Vorteile:

Sehr einfache Anwendung. Läßt sich sehr einfach konfigurieren und in die Webseite implementieren. Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Viele Anwendungsbereiche machen dieses Tool flexibel einsetzbar.

Nachteile:

Bisher keine Nachteile gefunden. Ich glaube icgh werde auch kaum welche finden. Alles macht einen sehr durchdachten Eindruck.

Popups wie sie sein sollten

Kommentare: Nach einigen Fehlern meinerseits, konnte mir der Support superschnell helfen.

Vorteile:

Es ist eine einfache, schnellverständliche Software

Nachteile:

Es war mir nicht ohne Hilfe möglich, das Popup zum Laufen zu bringen.

Really Responsive Support

Kommentare: The overall experience is good. I can tell they have put a lot of time into developing the product it’s also new and I’ve discovered decal glitches. That said when I reach out, they are very fast to respond and take action to quickly update the software to meet our needs. They go above and beyond what most software companies offer when it comes to customer support. I really value and appreciate that!

Vorteile:

The templates designs are beautiful and seamless to edit.

Nachteile:

I don’t like the billing model. I believe they should charge by “unique views” not “unique visitors”. We get over 1M visitors to your site per month yet we only use Poptin for our blog. It’s frustrating having to pay for our entire website traffic especially bc they are really pricey.

Beautiful Popups with Exit Intent

Kommentare: I've been a happy user thus far. Honestly, the availability of customer support is one of the most important factors here. Plus, the pop-ups have a variety of nice themes and allow the use of exit intent on the free plan! Overall a great value!

Vorteile:

The code installations went smoothly. Customer support is very responsive. I enjoy the generous amount of monthly free views. I also appreciate the responsive and easy to reach customer support.

Nachteile:

The user interface is easy to navigate, but it has some glitches. Customer support is responsive and appears to understand what you mean without any confusion.

Vorteile:

Easy to start using and pop-ups are active on-site immediately.

Nachteile:

UX is a little clunky and have been unable to import brand fonts

Effective on Mobile Devices, Less So on Desktop

Vorteile:

The tools are working well on mobile devices, in my opinion.

Nachteile:

What I liked least about Poptin was that it didn't fully meet my expectations on desktop devices, even though it works well on mobile.

It works and support it very quick to reply. Designing popup is confusing - it would be better if popup editor was more intuitive, more like elementor or other familiar interfaces.

Kommentare: Was extremely happy with Poptin tech support. They went outside the box to help me get what I needed out of the popup I created.

Vorteile:

Ease of setting up marketing popup with drag and drop features.

Nachteile:

Waiting a day between email for support and no support over a weekend.

It's just very intuitive and easy to use, it also looks great.

I found that the saving aspect as you go along not great. Lost my work a few times.

Highly customizable popup tool

Vorteile:

The tool provides plethora of options to creative slide-in and exit popup. There is literally no limits to customizations.

Nachteile:

Nothing as such. The UI can be more modern.

Excelent Service, Great Support

It's easy to use and effective. We got lots of additional revenues with Poptin

Nachteile:

Nothing, it has a user-friendly dashboard and great design options for pop-ups. literally, nothing I dislike about poptin

Easy and modifiable service

Vorteile:

Very easy to use and the pop-ups can be modified to a great extent. Great customer service.

Nachteile:

A bit laggy at times, the editing function is a bit stiff.

Beautiful Program

Kommentare: Love this well-thought-out program. I've used others, which caused a lot of frustration. These people really know how to make a great program!

Vorteile:

This is an elegant and highly refined program. The results can be spectacular with a very small amount of effort.

Nachteile:

The dashboard may be a bit too extensive - there's a bit of a learning curve. It could be simpler.

Kommentare: I enjoy using it. I don't have doubts that it will work well. There is enough room for me to create uniquely creative designs. This app was well made.

Vorteile:

It is easy to understand this interface. I figured it out in about 10 minutes. So convenient.

Nachteile:

Poptin handle a lot of graphics well and this bogs it down. However, it is important to note that too many graphics would lead to an undesired load for the user anyway.

Great Company, Great experience

Easy to start using, not only for designers, good free plan, amazing customer service

Nachteile:

Not enough design features like grid, mobile screen size change to test a few phone screens for the ad (I had mine broken only on iphones and i didnt new without physically testing on iphone

It's simple and intuitive, so you can start working right away.

Nachteile:

Sometimes there is an error in linking the desktop and mobile versions, and the image capacity is small.

Superb support

Vorteile:

I was looking for a lead capture tool for my website that has to integrate with Keap. Proceeded to select Poptin because of their integration, however, I ran into some issues with the integration. Poptin's customer support was great and they put in my request to the tech team and resolved my integration issue within two weeks. Thank you Poptin.

Nachteile:

None at this stage. I am really enjoying using Poptin because it is so easy to use.

Wonderful platform!

Kommentare: It made adding a pop-up so easy. It looks good on the website, it's easy to integrate and remove and looks professional. The links work well and there have been no problems.

I love the graphics. They are bright and modern. Creating a pop-up was so easy. Great choice of fonts and templates

Nachteile:

From my experience, I can't say I found anything I would change/improve/add!
