommentare: Unknown. Need to talk with Support/Sales and use Swift of stop paying for it. IK, it's obvious.

Vorteile:

All I've done is pay for it! I bought it when it was just for spec'ing my images on client walls. Now I just a "sponsor!" Foolish. I need to use it or stop paying for as I assume I'll not get any money back.

Nachteile:

It may duplicate what I already have w/17Hats. I started paying annually for Swift 5+ yrs ago because they had a great deal to lock in the price. Then I started w/17Hats.

Great tool for selling large art and galleries

Kommentare: Overall, I’m very happy with it! The designer is the best I’ve used and I’ve already increased my wall art sales by using it. I wish there was the option to create custom sizes in the designer. I also find the product management on the backend not very user friendly.

Vorteile:

I love the designer. I is easy to use and does a great job selling wall art.

Nachteile:

Managing pricing and sizing of products. It is time consuming to set up and redundant, which makes making mistakes and potentially loosing money easy.

I like that I can design and save templates. I also like being able to walk through an entire ips meeting without switching software

Nachteile:

I wish there were music options for slideshows and more room options particularly of different style homes. Finally the use of the gallery design is a little clunky. It would be really nice to have more realistic looking frames and also the ability to toggle between typles in a meeting rather than testing them like entirely different entities

A simple review of Swift Galleries

Kommentare: I have been overall happy with Swift Galleries for my IPS meetings. I have tried other programs and feel that the room views and ability to like/dislike photos is far easier to use here. I highly recommend it.

Vorteile:

I really like the ability to review client photos with them as well as the ability for them to like/dislike and then compare. I also like the room views and being able to use the stock photos and upload client rooms so they can see their photos decorating their own walls.

Nachteile:

I still struggle with the ordering afterward, esp, with the add on products, therefore I use a different ordering through my CRM and add notes to it.

Great, easy to use IPS software for photographers

Kommentare: Swift Galleries rules!

Vorteile:

I love how simple Swift Galleries makes IPS for me. It is very user friendly, easy to set up, and has a great work flow to it. The couple times I ran into hiccups when setting things up, the team was so helpful in remedying my issues quickly. Swift Galleries is a great, more affordable option for IPS photographers!

Nachteile:

Partial payment options so I can collect half down, and some kind of credit card scanner so I can scan cards instead of typing (and maybe you can and I just don’t know how!)

Swift for the Win

Kommentare: Overall, I am enjoying using Swift Galleries. I love that I can sign in on any device no matter where I'm at. This allows for much more freedom and less worry on whether or not my client can come to me.
I love that there are a tone of tutorials and that you're walked through step by step on how to use Swift Galleries and how to make that sale.
I love that the Owners are involved and continuously strive to make it better and address their clients feedback. I also love that if you have a question, they are prompt in answering it and will work with you until you have it down.

Vorteile:

There is so much about Swift Galleries that prompted me to stick with them. Such as: Easy to learn A great way to keep track of client/appointments Allows you to insert your own slideshow Creates easy to read receipts - and automatically emails it to the client Helps create a seamless transition from reveal to order purchases Provides beautiful room templates to show off wall art Has the ability to take credit card information and process the transaction for you There are step by step tutorials provided to help learn how to use everything. Allows you to log in on any device/wherever you are because it's all online, instead of being a program that's downloaded to a certain desktop/laptop.

Nachteile:

There is no way at this moment to customize the receipt that the client receives. While it does provide a basic slideshow through it, there's no way to set music to it (but it does make up for this by allowing you to upload your own slideshow instead).

The Solution I Wish I Had Created!

Kommentare: SWift galleries is a powerful tool that is not only empowering In Person Sales for my business but also improving my capacity for business which means increasing income via sales and by volume of clients too! Also I can’t say enough about how helpful, dedicated and genuine customer support is but also being real humans through their business which is refreshing and builds trust!

Vorteile:

It addresses the WHOLE process of in person sales while also eliminating the need for investing in as many samples (or any at all). The print maker system has so many educational resources as well as tips and templates that have benefitted my business beyond just sales. I’ve never seen a product or tool for photographers made by photographers that was this helpful, intuitive and effective! I’m a total fan!

Nachteile:

I don’t think there’s anything that I dislike, honestly.

Winner From the Very Beginning

Vorteile:

First, the interface is super simple and intuitive to use. Few clicks and you know exactly where you are or where you need to go to find your way around the software. Things don't need to be complicated to WORK! And when you have clients in the studio, the last thing you need is to fumble with finding your way around software. Kudos on simplified intuitive design!

Nachteile:

I wish there was an album design/show option incorporated. BUT, I know this isn't what the software does and it's not something I ever held against it. I wouldn't say I like it less because of this. There are very few things I don't like about Swifft Galleries because it has always helped me do exactly what I needed and that is to sell artwork in a very relaxed, non-salesy way that my clients always appreciated and enjoyed.

Great Product for Photographers!

Kommentare: I have enjoyed using the product! It has increased my revenue for client orders and helps me give my clients a design they can trust will fit their space and look beautiful in their home.

Vorteile:

I love that I can design wall galleries for clients on my large desktop computer instead of being limited by an app/tablet.

Nachteile:

I do wish there was an overall size up for the whole gallery design

Great for selling Wall Galleries!

Vorteile:

I love that it allows me and my clients to visually see to scale how different sized artwork will look on their walls.

Nachteile:

It is a little difficult to learn some of the adjustments and can be a little clunky. I also think the price is a bit high since I'm not using it for every client.

Swift Galleries will be your heroes!

They’ve saved sales for me, helped create countless new sales, instill confidence in myself and what I do, helped me with selling and business tips via their Path to Printmaker courses, and has been an integral part of my business as a whole. I love everything about Swift Galleries! Seriously, they are the best. I had a client who had chosen 2 canvases worth $3000, based on a wall mock-up of her bedroom wall, with plans for her wedding one later this year. Well, she was repainting her room and was talking about changing her order completely. I met with her again in person and talked to her and then showed her the mock-up once more. She was in love again and decided to not change it at all. Because of Swift Galleries, I saved a big order and now that she has the two canvases, while anticipating her one from her wedding this May (2019), she is beyond excited and in love. I have mock-ups on our website of different walls and photos because of Swift Galleries. It has been one of the best tools in my business! 😍💕

Nachteile:

I don’t know if this is covered already, but the one thing that bugs me is that the resize tool for the templates won’t let you choose sizes that aren’t in that product type. This is slightly annoying for custom sizes. But other than that, I’m sold for life! 😍

Great Value, Great Solution

Vorteile:

Swift Galleries really makes my business stand out. Customers are WOWed when I show them their walls and the new photographs arranged in the perfect size and configuration. I plug my laptop into their tv via an HDMI cable. During the sales session, we are able to make changes to the configuration and they pick the exact images they want on their walls. Swift Galleries allows me to sell exactly what the client wants--the ultimate service! The industry insiders will tell you to buy ProSelect. But they have been in business for years (when ProSelect was the only option) and have their workflows built around ProSelect (which, frankly, is cumbersome.) They have no reason to try something new. But now, we have options! Swift Galleries is affordable, and easy to use, and works for today's photographers. An added bonus is the training and facebook group support that is included. You have regular access to the couple who built the software. They answer questions, host live video chats, answer questions and provide real support! And they are great people!

Nachteile:

One challenge that I haven't figured out yet is how to save the wall designs that we create in sales mode--like when a customer wants to choose from option A, B or C. I end up making screen shots and showing those.

Lifesaver for my business!

Kommentare: Swift Galleries has been my business' lifesaver! The software has helped me sell so many beautiful wall galleries and prints to my clients because they actually get to see for themselves what their images will look like when displayed in their home. Any time I've had a question or problem pop up, the customer service has been downright ahhh-ma-zing! In addition to the software, Swift Galleries offers complimentary business courses which have taught me a ton about running a successful & thriving business & have given me the confidence to stop doubting my value & actually charge what I'm worth. In a single ordering session, I sold enough prints to cover over 50 years of my Swift Galleries subscription cost, so keeping this software for my business is a no-brainer.

Vorteile:

My 3 favorites things about this software are that it's super easy to use; it gives me the ability to actually SHOW my clients what their images will look like when displayed in their home; and their customer service is, hands-down, the most amazing, fantastic & helpful service I've ever encountered with any product.

Nachteile:

The only con I found with this software ended up being changed in one of the updates, so now I'm perfectly happy! :)

Swift Galleries helps me make more money!!

Kommentare: The main benefit from using Swift is that I can show my client's their work on their walls and it creates a larger sale, that I normally wouldn't have had without it. It allows me to be a salesperson without being pushy. I am a little uncomfortable with sales, so this just makes it easy for them to see what they could have, much better than how I could just describe it.

Vorteile:

What I like most about the software is that it was easy to set up my products, and it's easy to change things as well. I love that you can use your own photos of rooms, or use the many they have to choose from.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it's a little tricky just getting from what you have saved in suggestions back to selecting photos, but most likely it's something that I am missing!! I'm not a very techy person!!

An excellent addition to my photography business

Kommentare: I can show my clients how their portraits look like on their own walls. It's an eye opener for everyone to see how each size looks. Especially when clients think an 8x10 is a big print, I can show them how small it really looks on their wall and guide them towards a more appropriate size and my clients appreciate that a lot.

Vorteile:

Love the ease of use, all the preloaded templates and also the option to be able to collect the payment through the software. I would definitely recommend Swift galleries to all my photographer friends. It's really a game changer. The articles, lab reviews and live videos on Facebook are an added bonus and are very useful!

Nachteile:

It would be great if the images are uploaded in order according to the file name.

Making Money with Swift Galleries!

Kommentare: I highly recommend swift galleries, it has increased my sales by helping clients visualize what their wall art will look like. Customer service is prompt and excellent and their online tutorials and resources are excellent.

Vorteile:

I love being able to create mock ups of collections prior to meeting with clients to show them what their options are. Being able to then tweak them to the specifications that day increases my sales. The invoice creation is excellent. My first wall art sale was $3400 (previous averages were around $1300). The best description I can give is my client saying at the end " I really liked being able to see it all together, it made spending this much money much more comfortable".

Nachteile:

Moving through it is not as intuitive as I would like. Parts seem a bit clunky. Having said that the cons no where outweigh the negative and the value for what you get is amazing.

Helping clients see the vision!

I like how the client is able to see what their images will look like on their walls and you can use this software to help create content for social media and your website.

Nachteile:

I have recently had issues with being able to upload a mass group of photos into the system and I have been batching them by groups of 10. This can be annoying when you want to just set things to download and go! I have been meaning to write about this concern but I have not taken the time to do so! Sorry guys! However, they are very quick to respond and always look for the best possible solutions! They do want to make the best product for you!

Love that I can show clients images on their wall

Vorteile:

It is really amazing. It just makes it so easy to show clients how it will look. No guess work and after I print and hang it it looks just like the mock up. My clients usually buy one or more galleries.

Nachteile:

Sometimes my images are all jumbled on the left hand side when I go to choose an image to place ina frame. But I back out and go back and it is fixed.

Huge Income Boost From Using Swift

Kommentare: When it comes down to it, a business needs to make money. So all the fancy software needs to serve a purpose. When I started using Swift Galleries, my average print sale more than doubled. And my clients thought it was the coolest thing. So I’m giving a better experience and making more money with less effort. That, plus Swift does it all at a MUCH more reasonable price than some of its way overpriced competitors.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Ability to show any product I want. Built in payment system.

Nachteile:

Needing to be connected to the internet. I do sales at clients homes and it’s a hassle to always need wifi. I can tether to my cell phone but if there’s bad reception then I need to rely on my client’s internet connection.

Swift Galleries Pros and Cons

Kommentare: Overall I think it is a good software and I appreciate that they have training available. The team is very passionate and I believe that they will do great things with it. I know there are other options out there for this kind of software and I am just not convinced that this is the best option. It is however, a very solid option.

Vorteile:

The best thing about this is the team. They are very responsive and reach out to give you information. It has all the basic items that you would need in order to show clients photos and I love being able to create mock ups of what to show my clients.

Nachteile:

It would be great if it had a project option. Also, it is a bit clunky to get used to, definitely have a few dry runs before you use it with clients! Also, it is a bit difficult to load in prices if they don't already have them available. If there is a better way, it was not clear to me, so I don't use that portion of it.

Great system for selling wall art you can design yourself!

I like that you have set this program up with several product companies so it's easy, to set up your product lists, design your wall art share it with your client and make a sell they really try to teach you how to get it set up and they do customer calls with you to help you with anything you need. There customer service is truly amazing!

Nachteile:

I don't know if there is anything I didn't like I keep trying to think of something but nothing comes to mind!

Game Changer

Kommentare: When you show clients their images on their wall in their home they say yes every time! Sales for me went from average $200 to average $2400!

The preset wall galleries and the ease of checking out.

Nachteile:

I was not able to show just prints cropped for purchase, but was able to add them at checkout.

Swift Galleries is an amazing Design & IPS software

Kommentare: It makes presenting options to my clients easy and smoothly. Customer service is fabulous and always available for questions. Always improving it.

Vorteile:

You can design wall galleries with any type of wall art product. It makes In Person Sales meetings run smoothly. You can use their slide show or import other slideshows for your IPS meetings. Ability to do in person or virtual sales meetings. You can import photos of clients’ rooms to show them how the wall art looks on their walls.

Nachteile:

Nothing I can think of at this point in time.
