Vorteile:

A huge database of employers available all over the country

Nachteile:

I get a lot of alerts that aren't relevant to what I'm looking for even though I have my settings correct.

Don't lag on it, snag it!

Kommentare: In general, Snag is a platform that offers swift stressfree applications of jobs from local employers which is something I do recommend people sign up for. You really are wasting no time in as fast as it is to be able to market yourself out there to several employers. Because who has 45 minutes to spend on 1 application these days you know?

Vorteile:

What I have always loved about using Snag of course since the beginning has always been it's ease of use platform, using those "1-click applys" once you have your resume posted. In my experiences over the past decade using this platform, I have found success in callbacks from local employers. A lot of the positions posted on Snag as well aren't usually found on other popular apps and search engines. Try it out!

Nachteile:

My only small complaint about Snag is really the lack of a variety of jobs that are outside of the retail industry. It's definitely great for those looking for a start, foot in the door, second chances, or to gain retail management experience.

Does its job, but not as well as it could

Vorteile:

Offers all basic functionality and is generally user friendly. User interface looks nice and has done a decent job to recruit and manage applicants for our multi-unit restaurant business.

Nachteile:

Biggest complaint is the online application, which I find to be clunky and not very user-friendly. There are certain things you can't change or remove (ex. A 4-digit pin to create and account with a suggestion for the last 4 digits of the applicant's SSN) and no pre-screen or fast-track question options. There are also no internal communication tools to track email or DM correspondence. Reporting is sufficient but not easy to use. Overall clunky and I think at this point there are better options out there.

Has been a good experience using the software but haven't had huge success.

Kommentare: We did hire a handful of candidates from this program, however it's probably not the best quality candidates that have to be out there. But in comparison of price it might still be worth the weeding through people.

Vorteile:

It's super simple to use, you cancel when you want. Cancellation is straight forward, not scammy like some monthly services. Software and website itself if exactly what it needs to be, easy spots to make notes if you want.

Nachteile:

The quality of candidates doesn't seem to be the highest. For some reason 90% of people never answer the phone or actually come in for interviews. It's been this way for 2+ years in my experience.

Vorteile:

I like the number of listings that are available on Snagajob, and enjoy the easy searchability. There is always something there which is relevant to your needs. For a job searcher, its a great place to look, and comes in handy if you are looking for something specific.

Nachteile:

I may have missed something in settings, but there should be a way to search by "newest to oldest listings" since many times it seems that the job listings are kind of random, and that perfect position may have been listed far too long ago to have a chance to grab it. Sorting by date would be very cool

Nothing. You guys are always on point. I don't get a shitload of emails from unimportant things.

It's easy to use and find jobs on this site

I feel like if it had a lot more care then this would be a good site

I used this software to recruit employees for my company.

Vorteile:

This software has helped me recruit talent from areas where it is particularly hard to find interest for minimum wage work.

Nachteile:

The price is steep, and it's priced per 'slot,' so it can be difficult if you need to hire for multiple locations.

Snagajob Review

Kommentare: My overall experience with Snagajob is neutral. I dont hate it but i dont love it.

Vorteile:

What I liked most about Snagajob is, its different from other job sites. Its something new to look at.

Nachteile:

What did you like least about Snagajob is there wasnt alot of job opportunities on it.

Service has Suffered

Kommentare: Overall we have outgrown the service level offered by Snag and are searching for an alternative.

Vorteile:

Initially, we liked the idea of a hire's information flowing directly into their paperwork, presenting tax opportunities, and rating them as as red/yellow green.

Nachteile:

We have been plagued with errors, having people set up positions incorrectly and not responding to issues in a timely manner. After many complaints about the long application process, we had to drastically shorten our application process which reduces the rating/information we have from an applicant.

Recruiting made easy

Kommentare: Snagajob is not only created ease of access to procure new employees but also alone with versatility of an array of new prospects in contract for myself and fellow associate

Vorteile:

Integrating business software into my business practice effortless to say the least. It has made recruiting hey simple task done in my spare time. As a business owner operator it has eliminated the need for additional expenditures on now unnecessary employees

Nachteile:

I I cannot complain about any features or phone service offered by Snagajob is well-rounded easynews versatile portable and convenient for an on-the-go ever-evolving company run out of a box we're out of control in a booth or by phone I can't imagine a more useful program applicable in today's ever-evolving world.

Great way to recruit

Vorteile:

Ability to get recruitment ads to a lot of viewers really is a big plus. Moved to this platform because of value.

Nachteile:

Great platform in terms of value and exposure, no negative issues in over 2 years of partnering with this company.

Useless Service

Kommentare: Terrible results and service.

Vorteile:

None. This is an absolute waste of money.

Nachteile:

They take your money, do not provide any metrics or results, and lock you into a auto renewing contract.

Snagajob is a great place to look if you are looking for work!

Kommentare: I actually found work trough the app back in 2008!

Vorteile:

The site is very easy to use. You can upload your resume and even take a test that determines some of your stronger skills. Matches you up to the field you are looking into! I love their mobile app!!

Nachteile:

Some of the applications take you to the actual site to finish the application wish there was a way to do it right from the Snagajob app or site. But it's still a great tool!!!

Why snag a job is great?

Kommentare: it is fast and reliable. I have never had a problem with getting a job through snag a job. it is a site i know i can go on and find a great job in my area.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use. you don't have to be a member, but if you are, it makes it that much easier to apply for jobs. There one click apply option makes the process much easier and makes you feel like you are getting more work done.

Nachteile:

The calls about education can get quite annoying.

Kommentare: It has almost every job you can think of and is easy to use

Vorteile:

It shows you jobs that are recommended for you and in your area or close to you.

Nachteile:

You get way to many emails. They will send you numerous emails throughout the day.

Very good!

Vorteile:

What I like most is the ease of access! I can easily post a job, find a job, or recommend one to a colleague.

Nachteile:

The least liked thing about Snagajob is the spamming of emails. They could improve that because it's overwhelming.

It's ok

Vorteile:

I like the fact that it is fairly simple to use and it has several job opportunities.

Nachteile:

I wish it was a easier way to apply such as just applying with your resume.

Too manys ads

Vorteile:

It was quick to apply to jobs on my laptop. There are lots of different job postings in a wide variety of areas.

Nachteile:

Lots of ads and redirects. Difficult to use on mobile browser. Wasted a long time looking at jobs I did not qualify for.

Has it all

Vorteile:

I enjoyed being able to find multiple potential jobs all in one place!

Nachteile:

I loved the app as a whole, but I did see a few more advertisements than I expected to.

ROI - definitely worth it

Vorteile:

PeopleMatter listens and provides answers. It has centralized our applicant tracking/onboarding and training efforts. It reduces stress with federal compliance issues (e.g., I-9 changes, e-verify). PeopleMatter has reduced the amount of effort required to gain the maximum tax credits available to our company. The notifications and LEARN modules allow me to keep in touch with 2,000 people across more than 200 locations from my office, meaning my face-to-face visits are much more impacting.

Nachteile:

PeopleMatter is still in the growing stages; however, there are thoughtful, useful improvements made throughout the year. I would love to see a way to provide training paths inside LEARN.

Very easy to use app. You can apply quickly to multiple jobs.

Vorteile:

Easy to use on multiple platforms. You can apply quickly from your mobile device. It has a huge variety of jobs and industries.

Nachteile:

The app tends to freeze, and kicks you out often. All of the ads makes it difficult to navigate at times.

PeopleMatter is an amazing product!

Vorteile:

They make every step simple and not complicated or intimidating.

Nachteile:

Their service and being open to meeting our company's specific needs.

I love PeopleMatter

Kommentare: We recently switched to Peoplematter. The fact that our old system did not work on mobile makes this huge to us. It is also 10x less the cost of our previous software and once you get a hang of it so easy! the fact that you can update your job postings with the click of a button and post and unpost is great. Plus the career page!
