I liked it!

Vorteile:

It was easy to understand and use within a short amount of time exploring the program.

Nachteile:

There were a couple things it didn't do that I wanted. Maybe not the softwares fault. I have crazy ideas sometimes of how something should work.

Great value

Vorteile:

The ease of putting everything together and making it look good quickly. Time is money.

Nachteile:

Some things weren’t clear or difficult to understand. The more in depth features were more difficult to learn.

Toy software not for commercial use

Kommentare: I learned that prolonged use of low quality 360 software can upset the human balance center causing feelings of nausea.
Quite a few 360 tour programs share this problem, but most only when viewing through a VR headset.
EyeSpy 360 was able to induce nausea even when vierwing tours through a browser.

Vorteile:

The concept is fun. I think EyeSpy360 is ideal for use as a low cost teaching tool for children to learn the concept of 360 tours.

Nachteile:

The end product is very low resolution, the HDR is very poor, and the 360 movement is nausea-inducing. You cannot capture commercial quality tours with cheap 360 cameras, the end results looks cheap and the exposures are terrible with no HDR correction. There is something very wrong with their orthomosaic stitching that gives weird perspective, which in turn makes panning through their tours nausea-inducing. We were looking for a high-quality solution to create tours for real estate, this is mickey mouse and looks cheap so we dropped it. There are much better alternatives out there - in my opinion Eyespy360 is giving virtual tours a bad name.

Why try EYESPY360

Kommentare: The 1st virtual tour I created with EYESPY360 was fun & easy. It helped sell the home without question! it is The buyers said after viewing 6 or 7 homes they were a little confused at the end of the day. Being able to see my property again in the comfort of their own home and move through each room at their own pace helped them make the decision to make an offer. It is currently pending.

Vorteile:

The software is incredibly easy to use. The tutorials are great they made it very simple.

Nachteile:

There are only a couple of things that are not included that I would like but the other software that has these things is way more expensive.

Eyespy360 is awesome!

Vorteile:

I like how easy it makes creating 3D tours. The problem is now all my clients want them! Make sure to watch the video on time saving tips. This is a game changer and really cuts the time for making these walk-throughs.

Nachteile:

I wish it had an MLS setting that would remove the branding easily for posting on MLS.

Vorteile:

easy to click and move links between images, ability to ad in tags and post of regular images or test into a image. The branding options are easy and intuitive.

Nachteile:

Creating a menu or other functionality, it is basic and amazing for first time users but this makes it lack functions

Vorteile:

It's easy to use. Easy to share. Great technology even a novice in technology could use.

Nachteile:

Can't add 'music' to whole tour. Must add a recording to each picture. Would like the option to create a video with music automatically.

Ease of use for setup, Great video chat option and pre-recorded video tour options. Easy to embed the tour on your website

Nachteile:

Cannot embed or add code to info, only links for video, or other 360 tours. Spotty Video chat system, browser specific and not facebook friendly

Vorteile:

The ability to have virtual open houses/tours and use any camera we own.

Nachteile:

It's a little hard to start a group viewing from the dashboard.

Eyespy360's Abilities of Keeping me Safe

Kommentare: The benefits that I have found while using EyeSpy360 have been the ability to go on location to photography shoots. By doing so, I am able to bring in more business. EyeSpy360 has given me financial security, as well as, security for my property to continue my business.

Vorteile:

What I liked most about this particular software was the ability to view everything on my cell phone no matter what my location. I was alerted any and every time that a person had entered my home. I was able to adjust the motion sensor to alert me when a person was detected and not my cats. It gives you the option of being alerted through an email or a text message to my cell phone. Everything was self explanatory and I had it up and running in 15 minutes.

Nachteile:

There wasn't much that I didn't like about this software. The one thing that I would dislike is small delay in "real-time viewing". However, that applies to any type of security system.

Good tool but frustrated that the packages keep changing

Kommentare: I have used EyeSpy360 for some time now and have encountered some minor problems along the way. The customer service is excellent and Support service and the team have always helped me find a solution to my problem. As a freelance property photographer the service I offer contains a mix of paid tours (unlimited images) and free tours (upto 5 images) which I call 'mini' tours. It is the fact that I can offer a combination of both that I eventually got my estate agent to agree to subscribing to EyeSpy360. Unfortunately the free tours have reduced from 10 tours per account to 3 tours per account which makes it difficult for me to manage. I asked if it was possible to have an account which gives me a greater amount of free tours which I would gladly pay for but was told that EyeSpy360 doesn't provide a custom option. This is disappointing.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of use and simplicity.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the software crashes if I try to upload more than 5 images at once and quite often the hotspots cant be moved into place without going out of the tour and back in again.

Very straight forward to use, the equipment is easy to carry around and set up quickly!

Vorteile:

How easy it is to set up and move around from place to place! Ideal for a property photographer as the equipment is lightweight! The post-production side of things is also relatively quick to process and the option to add your brand logo makes the tours very personal!

Nachteile:

Sometimes it's difficult to see the quality of image you're shooting from a phone. The quality is the only factor that has caused an issue for us as when shooting in a property, it's difficult to get everything correctly exposed in that one setting, especially if a room has a lot of windows!

360 Tour Startup

Kommentare: Eyespy360 was a create option for our start up business. Its free version allowed us to test out some of the major features prior to making a more formal decision.

Vorteile:

Floorplans, info labels, white-label branding, and analytics are some really great key features that make it stand out from a normal 360 tour.

Nachteile:

Not really capable of changing scene transitions to be a camera glide. It's something I prefer over the image to image jump as I can move the 360 camera from place to place instead of just a photo.

We use this software in my real estate business to show homes. So far the experience has been good.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, Straight forward, Quick load time. I am able to build a 360 virtual tour in approximately 35 minutes.

Nachteile:

I don't love the way that the images load and just sit on top of one another. I would prefer them load into the sidebar and be able to drag and drop them.

Great Foray into 3D Home Tours

Kommentare: Love it , but bring the free option back !

Vorteile:

- Customizable - Ease of Use - Ability to add in live videos if needed - Constant development of true enhancements not incremental upgrades

Nachteile:

- Free option was taken away - Watermark does not have alternative options

Great platform for content creators

Kommentare: Creating tours of facilities like schools and public libraries.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, the interface is as clear and simple as it gets.

Nachteile:

Some of the graphics can look a bit low res, but not that noticeable.

Great Product for Landlords

Vorteile:

I particularly enjoyed the ease of uploading photos from my LG 360 Cam and placing them on an overlay of my property. The Google Maps-like user interface is also familiar for prospective tenants to navigate and get a first person view before visiting the unit.

Nachteile:

I encountered a few technical snags with uploading (slowness, failed uploads - resolved after retrying), and occasional confusion about how to navigate certain menus within the application (from memory, I was unsure how to use the overview view, or how to upload a floor plan). Placing markers in such a way to ensure 'teleports' between markers would retain the same directional view was a bit strange too.

Excellent service for an excellent product

Vorteile:

The software is really easy to use and it certainly impresses our clients. The guys at EyeSpy have always been incredibly supportive and have always been on hand to deal with any issues we have encountered.

Nachteile:

the quality of the pics aren't great but that's probably more down to the camera rather than the software.

Excellent option for 360 Photos

Kommentare: This was a fun project and very useful in my Open House advertising while working with Realtors.

Ease of use for creating 360 Open House environments.

Some of the features took awhile to figure out.

It only takes a few minutes to stitch the tour together. It's good quality and very affective.

Nachteile:

Sometimes WiFi connectivity can affect our phones picking up the device signal in a property which has other strong WiFi connections.

I use EYESPY360 for 360 degree home tours as a part of my photography business.

Kommentare: Ability to stitch multiple 360 degree images into a seamless tour.

Vorteile:

I appreciate the ease of use of the EYESPY360 software. The learning curve is almost non-existent and the instruction videos make it very easy. The recent upgrade providing the ability to manipulate the image color is a nice addition.

Nachteile:

In the published tour, the initial image defaults to a middle zoom image. I think I would prefer that it defaults to the zoomed out image and then I can zoom if I choose.

Great experience. Stopped using it because I found better value elsewhere.

Vorteile:

Good amount of features potentially not found elsewhere. Eyespy live has the ability to be a game changer. Not hard to set up tours.

Nachteile:

Hard cap on tours you can have listed, instead of new tours added, essentially eliminates your portfolio and keeps it from growing.

The targets and how you can link photos to each other.

Nachteile:

I used this software in a reading lesson with kindergartens and they loved being emerged in the photos however they struggled to get to the next photo so I just wish maybe you could make the targets easier or possibly have a timer that automatically changes the photo.
