Very user-friendly, easy to use as a client and employee. Open API gives us lots of extra functionality.
UI for staff is a bit confusing (i.e. clocking out for break vs out of the shift). The messaging feature is still not refined so we have to use another program for the time being.

Fantastic for Staffing & Recordkeeping
Kommentare: Highly recommend it for a business where you need consistent event/program staffing. Very easy to have new individuals sign up and join your group, as well. No jumping through any hoops.
Vorteile:
Ease of use- simple for both the company and the user. We have the ability to enter ALL necessary information regarding an event, and no longer have to continuously chase after people who want to work with us. Very practical when we are looking for extra help.
Nachteile:
The color scheme can get a bit confusing, lots of different colors for different reasons (not enough staff requested, etc.). Also, the date layout starts on Monday rather than Sunday, so it gets confusing when using other programs with a calendar. I've tended to put an event on the wrong day by accident.
Ubeya is simply a fantastic CRM/Database solution
Kommentare: I have been immensely impressed with Ubeya and their support team, they go above and beyond to support my business.
Vorteile:
The setup was made simple by the excellent support team. It allows you to send messages to Clients and Candidates, and you can also use its timesheet function.
Nachteile:
As a recruitment company owner, I have suggested that Ubeya implement an option for contractors to be able to raise an invoice for the work they have completed. I am able to invoice my clients, but this valuable solution would enhance Ubeya as a CRM solution even more.
Event operation revieww
Kommentare: I like the platform overal. Maybe it would make things easier if we had an option when crew is booked to let everyone know that the shift is filled.
Vorteile:
The event overview is good. Vissualy it looks great.
Nachteile:
Setting up an event takes a lot of steps. Also reviewing real time tracker and planning schedule are not great.

Just a heads up: you can pause the availability check once a shift is fully booked, which means that the shift won’t be open to apply to. Ubeya for Hospitality

Easy to use work force management system
Kommentare: Whilst there the adjustment from our previous WFM system has been a little difficult. I have found learning how to use Ubeya very easy and the team have been so kind and patient with us. There have been some struggles with the flexibility of it as a WFM system with things such as payrates but Ubeya is definitely a step in the right direction
Vorteile:
I like how easy it is to navigate, it is very user friendly and was easy to pick up
Nachteile:
I wish there was more flexibility to customise (payrates, job title etc)

User Friendly and Easy to use
Kommentare: Great system and easy to use for client and candidates to monitor shifts availability, Geo fencing a great tool to ensure people on site when they should be.
Vorteile:
Very user friendly with a great user interface

Payroll reports are great in giving totals but can display more information like amount of hours, especially over split shifts

Kommentare: Overall ubeya is excellent tool for seamless communication with clients, candidates and colleagues- It is invaluable when working as a small team to help with data storage management and compliance. Having experienced the app as an administrator and user I would definitely recommend.
Vorteile:
It super user friendly, even without an instruction guide you can navigate the site with ease.
Nachteile:
Small errors with the software when trying to save documents/ add expiry dates/generate reports, when managing a large number of candidates its difficult to consistently double check everything in case the errors have occurred.
You're crazy if you don't use Ubeya.
Kommentare: 10/10. Would highly recommend any business to use Ubeya, especially those who work in temporary recruitment.
Vorteile:
The seamlessly easily process to add shifts and book employees make my job 10x easier and allow me to keep track of who is where and when along with being able to contact them directly from the app with the chat option.
Nachteile:
Would be a great feature once you copy and paste a job or shift, to automatically populate employees that have worked there previously. Its straight forward enough searching their name and isn't a hassle but I think this could take that to the next level.
stable and great for a minimum use
Kommentare: I mostly use it for clocking in and out and track my hours in terms of an employee, and in terms of a shift admin i assign shifts based on the hours i can see on the website
Vorteile:
Easy interface, can keep track of all my work And easy to send shifts track what other co-worker are doing
Nachteile:
Hard otp process, Notifications are a big con it's not stable and it can just not come to my phone

Kommentare: Ubeya is a great platform and it has really helped our company streamline the recruitment and payroll process.

It is the perfect way to have all of the staff's schedules/ time sheets/ payroll in one area. It has increased the productivity of our payroll process immensely.
Nachteile:
I do not like that you cannot extend the length of a multi day shift- in our business we advertise the events as multi day shifts way in advance and sometimes the length of the event can change. So it would be great if there was a way to be able to increase the length of an event and to just send some sort of notification to the staff already booked on to say 'approve the extension of the event' or something similar. We use Ubeya in our day-to-day operations for workforce management, payroll administration, client engagement and much more. Meticulously designed software We love Ubeya and its user-friendly functions.
Nachteile:
Lack of payroll services - We currently have to use an additional piece of software to execute payroll. If this could be incorporated into Ubeya we would utilise the service.

Best way to keep tasks organized
Kommentare: We utilize Ubeya with both daily employee tasks and for special events. It helps us keep it organized. We can share all details, paperwork and communication under one umbrella.
Vorteile:
Ease of scheduling employees and assigning tasks.
Nachteile:
Not much, sometimes we encounter temporary bugs especially with chat screen under events.
Worth the price tag
Vorteile:
The clean look, the proactiveness from the team to react to issues and listen to improvements.
Nachteile:
It is a young company and there are still many improvements that need to be made to have the full functionality that I would like but they will get there with and a few years time it would be unrivalled.
Ubeya Review
Kommentare: Really like Ubeya, the support team are friendly and helpful. Its great to have a better overview of everything that is happening.
Vorteile:
Having a clear overview of current projects and upcoming projects. Having all employees saved with their qualifications and details. Seeing who has clocked in and out every day, knowing who to chase.
Nachteile:
We had a couple of technical faults, where it wouldn't let us add people onto shifts, but this got resolved by the support team. An issue is also that the client cannot access the certificates or qualifications of the operatives we book on.

I cannot think of anything that I least like about Ubeya at this time.

The functionality is amazing + the team are always open to feedback. If changes need to me made they are done relatively quickly. The scheduling screen is great and easy to use too
Nachteile:
When updating shifts it doesn't always update meaning we have to edit the shifts multiples times to make sure they are correct. Also, it won't let you add someone to a shift when they aren't tagged with a specific role - this means you have to edit the employee and then add them to a shift which takes too long
