Great Product for Growing Marketing Teams

Kommentare: I've not had any problems with Demio in my almost one year of using the product. The team there seems to always be putting out new updates and pushing new features.

Vorteile:

The ability to get off the ground running quickly with Demio is part of what makes this one of the better webinar software on the market. Without much setup time at all, admins can have a professional-looking webinar setup and ready to accept registrations. I also use the Mailchimp integration, and while I think it could be better optimized, it is still useful for automatically adding registrants to your mailing lists.

Nachteile:

Having to pay for the ability to add more than 1 host greatly prohibits smaller marketing teams without a large budget. The ability to switch between brands for 1 price would be preferred.

Reliable webinar tool

Vorteile:

It is very reliable, high quality and easy to use. You can upload all the event materials handouts before the webinar. And delegates can download them. The chat box is useful for attendee interaction too.The after event report is useful.

Nachteile:

Nothing really. Just that it is not as famous as Zoom or Teams. When we first told our delegates and speakers we were using Demio, they were kind of suspicious of the tool was good or reliable enough, and they thought we were trying to save money (in a way it was at first). So it was a bit embarrassing but once they use it, they are all satisfied.

Sound continually dropping - too stressful to use

Kommentare: This product is full of bugs and poor quality features. For example, my microphone, which is the latest Rode and I use for perfect quality on my podcast, kept dropping for no reason whatsoever. I frantically kept trying to reconnect while keeping the webinar going with all the attendees wondering what was going on! I decided to try and leave the webinar and re-join only to find I had ended the session completely and cut everybody off. There was no way to rejoin so the webinar was then dead. This was for new prospective customers so I spent the rest of the day trying to call everyone and apologise to them, completely embarrassing and a waste of time and effort. The video is supposed to be high definition but seems blurry and pixelated, doesn't work properly with Safari browser, and just seems complicated to use. I also have the latest Mac Studio M2 fully spec'd up. As it was too late to change, I tried again today on another webinar and had exactly the same issues with one user saying in the comments (that everyone could read) 'this is very unprofessional'.
It was totally stressful and the last thing you need. I am actively looking for a reliable product and will most likely use Zoom since I use it for online meetings and it works well.

Unfortunately the bad video quality outshines the good UI of the features/interface for the moderator

Nice features which allowed ease of moderation during the webinars.

Nachteile:

The video quality was absolutely bad and there was never solution even though we tried multiple times to solve this with the Demio team. We gave multiple chances in those 2 years of using it to fix the quality but there was never a solution.

Great customer service!

Kommentare: Customer support is very responsive and helpful. If you're new to webinars, they're the team you want on your side.

It's easy to set up and learn the features!

I haven't used it long enough to discover features I don't like.

Cutting-Edge Webinar Software

Kommentare: Demio is allowing us to scale our webinar catalog by making it easy to launch events and have live-automated and on-demand events.

Vorteile:

The ability to have simulated-live webinars is critical when schedules are too booked to host multiple live sessions. On-demand also is easy; the users get to choose which instance they want to use.

Nachteile:

Breakout rooms are critical for larger events; we'd still have to use Zoom for this.

Demio shines in a world of mediocre webinar and on-demand content platforms

Kommentare: Fantastic. Excellent and fast customer service, and that's laudable in a world of terrible automated customer service!
Love everything about Demio, just wish I did more webinars!

Vorteile:

I used Demio on the recommendation of a client who had a great experience. My experience reflected theirs and I'm very pleased with the service. I've used a half-dozen services comparable to Demio over the last 4 yrs and can say Demio wins categorically in functionality, User experience, design, interface, pre and post webinar tools, ease of setup, analytics, integrations. It has it all.

Nachteile:

The price is up there with the "big boys" and Demio punches above their weight class but I ultimately didn't want to spend >$200 for 500 users when It's something I use once-a-month on average.

Webinars, events and internal comms

Kommentare: Still able to host events in a digital, work from home world.

Vorteile:

The ease of use. Every new user i show this to, or invite to work with demio can host awebinar or presentation within minutes. Since the lockdown prevented us from hosting events internally and for events to get to know our customers we have used demio as a digital alternative. Im certain we will keep using it even after the pandemic.

Nachteile:

More flexibility and interaction with the public. Would like to create a longer event and schedule it on the calender instead of the standard 1hr block thats is available now.

Stable platform that is easy to use

Vorteile:

Ease of setup and use, lack of technical issues.

Nachteile:

I would like to see a redesign of Demio with more colors added

It wasn't complicated to use. The Demos and training made it easy to start using right away

Nachteile:

I actually don't have any cons with Demio. I felt that it had everything I needed to present like a pro on my webinar.

Amazing features and 24/7 support

Kommentare: Smooth, absolutely fantastic in all aspects. I have a strong need for attention to detail and I could not find one single issue with them so far.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, 24/7 customer support, flexibility, clean interface for hosts and guests, polls, downloads, privacy, this is WAY BETTER than ZOOM. WAY BETTER.

Nachteile:

It's a bit on the higher end for my startup, but it totally does worth the investment, so it's still totally worth it

A delight to use and so simple for attendees!

Kommentare: Demio was a key part of my recent product launch. It allowed me to focus on delivering my content without worrying about tech hiccups.

Vorteile:

Demio is by far the easiest webinar platform I have used, both as a host and an attendee. Scheduling my events was very easy, and I really liked the smooth integration of the sign-up form into my Kajabi sales page. I also love how easy it is to setup everything before hand, including my slide deck and featured action. But the best part is how easy it is for attendees to use. They just click the button and they are in, no plugins, no software downloads, no hassles.

Nachteile:

I'd like to be able to have more than 6 people 'on stage' at the same time so that I could use it for larger group coaching calls. But that's outside of my primary use of it for webinars.

Demio helps a lot to create webinars with many participants.

Kommentare: Demio has made it possible for our commpany to carry out a large number of webinars constantly, these webinars have allowed us to communicate openly with a large number of clients at the same time, in addition, I have loved the way in which this platform it allowed me to add a lot of collaborators and organizers, as this made organizing and scheduling our webinars much easier. Each webinar within this platform was automatically recorded and stored in the Demio cloud, which allowed us to access the recordings of any webinar when necessary. The platform in general behaved excellently, it allowed us to create webinars with a large limit on participants, in addition, it allowed us to enjoy personalized invitations for participants and automated reminders for each participant.

Vorteile:

The first thing I love about this platform is that you can schedule or automate webinars, you can create webinar rooms to start automatically at a specific time or on a specific area, plus you can also schedule webinars for specific dates and send invite links to specific clients. Also, I love being able to fully customize the entire interface of the webinars, this platform allows me to modify the interface that the participants of my webinars will see, it allows me to add headers to my webinar or different extensions to make a more complete webinar. I also love that it allows me to interact in a very diverse way with the participants, this platform allows me to create surveys, questions and answers and also allows me to enjoy a real-time chat which helps to improve the interaction between all the organizers and the participants of each webinar.

Nachteile:

One of the main negative points of this platform is that there can be various problems between latency and video or audio quality problems if the user does not have a fast enough internet connection, because this platform needs a connection to the internet is powerful enough to function correctly and provide good fluidity during each webinar. The last negative point of Demio is the high costs, despite the fact that it is a platform that works perfectly and offers stability in each webinar transmission, the software is quite expensive and I consider that these prices can be improved a little, especially for the new users.

A great tool for passively making money with recorded Webinars and to train yourself to make them

Kommentare: It was easy to set up and easy to understand. The support team deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for quickly responding by chat and going out of their ways to find solutions and complete explanations of how everything works and how to fix certain issues. I had people from support created test events and even watched events along with me to look at problems I was having. It's awesome to see that you can count with real people.

Vorteile:

It's integration with Active Campaign and the ability to share Calls to Action. You can trigger your own automations when people register to your event, when they attend it or even when they miss it. You can tag them and send them specific emails. Then you record your event (demio does it for you) and use it as a permanent saved webinar.

Nachteile:

You can't help but compare it to zoom. In zoom, everybody can turn their cameras on and you get a feeling as if you where everybody together... Here, you can have 3 or 4 people max with their cams on.

Fatally flawed

Kommentare: Generally good, due it appears to nothing but pure luck. I break out in cold sweats when I think how close we have un-knowingly come to disaster in the past due to this bizarre time-bomb built into the service. And we were not even told about this until we were in the middle of post-morteming a catastrophic failure on the demio platform that had killed one of our events.

Vorteile:

It's clean, has an attractive interface for attendees

Nachteile:

Demio is fatally flawed. Imagine you are hosting an event ... wonderful speakers, 200 attendees hanging on their every word. Then *your* broadband connection goes down. Or you have to leave *your* laptop and it hibernates. Or it crashes. You now have 10 minutes to get back online, otherwise your event is (genuinely - confirmed in multiple emails) instantly terminated and your guests are kicked out ignominiously. You will not be able to get back into the session to even tell them what has happened. Why would a piece of software be written to do this ? After more than 30 years in software development I cannot even imagine ... So instead you get to sit anxiously in front of your laptop praying that nothing goes wrong for more than ten minutes, shuffling the mouse to make sure it stays awake, wondering if you're going to make it to the end of the day. That's why we're leaving demio ... nobody in their organisation seems to think this is an issue and nobody in our organisation wants the stress of hosting events on demio any more.

I highly recommend Demio for webinars

Vorteile:

Over the years, I have probably held close to 300 webinars, and with that I have tried a bunch of different software solutions. Demio is by far the best of them all, and this is both what I use now and what I recommend to my customers. The pros are that it's quite simple to figure out how to set up, the user interface and the webinar experience is clean and simple, and the best part is that it's reliable. And as a bonus, the customer service is beyond great - quick, friendly and on point.

Nachteile:

Demio integrates nicely with all the software that I need - and Zapier is always a solution, for the few software solutions that don't. I would, for my clients, love to see a future direct integration with MailerLite.

Brilliant Platform and Software and will only get better!

Kommentare: The big obvious problem we needed to solve was, "How do we host events when we aren't allowed to host events in person." This gave the best solution and was super fun and created amazing engagement! As we used it more we began to create more consistent and smaller, intimate events that were very rewarding to all involved.

Vorteile:

We used this as a presentation platform to run LIVE events. Being able to have multiple "Presenters" and being able to produce shows, and content in REAL TIME was fantastic! It was very easy to use. I enjoyed the Preparing the Room function in advance where you could upload your content: slides, videos, handouts; all at once before even starting. It took a lot of the stress off. There is also the option to add those things during the session too for last minute changes. The Customer Support Team was very helpful and responsive! We would have 50-200 people in our events. The registration process and being able to customize your registration page for events added a personal touch to every event we did. The Demio team has created a road map of their upcoming features and they are super transparent and listen to suggestions and comments as well. This software is amazing and will only get better!

Nachteile:

There were a few instances where videos would restart, however it was all fixed with updates.

As simple as they come with outstanding customer service

Kommentare: In one word... EXCELLENT. I reached out their customer support team with very specific questions about their technology and where it was hosted - because of several bad experiences I had with other companies. Their team responded quickly and provided every piece of information that I asked for. I am pleased to say that their platform has lived up to all of my expectations to date.

Vorteile:

Demio has a simple and clean user interface that was fast to set-up and very easy to use.

Nachteile:

Lack of integrations is the only CON that I have. I really wish there was a pay wall option either PayPal or Stripe. Having to use Zapier is not convenient or ideal.

Outstanding Platform for Webinars!

Vorteile:

1. The ease with which one can create an event for the webinar and make them live in less than an hour. 2. Email Notification - Customized notification and make them scheduled Jobs to reach the customers. 3. Landing Page and Optin - Very useful and quite easy to build and customize to a great extent. 4. Reporting and Dashboard - Very intuitive insightful reporting to know your participant's action.

Nachteile:

1. Not Integrated with Payment gateway! I love to see this feature with seamless flow through opt-in page to the payment gateway to collect the payment!

Demio Rocks

Kommentare: I have used Demio for about a year and have loved the tool. In the beginning it was a little buggy but the team was responsive each time I had a problem and got the issue resolved rather quickly. It was a fairly new tool when I started using it so it is understandable that it would have some bugs.

Vorteile:

Demio is very easy to use. It does a great job of recording sessions and it is easy to download to Vimeo so that we can host it on our MemberMouse site.

Nachteile:

I don't like that Webinar platforms like Demio don't have better functionality with regard to audience participation. I would like for my audience to be able to use their microphone to ask questions and make comments. This functionality doesn't exist on Demio or other Webinar platforms.

Great option for small, interactive workshops!

Vorteile:

It's so easy to set-up/use, both for me and for participants.

Nachteile:

It's all been great so far - we've only used it twice. One small improvement would be an opportunity to see if someone is typing in chat (e.g., thought bubble), so that I know if I need to pause for questions or keep going...

Best live webinar software I’ve used

Kommentare: I’ve been using Demio the past few years to run webinars for my consulting business. I integrate with ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign. Mostly I’ve used it to run lead gen webinars. I’ve never had any issues with it, and my show up rates have all been really good. I also cancelled my recurring webinar tool because they added recurring automated webinar. They are constantly improving the product too, each month coming out with new things. Love the tool.

Vorteile:

- SUPER easy to use. Everything is really intuitive and easy to setup - Great support , the team there is amazing, responsive, supportive and love their customers - Users don’t need to download anything to use it, they just click and they’re in the webinar - Integrates with all the tools I’m using - Can run polls, update downloads, ask question, all kinds of stuff to engage the audience - Automatically records each webinar - Can setup automated recurring webinars - Can setup triggers to follow up with people who didn’t show up, who left early, watched the entire webinar, etc.

Nachteile:

Can’t think of anything at the moment. I’ve been using it for a year and haven’t run into any issues.

The Webinar Software To Rule Them All

Kommentare: I'm trying to have an easy and elegant way to run live sales presentations to my audience without friction in providing links, giving handouts and maintaining stream quality. All of which demio did excellently with a whole array of extra features that I liked just as well.

Vorteile:

Their customer service is hands down the best I've ever received. Not only is their software beautifully designed, but it integrates seamlessly with all the softwares used to run my online business. I was originally looking for a software that would be affordable and allow me to run beautiful webinar livestreams, and Demio hands down did it better than anyone and everybody else.

Nachteile:

There's honestly not one part of this software that didn't exceed my expectations.
