Recruiterflow has helped us source number of candidates and clients. We are able to automate a number of repetitive tasks and save a lot of time which can be used to generate extra revenue.
No mobile app which makes it difficult to use on the go. However one cannot complain much given the price at which they offer the solution.

Recruiterflow tries harder!
Kommentare: Had an **excellent** customer support call with [sensitive content hidden] who came on video with me to troubleshoot a minor issue but also asked about routine ways I was using Rf. He updated my import function so we're able to add candidates more quickly. We also went thru one of my Advanced Searches to see how it could be made better/more accurate. SUPER HELPFUL!

Recruiterflow works really hard to earn your business. +Product Updates: They solicit feedback on making product better and quickly turnaround product updates. For example, recently introduced new text feature in campaigns. +Customer Support: We speak with a real person, not a bot, every single time. We don't have to file a help ticket or wait for a call back, as I often did with Salesforce. Recruiterflow is a growing company with everyone invested in the success of the product and their clients. They're really interested in problem solving. I hope this never changes!
Nachteile:
I wish they had a pricing option for groups vs. seats. Or lower cost for each additional user.

Lots of glitches and not user friendly. But very affordable
Kommentare: If I were given a larger budget, I would move back to Greenhouse.
Vorteile:
Being that it's an ATS, it's better than not having one. It is about 1 step above keeping paper resumes. It's much cheaper than other platforms The customer service is prompt.
Nachteile:
This system is extremely glitchy and not intuitive compared to the other ATS platforms I have used. - Setting up the application form is quite awkward within job set up is clunky. If you don't save the job on that particular screen, all that information will be lost (even though every other aspect of the job set up does not work this way) - Invites randomly get sent out in the Monrovian time zone. - You can't remove a job from your job board without it closing the job completely. Both Greenhouse and Workable allow you to take the job off your careers page, but leave it open. - Formatting the job description is always off. - About 20% of the resumes that come through are unable to be read by the software, even though they are either PDF or Word docs.

RecruiterFlow - good value and fully featured.
Kommentare: Fantastic product and excellent customer service. We inserted a job board from Recruiterflow into our website, with help in removing the Recruiterflow branding.
Vorteile:
RecruiterFlow manages our candidates in a recruiting pipeline. As well as storing candidate details, we have automated services established for emails and texting. We can create campaigns and recipes for multiple touch points. And, we were given a 3 year discount.
Nachteile:
We are investigating integration with our current Voip service, but that could come soon.

RecruiterFlow - it's great!
Kommentare: As a past user of RecruiterFlow a few years ago, I've used various CRM/ATS systems over the last 3 years since then, including Bullhorn, and JobAdder. Recruiterflow is, in my opinion, the easiest to use, with the best cost/features functionality and very strong support.
Vorteile:
Very intuitive interface with simple controls and useful features. Easy to change views from list to Kanban to grid etc. Useful search functions and inbuilt email sequencing, candidate tracking through recipes and similar functions.
Nachteile:
Sometimes a bit slow as cloud based but that is a very minor gripe and related to our WiFi connection rather than RecruiterFlow. That said, this happens very, very rarely so overall, very happy.

I like how simple RF's platform is - I also love the ability to view candidates within the job and see their stages. The candidate view is also great! I do like the reporting feature, but it's fairly complicated and not intuitive to use. I also LOVE the browser extension for sourcing - this is my favorite part of RF
Nachteile:
I dislike the resume search - sourcing within RF is not as simple as it sounds. I also wish we had more ability to delete activity - I will often move a candidate to the wrong stage and cannot delete it, which messes up reporting. I also dislike how you can only add a candidate to a specific stage when bulk uploading - that should be available whenever you are adding a new candidate. I also wish you could move candidates between reqs from sourced --> interested without having to move them through all the stages (think of this in reference with something like a cloned job).

Excellent system, better Customer Service
Vorteile:
It really is an excellent product, but whats impressed me most is their people. The sales team were passionate and truly understood the product, which really wasn't the case when I got the pitches from other ATS/CRM systems. Further, the customer support once in are caring and really excellent at their job. I've been in Recruitment for 15 years and this is the best ATS I've used in terms of People support, and their product is one of the best as well.
Nachteile:
Some small workflow changes could be made that aren't a big problem, it's just a 9/10 experience rather than a 10/10, I'm being critical. I feel like the kinks will be ironed out in time.

Vorteile:
The ease of use, the front end appearance is very easy to navigate. All of the features that you would expect and want from an efficient and well designed CRM/AMS are there, and at a great price.
Nachteile:
The reporting is fine from a top level, but could use some more detail. For example, you can track contact calls & candidate calls per user, but can't track "type of calls", such as "Connected", "Voicemail" etc... they all get lumped in together. But this is honestly the only slight down side to Recruiterflow.

The applicant tracking system is wonderful, our consultants have found this to be one of the biggest time savers, it is super valuable to have all your applicants from any job board go into the same 'applied' funnel.
Nachteile:
The reporting is a little archaic, but the team at RecruiterFlow are actively working on new features to be implemented shortly. And this is one thing I love about them, customisability is at the forefront for RecruiterFlow and they AWLAYS listen, customer service 10/10.

Warum Recruiterflow gewählt wurde: Recruit So Simple was built for smaller companies, we outgrew it quickly.
Gründe für den Wechsel zu Recruiterflow: Initially, for the pricing. But in hindsight RecruiterFlow was the right choice for us anyway.We were worried about getting involved with a HUGE CRM provider as we felt the support wouldn't be there for us.

A powerful and usable ATS
Vorteile:
It's user-friendly without sacrificing functionality. Recruiterflow has allowed us to build out, centralize, and standardize our sourcing and recruitment process in ways that were previously impossible. It's also highly customizable. I feel like I can adapt the product to reflect our workflow, as opposed to our previous ATS, which required us to change our workflow in order to use its full capability. Finally, the support team are incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing any issues that arise.
Nachteile:
The transition from our previous system was quite rocky; not all of our data imported correctly, and our old records are still not entirely accurate. The reporting feature is also not as robust or clear as the rest of the product, to the point that I often end up pulling raw data and working it up in Excel instead.

I am a big fan of the overview of the jobs you have posted in recruiterflow also it's easy to get an overview of where the different candidates are in the flow.
Nachteile:
Well there is always room for improvement but I actually reached out to recruiterflow in regards to features we are missing and they are looking into it. One thing I just realized is of course their app on a mobile phone that is something which can be made a lot better.

Kommentare: I could not ask for anything better. The tool is amazing, the customer service is great, it does not cost that much, and if I find bugs or issues, they are willing to fix it right away.

Recruiterflow is the most intuitive ATS that I have ever used. It's everything you can ask for when running a small staffing agency from an ATS perspective.

Kommentare: We are working with Recruiterflow since the beginning of our activyt, it has been a hard selection to find a tool matching our business and expectations, After almost 4 years, Recruiterflow is still a good choice

Easiest to work with, efficient tool, easy to roll out within the companycovering all features needed
Nachteile:
We are struggling a lot with the reports, KPIs Management, objectives management and the overall performance management for our recruitment activities. Dashboards, KPIs tracking.. Recruiterflow is not at the level expected on this part.
Always evolving and on hand to help

Vorteile:
We found Recruiterflow very easy to introduce to our team, and those that are not tech savvy have embraced it. We've been able to customise most of the automation we need to make our lives so much easier; and when the system doesn't do something we're able to speak to support/our account manager to work out a workaround and make suggestions for new features, several of which have been turned around quickly. We love the fact that the product is always improving as it helps us to improve our processes too.
Nachteile:
We have found that the reporting doesn't quite bring up what we need in our business, so we've created some work arounds for this.

My day to day usage in recruiter is to check the applied applicant, add candidate for tracking and future used. Update the swimlane to know on what stage candidate is. Sync email and DocuSign.
Nachteile:
Issue in integrating with the DocuSign. There might be a bug, if possible fix it.

Nachteile:
I think you need to upgrade the mailing campaign with more steps and features, create a quick overview of candidates' emails, phone, names, and after that send the mailing campaigns. Just a small upgrade.
