We started with trial and after few days we released it should really important for us. Marketplaces like Amazon and Ebay are really well integrated.
I don't like that they haven't updated their Drupal plugin to use with Drupal 8 / Drupal Commerce 2.

Very great platform/software
Kommentare: Well, would say half bread is better than going hungry, I am satisfied with it's use, would love to remain loyal, but with the above described experiences, would make a change if I get a better option. I am sure they are good at what they do, so it's most likely a better option would remain just a dream.
Vorteile:
Saved me lots of time and money also, ease of use and about 95% ok with connection of my website. I certainly recommend it, searched all the internet for a better software/platform, but it certainly beats all existing with more than 30/40% advantage.
Nachteile:
Well, guess no one is perfect, cost on some features which I actually don't use are too expensive, would have loved to try and use them, but they are not really essential for needs. Also, billing cycle needs a little improvement, if I don't use up number of labels available on my subscription, it does not automatically pass on the next month, whereas when I go above same with less than 10, I get an immediate upgrade for extra 250 shipments which I won't use and won't be transferred to the next month. Guess fixing this would show some transparency rather than making customers feel ripped off. Also, since I'm using your services for above 3 years, it makes no sense making me pay for your connecting module, actually I did buy it but not using it today because it generates errors on my checkout page and module support takes like forever in fixing it.

ShippyPro used to be a good product priced fairly, which has become completely overpriced since they tripled (yes x3) the price of all their plans on January 1. The few minor features ShippyPro added don't justify a price hike of this magnitude. It's just pure greed.

Excellent tools and nice team
Kommentare: We are using daily to manage our ecommerce business. Very easy to integrate different shippers and this makes out life much easier and smart.
Vorteile:
Very easy to use and really smart integration with Magento. We started with trial and after few days we released it should really important for us. Marketplaces like Amazon and Ebay are really well integrated.
Nachteile:
Nothing. A very complete tool. May be not all functions could be useful but they are in.

The capability of loading documents in base64 onto the label for Paper-Less Trading.
Nachteile:
A few kinks need to be worked out but it seems like it is being constantly improved.

Avoid at all costs
Kommentare: If I could rate this app lower I would. Seriously, think very carefully before you use or even install this app. The sales team aggressively called numerous times during our peak working hours once we downloaded it to have a look at, pressuring us to use the app. Eventually we decided to start using it and there were several problems getting the app integrated with our shipping provider. This took lots of back and forth with them and our shipping provider until they told us everything was "working normally now". The "free trial" we were promised mysteriously disappeared and we were forced to buy extra credits as we had already started using the app. We shipped close to 100 orders using it before our shipping provider contacted us to say our UK orders had not been uploaded correctly with customs data. This meant that a huge amount of orders had been stuck in a warehouse and needed to be returned to us. It was then revealed that this integration was not possible. How someone didn't make us aware of this is the worst part. It just seems like they didn't care and are after the money. F the customer seems to be the attitude. Shippypro bizarrely sent several emails to our customers saying the orders had been delivered, cancelled and then returned to sender. This has resulted in a huge amount of lost revenue, reputational damage, and the cost to reprint new labels using our old method. It has taken 2 full days to deal with the fallout of this and we are not out of the woods

nothing, the app is poorly designed. Support are not good and the sales team are aggressive .

The entire experience was terrible. It has cost me huge amount of money.

Kommentare: Improve shipping with all the different carriers

We've started using ShippyPro around 10 months ago. We've been struggling to find a one-stop solution for creating shipping labels from multiple carriers. We've tried numerous apps, but all of them lacked either one carrier that we're using extensively or didn't support creating labels outside of EU. A majority of one-stop shipping label software companies are located in US, that was also a minus because we couldn't contact them with our issues and it took a very long time to get a reply from other solutions. ShippyPro is the only one on the market who is offering such an extensive list of carriers and web integrations.

Amazing customer support
Kommentare: Amazing. We have had some technical difficulties because we have a very specific situation. Other companies were not able to help us but Shippypro was really great in helping out. They fixed everything and they are still very helpful now we already signed up with them!
Vorteile:
The support team was amazingly helpful. We have been struggling with different companies to set up the integration between our Shopify store and our local postal service (PostNL). Finally we discovered Shippypro and working with them has been a breeze. Although you can only contact their staff via chat their help is amazing. They are eager to work with you to fix issues and they were very quick in responding and even working direct with our local postal service to make sure the connection was flawless. Looking worded to a continues relationship with them :D
Nachteile:
The customer support is only available via chat. This sometimes takes a while but the stellar support more then makes up for this in my opinion.

Great Software for the European Shipping market as having most of the Carrier and Marketplaces
Kommentare: I am having the High expectation from the Software as I am using the Shipstation which is way more use friendly then this one but still this is the 2nd Choice for me.
Vorteile:
- All Local European Shipping Carriers - Easy Connection with the Marketplace - Easy Connection of the Shipping company with their own Checkout Extensions like I have for magento. - Option for adding the Conditions Logic for Segment the Orders
Nachteile:
- Customer Service :( as no one is answering the query on time. - The Internal Layout is quite confusing need some Improvement

Kommentare: Fanno i guadagni con i "termini e condizioni" e non con il servizio che offrono. Hanno mandato una mail anonima di alert che il paino stava scadendo, e ad oggi non risulta nemmeno un'avviso che il pagamento sarebbe stato automatico. Senza contare che aumentano di 600€ la cifra senza nemmeno avvisare, e nonostante gli aumenti ancora sull'importazione di ordini da Ebay ci sono problemi e anche nell'importazione degli indirizzi in generale. PESSIMO

Il Pagamento automatico è fuorviante e pessimo. Avevo smesso di usarlo perché nella nuova versione ci sono un dei bug che nonostante abbia partecipato a della call con gli sviluppatori non sono mai stati risolti

Prima del rinnovo automatico è stata inviata una mail per invitarti a contattarci, ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Comprendiamo che si possa trattare di una svista, tuttavia, i termini e le condizioni, inclusi i dettagli sul rinnovo, sono stati accettati al momento dell'iscrizione. Per quanto riguarda i problemi segnalati con eBay, non abbiamo riscontrato incongruenze e malfunzionamenti. Ti invitiamo a contattarci direttamente per discutere ulteriormente e trovare una soluzione che possa fare al caso tuo.

Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto, in particolare in shippypro hanno una forte capacità di ascolto e sono continuamente in miglioramento..
Valutano con attenzione anche i suggerimenti di chi lo utilizza.
Vorteile:
La gestione degli ordini e la creazione delle etichette estremamente semplice e veloce. Integrazione con moltissimi marcketplace e corrieri.
Nachteile:
L'integrazione con la parte amministrativa è da migliorare, in particolare la generazione di fatture per le spedizioni extra UE.
Ottimo sistema di interfacciamento corrieri e controllo spedizioni
Kommentare: Nella versione Professional la capacità di gestire facilmente il proprio team di lavoro suddividendo i compiti con i relativi permessi di accesso alle funzionalità del software.
Vorteile:
Capacità di integrare molteplici corrieri e gestire le regole di spedizione automaticamente nonché la possibilità di integrare le pagine di tracking personalizzate per ciascun corriere.
Nachteile:
alcune configurazioni avanzate sulle etichette di spedizione ma il supporto tecnico risponde in tempi brevissimi per risolvere il problema.
Efficienza e convenienza con ShippyPro
Kommentare: In generale, ShippyPro ha migliorato notevolmente la gestione delle spedizioni per la mia attività. Nonostante alcuni inconvenienti, ritengo che sia una solida scelta per semplificare i processi logistici e migliorare l'efficienza complessiva.
Vorteile:
Una delle cose che mi è piaciuta di più in ShippyPro è la sua interfaccia utente intuitiva e facile da navigare. Anche se non sono un esperto nel settore delle spedizioni, ho potuto utilizzare il software con facilità fin dal primo giorno.
Nachteile:
Anche se ShippyPro offre molte funzionalità utili, ho notato che i costi possono aumentare rapidamente, soprattutto se si utilizzano servizi premium o se si effettuano molte spedizioni. Sarebbe bello avere una maggiore trasparenza sui costi.

La generazione delle spedizioni, la gestione degli errori e la possibilità di monitorare tutte le spedizioni
Nachteile:
Il fatto che whatsapp abbia un costo esterno e non venga incluso nei pacchetti.

Nel complesso è un ottimo software in cloud per la creazione delle etichette.
Nachteile:
amplierei i marketplace disponibili, tipo aggiungendo PRIVALIA, e aggiungerei un servizio clienti raggiungibile telefonicamante

Gestione spedizioni per e_commerce arredamento

Ci sono molte funzioni utili, la più importante è il poter vedere in una unica schermata tutti gli ordini in arrivo dai diversi marketplace. Altro strumento utile è il poter prenotare i resi dei clienti direttamente da shippy, collegando i corrieri che normalmente vengono utilizzati e anche la funzione di creazione di liste Excel degli ordini aiuta molto nell'organizzazione
Nachteile:
Alcune volte ci sono dei bug, soprattutto nella conferma degli ordini in alcuni marketplace
Buon compromesso
Vorteile:
Facilità spedizione ed un buon servizio assistenza.
Nachteile:
Il costo e la "lentezza" di alcune sezioni.

Il software ha tutte le funzionalità necessarie per gestire al meglio le spedizioni del nostro e-commerce.
Nachteile:
Non sempre l'integrazione dei corrieri è rapida. Dovrebbe essere inoltre poter caricare in automatico tutti i listini dei corrieri, cosa non possibile per es. con BRT.

la facilità di confronto tra i corriere per scegliere il miglior prezzo e consegna più celere

l'assistenza clienti poichè manca l'assistenza telefonica
