Vorteile:

MailTrack seamlessly integrates with Gmail, providing accurate and real-time email tracking without any hassle. It's incredibly easy to use, offering valuable insights such as when emails are opened and read. The dashboard is user-friendly, allowing me to monitor email activity effortlessly. Plus, the free version offers sufficient features for basic email tracking needs.

Nachteile:

One limitation of MailTrack is that it doesn't provide detailed analytics beyond email opens. While it's great for basic tracking, users may find themselves wanting more comprehensive data on recipient engagement, such as link clicks or attachment downloads. Additionally, the branding in the signature of outgoing emails can be a bit intrusive, especially for professional communication.

Best for University Students!

Kommentare: It was honestly the best thing, especially during my time at the university which I know for sure will be as helpful when I am applying for a job or when I'm already on the job. I don't have to worry about emails in a way I used to worry about it before.

Vorteile:

As someone who can get anxious especially during those classes held online, MailTrack is so helpful in communicating with your groupmates, professors, and even the university administration. It helps me track the emails, it shows me if my email was received, if it was already opened, and more so if it was ignored. I can easily know what I will do if I should send a follow-up or try to send my email again

Nachteile:

I believe it would be nicer if I could install it directly on my computer it will be applied directly to my mail app on my laptop because I can only use MailTrack on my browser

Free tier offers a lot

Kommentare: Overall, very good! I use it everyday, i love the auto-tracking feature and that the free tier actually offers a lot.

Vorteile:

The ability to track emails even on gmail without having the mailtrack signature or the other person knowing!

Nachteile:

The constant popups to upgrade. I think they may have fixed this now, but it could be my adblocker that blocks it now.

Do not use

Kommentare: Mailtrack cost us thousands of dollars in lost productivity and their response was "Sorry about that". They also lied to us about how long there had been an issue (we had a problem over a week ago but had not been able to trace it to them at the time).

Vorteile:

It was great while it worked. It was lovely to see who had read emails.

Nachteile:

Mailtrack had what they called a server issue. Emails sent by my organization all came back to us as unsent, but somehow they were all deleted from our "sent" box and were not in our drafts. So Mailtrack somehow deleted these emails. All had to be done and resent.

A bullet proof mail tracker, easy to use and efficient

Kommentare: Me and my team have been using mailtrack for the last year and it has been really great. You get reports on who opens emails, links, how many times they get back to your emails etc. It's a great way to understand what's going on with customers, leads etc.

Vorteile:

It does exactly what you want, at the right price. Extremely easy to setup

Nachteile:

It doesn't work with firefox, which forces me to open chrome every time i need to track a specific email, or send a tracked email. This is really annoying, since I use Firefox as my main browser, and don't plan to switch fully to chrome. It's not free, but with the yearly payments, it's less than a coffee a week.

Simple MailTracking

Vorteile:

I like that it does whatit is supposed to do - track email opens even if its multiple times

Nachteile:

I found it to be simple and easy to use and tracks opens, but that's all it does - I slowly moved away from MailTrack and towards ActiveCampaign since it can track opens and much more.

This is a must have if you send emails out daily and want to know if they are being open and read. It helps track how many times its open and when the last time they opened it.

Nachteile:

You need to upgrade if you want details about exactly who opened it if you send it to multiple people at a time.

I wish it would tell you if the receipt has opened the email or not? basically if it will show the person read your email or not

MailTrack for Daily Tracking of your Emails when you're Busy

Kommentare: I love it, aside from it is very timely nowadays for professional like me, it's also very easy to use and navigate especially for me that I'm not a very good user of online applications.

Vorteile:

I like on this application is that I can merge documents using this as well as track my emails, as a newly promoted trainer, it's very difficult for me to handle my emails, with this application it gave me ease and help.

Nachteile:

None so far, because of this application, tracking and editing my data were easier for me because of this.

Email tracking is possible now with MailTrack

Vorteile:

As a teacher, I have to sent so many mails per day. I had to make sure that all mails are reaching toward the person. MailTrack help me a lot in that case by helping me tracking that the mail is opened or not.

Nachteile:

I didn't like their pricing. This should be decrease I think. But in somepoint, it may sound okay for the normal people outside my country as I am living in a financially bounded country.

Vorteile:

The thing I absolutely love about MailTrack is that it gives me ability to know whether my emails were opened by sender or not.

Nachteile:

I don't have any complications while using this extremely clever email tracking software called as MailTrack.

A number one software among email tracking softwares

Vorteile:

Mail track is easy to use and navigate and provides ease to track all the mails.

Nachteile:

I think more options can be allowed to non-pro subscribers of the email tracker.

Must have at least in the free version

Kommentare: Overall it has made my life much much easier. I know when I need to followup on an email without having to remember myself. I know when someone has read my email.

Vorteile:

There's a free tier. Obviously there are other things to love, like notifications about your email being read, the fact that if an email hasn't been responded to in some time it get bumped up. The fact that if other people have Mailtrack you will actually get notified who read your email. But the fact that there is a free tier is HUGE.

Nachteile:

There is not much but I suppose the branding signature that is required on the free tier. There really isn't anything else they can do to incentivize you to upgrade so I don't mind it that much. Oh there does appear to be a small glitch that if your personal email and business email are combined then you will get notifications even for emails that you just sent. So for example I send an email using my company email through my personal gmail I get a notification that the email has been read, which is impossible I just sent it.

It's a great tool to used in your Gmail account and keep track of your emails. It's a great product.

I have already mentioned this to them - It is not integrated with Outlook. For professional it is of no use until and unless you expand product platform usability. - You don't get to see who has read your e-mail, particularly when there is more than one person mark in the email. The only possible way to do is to refer it to them about mail-track. But sometimes I don't want to reveal and say, "Buddy, I am tracking my email". To over come this, you just have to write a script where whoever opens the mail, their initials get recorded and the user can easily notify who has read your email and at what time. - Many times, bugs in the system recorded, where when I open the sent email, I get notified saying someone has opened the email. This creates confusion when I look at the history of opening the email. - It should also start giving tracking of the content link in the mail. This feature is majorly required by publisher and networks where they do email marketing to their potential customer. In order to find the bug into the database and find out who has opened the email and took necessary action. This would be a great feature to be added in order to monetize brands email marketing campaign.

One of the best addition to your Gmail

Vorteile:

The tool is really simple : it gives you a notification everytime someone opens a mail you sent them. Thanks to this, you can now know for sure if someone saw your message or not. It does not matter if you are a professional, a student, and someone trying to find a work. In everyday life, this tool is a must have if you want to keep track of your emails.

Nachteile:

Unless you pay the premium version, all your emails are signed by mailtrack. It is a smart marketing call to buy of course, but it is still anoying if you don't want to pay because you only have a casual use of the tool.

Mailtrack for the serious businessman.

Kommentare: If you cannot see the rate your emails are opened you will never know how to pursue your clients. If we didn't have this we wouldn't be half as effective in our business.

Vorteile:

See when your emails are opened in live time! See the reporting feature when you do campaigns to see how effective you were when sending. There isn't a tracker like this one in the industry!

Nachteile:

Sometimes it reports that the wrong person opened the email.

An awesome tool to keep track of your business emails (tested on Gmail) !

Vorteile:

MailTrack changed my relationship with emails : is your contact ignoring you, or being interested in you message ? You can check in one sec if the email is read ; it is integrated easily on desktop and on mobile. Real-time alerts are so useful for me, on a daily basis! You can even check the hour of opening, which is a great for business.

Nachteile:

At this point it cannot be integrated with outlook which is bad. Unfortunately there are very often bugs (some read emails stay "unread") so it's not 100% reliable. Also the free version is quite unsastifying when it comes to determine who read the email.

Great for keeping track of who read your emails or not!

Kommentare: I highly recommend mailtrack for its price and features...it's one of the best I've seen out there and I'll keep using it for years!

Vorteile:

I snagged a great deal at a low cost for each year to keep track each one of my emails to make sure I can tell if my intended recipients have read my emails or not. It also "boomerangs" back to you to let you know that this person hasn't read your emails yet and that I should follow up. Really useful feature and I highly recommend mailtrack!

Nachteile:

I don't like how I can't send emails on my Gmail app in my iPhone with the Mailtracker feature. The only way to do it is on your desktop. Despite that, you still can see single or double checkmark in your iOS Gmail app which is pretty clever. My wishlist for Mailtrack is to let me send emails in my Gmail iOS app with the Mailtracker feature!

If you are a seller this tool must be in your browser. Mail Track give you possibility to track how your offer was received and how many times someone checked your offer. Using this feedback you can modify your sells strategy and improve.

Nachteile:

Aggressive advertisement really make me angry but I can understand they are shows up only in freemium options.

Use it every day to track important emails. Real-time alerts are very useful.

Kommentare: Knowing my emails are opened is very useful. Real-time alerts allow me to be ready for a phone call or email reply. It's particularly nice when an old email is reopened and I can anticipate a repeat inquiry.

Vorteile:

Easy to install and use. I have a "pro" subscription but like the free option for personal accounts I rarely use (so I'm not concerned about the "Sent with Mailtrack" message). The "coming soon" for Android would be great, and their new $2.50 a month "Basic" subscription might be a good value for those rarely used accounts (I'm thinking about it).

Nachteile:

It would be nice to have delayed sending, which some other similar products have (Boomerang, Bananatag) and the ability to track two accounts (personal, business) without needing 2 subscriptions. But I get the latter might not fit their business model.

Essential email tracker

Kommentare: I like knowing that someone has opened and read an email - or possibly overlooked it or had it go missing. In a busy life with too many 'virtual communications' and potential crossed wired this gives a little peace of mind.

Vorteile:

I love knowing that someone has definitely received and read my email - and this makes it so easy and discrete. It also notifies me as to when they revisit the email at a later date, or if it may have been forwarded - and also if an email has not been opened at all, which means I can legitimately follow up. Peace of mind for important emails when you want to know whether or not it has been read (and don't want to use FB messenger).

Nachteile:

I only have the free version at the moment - so I need to manually remove the icon if I want to be private about using this. The paid for version felt pricey with more features than I actually needed - would prefer a basic level which simply removes the branding for a small annual fee.

Track your Emails (Real-Time) with detailed Analytics

Vorteile:

If you’re in Marketing or Sales, one of the key metrics you should track is the Open Rates of your Email, although Open Rates doesn’t convey you got Conversions, it’s still an important KPI because you’re knowing what type of Emails are getting Opened and if that specific type of Emails got significant amount of Open Rate then learning and analyzing that Email is a must. Mailtrack does it job great and one of the best thing that could happen is you can use it for FREE. This saved me a lot of time and Mailtrack really cut my Prospecting time into a more manageable chunks. This is also a must for Freelancers who are doing Cold or Warm Emails.

Nachteile:

Maybe because Mailtrack’s Logo can be found on a Free Version, it might convey something like a Privacy Intrusion but that rarely happens and you can always indicate your Emails have a tracking feature to remind that your recipient is important in any place of your Marketing or Sales Funnel.

The software is easy to use and also it is easy to deploy. It does not require much to get it working.

Nachteile:

When you send an email to a number of recipients, you will not be able to see who would have opened the email.
