Kommentare: I think we are working with you on the most important improvements and are very excited about rolling them out in the not too distant future.
Vorteile:
Flex4 OPS is a very powerful tool and we are constantly finding new ways to improve the presentation of our offering. And I only wish I had more time to explore all its possibilities.
Nachteile:
Not being able to create our own or adapt existing content blocks can be a bit frustrating at times. It is also very frustrating not being able to add more BCC fields to some emails so that admin staff can quickly route external jobs more effectively. Because we send out such a range of items we need quite a more effective way to handle deliveries that is available at the moment. So we have to rely on manual intervention which can be quite frustrating sometimes.

Kommentare: They are a pleasure to deal with, but the work to get the website in the correct place for the user, took far too long and did cause a lot of work. However, this was sorted in the end.
Vorteile:
Now it is working it is very easy for my customers to use.
Nachteile:
It took a very long time to have everything lined up so that the order files were coming through correctly with the payments.

Flexibility as a super user and having to depend on the support for minor issues.

very useful for easy repetitive products difficult if you have a variety of products utilising different pay scales.
Nachteile:
lack of flexibility, tried to introduce variable pricing for our products but not much help to solve it.

Having used 2 different systems before this I found this easier to implement than the others, customer service is responsive and helpful. Implementation was fast and easy to do. The software isn't overly complicated but advanced enough to get everything done we needed to. Acheiving much better results than previously.
Nachteile:
Order management could be easier to use, other than that pleased with products.

Easy to use and helpful service, didn't work out exactly as we'd wanted due to having a different product but overall a good service if you are able to make your products work

Not amendable, we are trying to have cartons with different sizes to add but this wasn't possible how we'd idealised.

Easy to update and navigate around, well placed to update etc
Nachteile:
Sometimes it can be slightly laggy in the back end when updating things and sometimes i have to update twice to get the change to the website i want.

pricing is a bit clunky - i'm finding it difficult to work out the prices, then convert to put on spreadsheet in totals, i work in unit prices

A lot of options to configure - like anything, out the box it is not useful until you spend a lot of time working on it

Clunky in places - some processes aren't that logical but support is good.
