The extreme lag time with longer recordings being uploaded to my account is very frustrating. It interrupts my workflows for ongoing development when they take longer than desired.

Great tool!
Kommentare: Love execvision!
Vorteile:
This software is such an amazing training tool. Not only does it allow you to review your own calls, but you can also review calls from teammates which helps when you want to review successful calls made by trailblazers on your team. It allows you to focus on what works on calls, and really tighten up your talk tracks.
Nachteile:
Nothing. There isn't anything that I have disliked about this software yet.
I use ExecVision for coaching my SDR team and love it.
Kommentare: Deep insight into what my team is doing right and what they need to improve upon. Ability to find out exactly what stage of a cadence might be hanging up the processes. Time efficient but personalized coaching.
Vorteile:
It gives me insight into exactly how my SDRs sound on the phones as well as what they are saying without having to spend the majority of my time sitting in a cube with them while they make calls which frees me up to focus on other areas of the business that need attention. I also like that it gives my SDRs a chance to self-coach these calls before they send them to me. The insight that they are able to give to themselves can be far more effective than someone else telling them what they did right or wrong. Overall, excellent tool!
Robust Call Library
Vorteile:
ExecVision served the purpose of housing a library of calls from the sales team. I found it very beneficial when I first started to learn from others, hear how they position our product, handle objections, and set up next steps. It was easy to add comments within the call recordings to be able to collaborate.
Nachteile:
I would say that this product is a "good start". It serves a purpose, but there are many other companies out there that are more robust in their transcribing, analytics, and functionality. The part I liked the least was the time it took for a call to be loaded into ExecVision. There were times I wanted to share a call right away, but had to wait for it to load...sometimes taking a couple hours. It was also frustrating to not have a link to be able to share....you have to select a user. If there is a way to send as a link, I couldn't find it.

Kommentare: We have seen a huge increase in demo production since implementing ExecVision. Also being able to share excelemnt calls with new reps have been a great on-boarding tool.
Vorteile:
Being able to filter my reps calls by the disposition of that call so I can review all calls based on their outcome.
Nachteile:
Keeping our call library up to date have been a hard task with such a large inside sales team.
It has been a very helpful app for reviewing my demonstrations and making comments/highlights.
Kommentare: It has helped me get better at selling and has also helped me go back and learn about client's main focuses by listening to their voiced concerns/problems that need to be solved.
Vorteile:
I like the intuitive user interface. It takes virtually zero training to learn how to use, because it is not over-cluttered, and has all of the basic functionality that you would desire as an account executive.
Nachteile:
What I like least is the search functionality. I feel like the "contains" search is not robust enough, and I have to get very creative to find particular saved meetings. An improvement in this area would get rid of all aspects that bother me about the software.
Great resource for coaching
Vorteile:
I really like how it separates the two voices on the phone so I can coach to the amount of talking my AE's are doing. I also like that I can highlight sections of the call to focus on allowing for more impactful coaching sessions.
Nachteile:
I dislike how long it takes for the calls to sync and there are no volume controls to increase the volume of each party individually.
We use execvision as a way to review calls for training purposes
Kommentare: It does it's job well - it allows you to share calls with another person for (typically) training purposes.
Vorteile:
The system integrates well with our screen sharing tool (Clearslide) and, assuming you remember to click record in the beginning, you don't have to do anything else to get the call in the system.
Nachteile:
I'm not sure how advanced transcript services are on any software (I know they are rapidly improving), but it would be great to have a better sense as to where we are in the call so I can quickly review the important parts. If you actually use all of the functions properly, you can do a decent job of marking the call up with important sections and key points/comments along the call, but it is just super time consuming. If there was a basic transcript you could use as a guide to bounce around the call, it would save a ton of time.

Kommentare: I feel like it's super helpful to learn from other account executives as well as from our managers. I know it's also really easy to coach others without having to plan specific times to listen. You can actually select a longer calls to bypass all of the voicemail calls. You can also search by specific topics and create resource libraries.
Vorteile:
The ability to record, coach, and create a library of files to learn from. It certainly makes training and quality control easier.
Nachteile:
I remember at first there were some integration issues, but overall, it's very easy to use. I'm not part of that team, though so I can't add too much more on that.
ExecVision Review for Grace Cunningham
Kommentare: My overall experience with ExecVision is positive. This tool is improving how our team speaks to end users and our overall professionalism. NOTE: in my initial review, I had reported that I would be unlikely to recommend this program. The only reason for that is, I don't generally speak with anyone that I could recommend it to. If I did speak to anyone who would be interested, I would definitely recommend this program.
Vorteile:
The fact that we can share calls and work together to improve our verbiage and strategies is what I like most about this software.
Nachteile:
As a relatively new user, there is little I find to object to so far.

Nachteile:
I wish there was a way to send an actual link to the phone call through Execvision. Examples: sometimes I need to pull up a call in a conference room or via email, and getting a quick link is sometimes more convenient than pulling up the app or logging. Also would like to see if it is possible to cut a certain snippet of a call (versus just highlighting a section).
Easy to use product which provides great value to both large and small teams.
Kommentare: The tech, sales and support teams are amazing. They are genuinely nice people who love what they do. This passion directly reflects on the quality of the product. The quality of the product and the support is phenomenal, and I cannot emphasize that enough.
Vorteile:
It puts all the calls in one place which makes it easy for both the worker and the employee to review and coach on calls, The EV platform has a ton of features which directly result in productivity. Best of all the setup process is very easy, and the long term benefit you gain out of the platform is definitely worth what you would pay for the service. Over all it improves the productivity of the team. In my opinion, this product is first a behavioural coaching platform, and which naturally happens to be applicable to sales and so on.
Nachteile:
Not many cons that I know of. Most of the features are already at 100% . It is not a con, but the manager would still need to take out some time to review the calls. So as long as you have a good and proactive employee-employer relationship, and a pumped up team who are constantly looking to learn and deliver, and who have a manager who is equally responsive, then you are in for a real treat.
ExecVision is an amazing tool!
Kommentare: I am a sales manager and I use Execvision daily. It is an excellent tool to provide coaching to your reps. Listening to their calls with the ability to give them feedback is super helpful to their development as cold callers. We even had some onsite trainings with the execs at Execvision. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful.
Vorteile:
-Ability to listen, critique, and highlight my sales reps calls -New, excellent reporting features -Overall Scorecard grading system -Wonderful Customer Support
Nachteile:
-The software is excellent, but there have been 1 or 2 bugs that made the screen jump. However, customer support fixed it within 24 hours, so not a big issue.
Very valuable to listen back on call recordings and request feedback from your team.
Kommentare: Building a knowledge base, getting feedback on call recordings, studying and using the recordings to become a better sales person.
Vorteile:
Dive deeper into your call recordings, see how talk time can affect call outcome, tag call recordings and even request feedback on calls from your management team or colleagues. Great tool for sharing success calls and sharing best practices. Great training tool and knowledge library for new sales reps as well.
Nachteile:
It takes some time to get familiar with all the capabilities that ExecVision offers. We had a little difficulty getting it off and running with GoTo Meeting, but their support team is great.

It gets the job done!
Vorteile:
It allows you to input notes at the intervals that you want.. What I like is that it records and uploads calls fairly quickly.
Nachteile:
It doesnt identify what part of the call is what. Ie. hook, pricing, etc. All calls do not sync up with the system.

No better way to review calls- a little difficult to use at times

I can review my team's calls. There is little software out there that allows us to review calls- this is the best I've seen!
Nachteile:
Not very intuitive- ease of use is great but clunky and time to review calls is difficult. Need more functionality based upon needs of team- identifying areas on calls, scorecard customization.
Sometimes there are some quality issues but overall it works pretty well.
Vorteile:
It shows you when someone is speaking so you can skip through static. I also like how many different filter options you have available.
Nachteile:
The delay in when the recording is posted seems to vary. Sometimes it may take 45 minutes and other times it seems to take hours. It would be nice to have it as quick as possible and also consistent.

Amazing idea and core functionality. Rough around the edges.
Kommentare: Despite some of my admin-based complaints about integrations, etc, this tool has been a huge help to our team. We've just brought on some senior sales leadership to our mostly young startup, and this has really helped let our sales leadership interface directly into what are reps are saying, when they say it, and how their delivery is. It has bridged a historical gap for us between management's theories and our team's actual practices.
Vorteile:
I like the ability to easily integrate with SF, and the core functionality - voice transcribing phone calls with the ability for coaches (or anyone, really) to leave specific comments at specific intervals and then pass back to the reps. Hall of Fame/Shame calls can be distributed among the team. And actually my favorite part is the repository of horrible calls our team keeps for laughs...folks who don't want to take sales calls says some pretty entertaining things...
Nachteile:
A lot of pieces of the integration feel a bit sloppy. Well, mostly the GoTo Meeting integration, but the Salesforce integration is essentially just a large query and there is no place for me as the admin to directly control the criteria of the query. It generally pulls data just fine, but as someone pretty familiar with queries, I would like some personal control without reaching out to support. The GTM integration, without going into specifics of how it works, has given us tremendous trouble for multiple reasons across multiple Users. They don't have a full custom interface for that, which may be coming, for now though, this part is half-baked.
ExecVision Review
Kommentare: Overall, I believe that ExecVision is a useful tool to be using frequently in the training stages, and should continued to be used throughout your journey in sales. However, I believe that there should be more best practices iterated for manager-to-peer or peer-to-peer review sessions.
Vorteile:
-Liked having the option to review calls and understand where I made my mistakes and where I can improve for future calls. -Listen to call with Manager to understand where I can improve seems to be best practice for me rather than listen to a call, review the call, and then have to review and listen to it again with manager.
Nachteile:
-No SSO: stopped using the software for a long period of time because of this. -It takes time for the calls to be uploaded into ExecVision which can be frustrating because in the moment you want to figure out where your call went wrong before you proceed with more calls. -I never use the software to review previous feedback -The search tool is my worst enemy - I understand how to use it, but it's more complex than it should be. -Whenever I get a notification that someone marked a call in ExecVision, the link doesn't lead directly to the call & the call is hard for me to find. I would say that more "user friendly" notifications within the website (like a LinkedIn type notification page) would be beneficial.
Idea is there, but execution is not.
Kommentare: I am able to listen to my calls, review them for personal and professional growth. I love being able to listen to my calls for training purposes and be able to hear what I can do better. I love being able to listen to get better. I am also able to utilize it as a tool to confirm information.
Vorteile:
I love its functionality to listen to calls, score them, share them, store them, etc that all is great. I love the idea of percentages of who is talking in the conversation. It truly is great to listen to calls, have them in a software and be able to pause/score them. It is a great idea!!
Nachteile:
The information is inaccurate and disorganized. I can never find the calls that I want - not labeled correctly or easy to find. I really hate how I go to find a call and it is labeled wrong and I am unable to search it. Nothing is easily accessible or organized for the user to use easily. It takes FOREVER to find your call. I should be able to search it, be labeled correctly and see it there.
Love this tool

Makes it really easy to break down calls by providing both parties with a visual representation of what happened during the call. As a trainer, this tool saves me time and allows me to be direct with my team.
Nachteile:
I have yet to find an issue with the software. It does what it is supposed to and is pretty easy to use.
Great Tool If Improvements Are made
Vorteile:
The ease of use of being able to both record calls as well as take in files from G2M or Zoom. It is very easy to use the comments and library calls. This is a really good tool if a sales leader takes the time to actually use it for feedback
Nachteile:
Lots of bugs with the product. Upload times took days or would fail all together as well as the names would never save on calls or be periodically wiped so you could not search for anything. Salesforce integration was not really great as well.
Execvision was a Game - Changer for our ADM Team
Vorteile:
- I can share and comment on every call my team does. The ability to organize a framework and grade each call has been amazing at guiding us where we need the most coaching.
Nachteile:
- Hard report on how many calls each individual is actually reviewing. Would be cool to see more data.
ExecVision Review
Kommentare: It's very useful and helpful to have access to your calls when you need them.
Vorteile:
It's super handy being able to go back and listen to your calls. For training, review, and missing information.
Nachteile:
Most of the time is hard to locate a call that you are looking for. The filters hardly work also.

User experience, the calls are not really prioritize. Seems hard to find a specific call. The phone app terrible

Decent Tool - Little heavy on price

Nachteile:
It has been a bit buggy, kicking me out quite a bit lately when trying to review calls.
