Kommentare: Zunächst zur Raumplanung verwendet, zuletzt verstärkt bei Möbelkonfiguration eingesetzt und dabei sehr von der Leistungsfähigkeit überzeugt worden

Vorteile:

Very helpful staff and the ability to design the front end to a configurator, in-house, with the back-end and visual interface already in place.

Nachteile:

A little slow to action changes requested, understandable when the changes will affect many users.

Kommentare: Good company with talented staff that think with you and about the project and how to improve it. Roomle can do a project from the very beginning till the very end with all the necessary steps and detours in between.

Vorteile:

The staff is vey professional and are eager to think and help with the project.

Nachteile:

Internal communication between the department sales and accounting could be better, but once the communication is there everything is correctly fixed.

A solid product focused on ease of management and scalability

Kommentare: The overall experience is great. The development team is always very helpful and professional. Despite being a SaaS platform you always feel very supported in achieving the goals.
Once the initial technical difficulties are overcome everything works very well.

Vorteile:

The Rubens platform is a very solid product, stable and fast when loading very complex 3D assets. The whole platform seems designed to handle a huge amount of products, and is very focused on standardization and scalability.

Nachteile:

Despite the graphics engine being one of the best (threeJs), there are few advanced features in shader management and the quality of 3D visualization is very limited. In my opinion the features to manage the configuration experience are not very usable. It would be useful to insert more user friendly feature with a "no code" UI.

Innovative tool for online 3D product presentation

Kommentare: It is a very powerfull tool with which configurable and non configurable products can be brought to a 3D visualisation. The administration of the models was easy to learn and scripts can be written very fast. The VSCode integration with 3D-debugging is pretty cool.
Thanks the SDK provided by roomle we were able to integrate the roomle configurator in our environment easily.

Vorteile:

- the parameters segment is hard to write manually

The crème de la crème of 3D configurators

Kommentare: For years now, we've been using Roomle's services for the USM Haller product configurator. Our performance has gone from strength to strength since we redesigned the configurator just over a year ago. We are now evaluating the possibility of presenting our products in 3D and augmented reality on our product pages.

Kommentare: We have been supporting Roomle as an integration and customization partner for several years and are absolutely convinced of the product quality. For example, we have developed a completely customized interface on brand for Vallone and implemented several additional features. This all worked smoothly and also demonstrated the flexibility of the Roomle system itself.
In my opinion, Roomle has the best system on the market at the moment, so it's a clear recommendation.

Nachteile:

If there is anything to complain about, it is that a project still requires a lot of cooperation and self-management on the part of the customer. There is Roomle as the software basis, a 3D studio for visualization, an integration partner and so on. This makes it very difficult to realize a project on the narrow track. However, the projects we have accompanied have run smoothly. Nevertheless, the barrier for the customer is still high.

Various plans/possibilities/use-cases are hard to figure out on your own - just get a call with their sales they will guide you perfectly

FRAMA Shelf Library Configurator

Vorteile:

The efficiency of the whole Roomle team we worked with stood out—despite the complexity of our product, they handled the building phase quickly. Plus, they were super attentive to our feedback in the final stages, which really helped shape a great configurator.

Nachteile:

This isn’t a major point, but we did encounter some limitations with customizations. That said, the team was always open to suggestions and willing to explore solutions, which we really appreciated!
