Vorteile:

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Tool, um Angebote zu erstellen, Rechnungen zu schreiben und Arbeitsstunden für meinen Nebenjob als Webdesigner und lokaler Marketingberater zu erfassen und zu dokumentieren. Bevor ich mich für Flowlu entschieden habe, habe ich Agiled und monday.com getestet und bin zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass Flowlu meine Bedürfnisse am besten abdeckt. Außerdem habe ich die praktische Knowledge Base für mich entdeckt, die die meinen Kunden hilft, erste Fragen auf häufige Antworten zu finden.

Nachteile:

Das User Interface ist zwar übersichtlich, aber ich würde mir wünschen, man könnte es auf Deutsch umstellen. Das gilt auch für die Knowledge Base und andere Tools, die nur auf Englisch sind.

Vorteile:

Has all working tools in one place so no wasting time moving from one product to another. Real-time information sharing with the live chatting tool. It is easy to create and share invoices with our customers. Flowlu has very reliable work automation tools that save us time. It has great visualization tools like graphs for measuring work progress.

Nachteile:

Flowlu is in a really good condition and it has not given us a chance to not like everything in it.

We have experienced the magics of Flowlu in transforming our projects.

Kommentare: The experience has been splendid. We have had quite a smooth experience with Flowlu and had seen it greatly transform our projects making them easy to manage. It brings unity among us during our projects.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use and has a very light interface that is easy to learn and understand. Flowlu superior analytical and reporting tools allows us to get detailed insights about our tasks. It has a very clear project dashboard that gives us real-time hawk-eye view onto our projects progress. Provide us with a resourceful knowledge base that allows us to consolidate all our project details into one easy to access space.

Nachteile:

Learning and getting to use Flowlu was so easy and we much comfortable with all its features. No cons so far.

Just ok.. starter program for me

Vorteile:

I liked it in the beginning but it seems like it is too slow.. plenty of glitches and needs a better IOS version. Sometimes when I’m in the CRM and want to adjust something .. it will disappear the next day. Also, the iOS version just isn’t the best.. there are better versions out there and lastly customer service isn’t fast to respond . Talking through an email isn’t the way I want to handle a problem.

Nachteile:

I like the way it flowed in the beginning .

A game-changer for team projects. Makes collaboration very effective.

Kommentare: Flowlu has given us a very reliable platform for managing our team projects and allows us to operate as one team during our projects. It gives us full control over our projects and assist us to ensure we complete all our work within the set deadlines.

Vorteile:

Flowlu user-friendly interface makes it easy to interact with. It has excellent team communication and information sharing functions that allows us to collaborate and operate as one team during projects. Has very strong security tools which keeps our information safeguarded at all times. It has excellent reports that allows us to track the progress of our projects in real time.

Nachteile:

Flowlu has always perfomed so well everytime we have needed it. We have not had any major cases to raise concerns about.

Flowlu gives us the freedom to customize our working space so as to match with our needs. It allows us to keep our project work well organized which makes tracking progress very easy. We are delighted by the customer support team who are very friendly to us. Sharing information and updates with workmates during projects is super easy.

Nachteile:

Flowlu had passed our test and we are more than delighted with everything about it. No dislikes.

It provides us with an easy to use dashboard that provides us great eyesight onto our projects performance and progress. It makes it easy for our team to plan and assign tasks.

Nachteile:

We have had a very streamlined experience with Flowlu. There has been nothing negative that has concerned us and no dislikes.

A lot more than a project management tool

Kommentare: We are having a trademark experience with Flowlu and both we and our students have benefitted greatly from Flowlu. It is a very reliable project management platform that has made it easy for us to handle all our projects.

Vorteile:

Ease of sharing announcements using the real-time chat feature. Creating lecture plans and schedules using Gantt charts. Keeping track of students tasks with details about exact time spent on each assignment. Securely storing student records and information. There are automations workflows that speed up our recurring tasks.

Nachteile:

We have been able to leverage Flowlu capabilities in managing our projects and students assignments without any issue at all.

Kommentare: We really appreciate having Flowlu and the timely execution and completion of our editing projects has been made possible by it. We count ourselves lucky to have such an effective project tool that help us to collaborate on our projects and organize all project operations. It has really streamlined our projects.

Kommentare: We have had a fabulous one with Flowlu. All our project management problems came to end when we implemented Flowlu.

Vorteile:

Flowlu easy to use team communication tools allows us to keep in touch with each other during our projects. There has been no mistakes with Flowlu to this particular moment. It has not given us room to not like everything.

Nachteile:

Flowlu hasn't had anything to dislike about. It always deliver and has a very friendly user interface.

A very strong tool for SMB and PM

Kommentare: Flowlu's usefulness to businesses is multifaceted. With this tool, we can easily keep tabs on leads, organize possibilities, and close deals. It is also useful for keeping tabs on money so that we may make informed financial choices.

Vorteile:

When it comes to managing a company, Flowlu is a top choice. To-do lists, projects, customer relationship management, managing teams, tracking budgets, etc., can all be managed efficiently.

Nachteile:

Some of the features can be stiff, and the staff should do a better job of considering customer feedback. However, these issues are minor and will not have a major impact on daily operations. It's more like giving tips for improvement on a steep slope to a drill sergeant.

One of my company's best investments of all time, period.

Kommentare: It saved me a lot of time, and also money. And I just enjoy working with it every day! I tried and used a lot of CRM, ERP and softwares to run my company in the last 10 years, and I am just so glad I found Flowlu!

Vorteile:

There is so much to say about Flowlu's Pros.- Client portal: I saw some cons about this missing feature, but the team added this functionality so those comments should be removed because they misinform potential users.- an (almost) all-in one solution for company management- customizable: you can get to an almost white label platform (url, logo and so on)- a great development team (new features added every month)- an open roadmap that you can interact with to vote for a feature or propose a new one- I saved A LOT of money since I've been using Flowlu, as I was able to cancel several subscriptions to softwares due to the fact that Flowlu does so much things! Task management, CRM, Project management, workspaces dedicated to some work units or projects (allowing me to gather all of the activities of my companies in the same software with access restrictions for each workspace), Finance (invoice/estimates, recurring invoices, and money (CashFlow and P&L management), automation of processes (invoicing and so on), file storage (no need for Dropbox or Google Drive anymore!), calendar, custom fields and lists, knowledge base for your company so that new users can have access to all of the informations you want, mind maps, emails, and the client portal! So much features at your fingertip and I forgot a lot of others!

Nachteile:

The only con I see now is that I can't use the Finance part for my company as it is not (yet...) thought for French companies. It misses some elements to be fully compatible with French accounting obligations.But they are already working on the French language, so they will probably get to it some day too!I would also love to be able to connect my Flowlu account to my company's caldav, outside of the well done included calendars. But the Flowlu team will probably implement this functionality later!

Vorteile:

I like the integration of the whole business management ecosystem that Flowlu offers. From the CRM to the last feature they have. You can manage different businesses in a single place! How good is that? Also, the integration with other applications to automate some managerial functions is excellent! Efficiency in its maximum splendor. Great for SMBs or Solopreneurs!

Nachteile:

The UI is well organised, nevertheless, it's not so intuitive and lacks of more adaptability and responsiveness. However, this is in motion, and it will be improved in the upcoming months!

All-in-one system to manage business processes

Vorteile:

I like that we can keep everything in one place. Our team particularly likes the knowledge base functionality- it makes our work much easier and saves us time.

Nachteile:

It takes a bit of time and effort to learn and master this tool. But it's worth it.

This CRM is a precious ally that saves a lot of time

Kommentare: I use it to give internal tasks to my collaborators who can monitor everything and deliver projects on time.I also use it to create invoices which I then send to my customers with one click

Flowlu is a tool that helps small and medium-sized businesses structure their internal work, providing different users with the ability to monitor the various tasks to be carried out in an updated and synchronized manner. Its CRM is well organized and allows you to integrate with many tools, finding a contact is really easy and fast.I find its invoicing and invoice creation system very practical and solves most problems, with an incredible saving of time. His tutorials are complete

Nachteile:

I didn't find any particular problems, paradoxically the thing that can leave you confused and the large amount of tools it offers, but obviously this is only a positive thing.

The best CRM and project manager tool

Kommentare: I like Flowlu very much and I would recommend this tool to small and big businesses, it’s really useful to keep track of everything

Vorteile:

It’s really easy to use and implement, specifically because there is a “starter guide” that teaches you all the important things that you can do with Flowlu. It’s a complete tool for CRM and project management with the possibility of viewing the progress of each project and/or of each tasks. You can also track the time you work on a task and based on that you can create invoices directly from Flowlu.

Nachteile:

Client support is a little bit slow in responding to bugs and problems

Kommentare: Overall experience has been great. The product has great potential and if they fix some bugs and have better tech support then it will be hard for others to compete.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and because they have all modules (projects, finance, sales, etc) integrated into one solution.

Nachteile:

- Technical support is pretty much inexistent (WHEN they respond it takes days). - Imports and some integrations are still buggy and won't work.

Its not perfect for my usecase as a german based webdeveloper. Invoicing and writing down client data for cold calls feels to slow to have fun with this CRM

It allows us to manages almost all aspects of our business from one place, and has saved us a great amount of money in subscriptions.

Nachteile:

While development pace is steady, it's a little slow. As is the product's loading times and speed.

Flowlu: Come For the CRM Stay For The Rest

Kommentare: When you first open the software you are presented with an excellent Onboarding feature that will get you up and running very quickly. I recommending going through it. For us, the CRM functionality was key so I focused on that. Within minutes I had created a number of custom fields and had some contacts entered. The feature list is huge and it took some time to figure out exactly what we needed and what we didn't. I was easily able to turn off the Apps we won't be using and it helped clear up some of the confusion.

Vorteile:

The absolutely best feature of this software is just how customizable it is. You can turn sections on or off as you like. The ability to add custom fields to the Contacts is a killer feature of the program!

Nachteile:

Well...there is so much in the software it is really easy to become overwhelmed. Most things are turned on by default and it is easy to get lost in the features. My suggestion would be to start using a couple of core Apps and turn on new ones as you become familiar with the ones you are using.

All in one Project and Customer Management Software

Kommentare: I have many many different workflow items and tasks going on all at the same time. Flowlu helps me keep focused and take care of the most important things first. As well as store, and keep organized all my company data, customer data, customer interactions, billing, invoicing, job costing. I can't thank Flowlu enough for creating this amazing product. I don't have to use a million different softwares, I can keep everything in one place which is a Huge gift to me, and allows me peace of mind as I can more closely oversee every job in detail.

Vorteile:

I love that the software has so many options, and they keep adding more. I found that many other software options were too simple, in that they didn't allow for the user to add as much detail or keep it as simple based on their needs. So I like that everything is In one place, I go only to this software for everything, and the sales teams are constantly adding new features, and taking into account suggestions I make for how the software can better suit my needs. Awesome! You don't find that kind of support in larger companies.

Nachteile:

Well these "leasts" are past tense now, but I will say originally I think the thing I liked least was the support was based out of the United States, so I was concerned about Data safety and whether I would get support for the product. However, I have not seen any data safety problems so that's good. And even though support is in a different time zone then my own, they always answer 100% of the time. Which is more than can be said of many United States based companies.

One of the best productivity software we are using

Kommentare: Flowlu is helping me & my team become more productive. It has increased our efficiency by ten fold at least.

Vorteile:

I am quite new to Project Management software. This is my second PM purchase. With Flowlu, so many things came together. First, CRM & Project connected in a tool has been a blessing for us. Every month we have to send clients a report about what are all the things that we have done for them. With Flowlu, it's taking less than a minute to copy all the things & add to the report. But the best part is that now we have become aware about how many additional things we are doing for our clients in addition to the regular work. Second, of course various features of PM. We are still learning these but we are using these features at the same time. Thirdly, I personally love the Finance tools. I am not using it for sending invoices yet. But simply seeing how much is the entire amount you are about to receive in a month is simply fascinating. Also, Finance tools are helping me in keeping my expenses under control. The reports are sufficient for me as of now.

Nachteile:

What I would love to have in Flowlu - First, for newbies like me, I think basic tutorials are needed. By newbies, I mean new to Project Management software. I personally am not very familiar with most of the terms that are used in current documents & tutorials. This may not needed for sumolings with experience in PM tools, but for me it would add huge value. Especially pointing out how all the tools interact with each other. Second, the storage space. Initially I thought 100 GB are enough for me. But now I feel in just few months, my team is going to consume all of that. I am not sure if by archiving or deleting projects, the space can be freed. If yes, then that may be helpful. Thirdly, email connections per user. When first I connected my first email in Flowlu, that time I realized how much this feature I am going to love. On any given day, I have to check 5 -6 of my main emails in various firms. So I wish if I could connect all of them in my account in Flowlu, that would be great. Frankly if some of users emails can be reduced to Zero, if I can add those to my account.

Does it all really well

Kommentare: Flowlu is a great help when it comes to organizing information about my clients all in one place. It is also a great solution for small businesses that don't have a dedicated IT staff to integrate several systems. It is really good at most things but it may not yet be the best at some things - a tradeoff I am more than willing to make for the integration of all of its functions.

Vorteile:

Flowlu covers a lot of ground. It is one system that can keep track of clients, prospects, and leads and also invoice your clients, and also track projects, and also track tasks, and email, and create a knowledgebase, and I hear that a client portal is coming soon. It is one system which puts all of your client interactions at your fingertips. I really like the concept of one integrated system that keeps track of most of the things I need to do with clients every day rather than duplicate data entry for several disconnected systems. This is especially important for small companies like mine that have limited bandwith.

Nachteile:

When transitioning to the system from another CRM, I could not move all of my information over easily. The email history that could be transferred was limited and there is no way to import older emails. Many of the fields were not importable and information had to be either entered by hand or adapted to other types of fields. Tags can not be imported. There is no way to add an opportunity column to the "Record Lists" (a great feature other than that).
