Scan and its ease

Kommentare: In general, it serves me a lot. I can produce much more with his help.

Vorteile:

This software has helped me to better deliver my documents when they are requested. I can easily send and convert them. Amazing experience.

Nachteile:

I can't speak to support right. when I need it.

Great Support

Kommentare: The support we have received from [sensitive content hidden] has been fantastic! he is always available for support and training as well as updates on new added features.

Vorteile:

Integration with our system was very smooth.

Nachteile:

VinCue

Vorteile:

offers most valuation books and Carfax on one page

Nachteile:

limited sorting ability without exporting to excel, some data is arbitrary, limited ability to drill down.

Amazing product with back end integration

Kommentare: VinCue is an amazing company. They are very prompt to respond to inquiries and have even redesigned parts of the platform to work better for our business model. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was responsive, even through the "work from home" period!

Vorteile:

The customizable product helps us to make an informed decision when purchasing a vehicle. Integrated with NADA and MMR as well as live, local market information, takes the guess work out of taking a vehicle in on trade. It also has an easy to use inventory management system that helps keep track of our inventory.

Nachteile:

We are a somewhat small business, so the expense is tough to manage some months. This does not mean that the product is too expensive, because it is invaluable in helping us to not make mistakes in buying, just as a small business we are challenged with our options.

Vorteile:

Overall, a nice product, but with a few tweaks, could be a absolute home run! Really like the layout of both the app and the desktop. It is very nice having myself, along with 3 others logged in to the same program, all at once and on both the app and the desktop! Searching competitors sales is also a nice feature.

Nachteile:

Unfortunately, there are a few bugs. The VIN scanner is in need of improvement. At time, it is slow to read the barcodes. The other problem I have is how slow the app works at certain auctions. Specifically Manheim Auto Auction. The final bug that needs worked out is the manner in which the app stores vehicles. If you rescan a vehicle from a previous scan, the program should move it to the top of the list of vehicle scans, but it does not. It keeps it in the spot it was originally, which makes it hard to find.

VinCue Analysis

Kommentare: Overall this is a piece of software with a good philosophy, excellent interface and tons of potential. It needs some work especially on the inventory management side but is intuitive to use and performs well.

Vorteile:

I love the layout and design, its mobile first approach, and the mentality shift of constantly monitoring the online marketplace via dealer websites.

Nachteile:

There are key absent functions that it very much needs to deploy. A vehicle history log, photo uploading for multiple vehicles at once, access to the Carfax from a RevCue VDP, a search inventory bar more broadly deployed (like on VDPs) and more robust Overlay control are a few features and functions that we need in this software that we don't have. Additionally, the nature of the automatic competitive set filters prioritize things other than our primary differentiators when considering what vehicles to include as relevant in a search, and that has been a pain point for us since we first came on board.

So much more than the competitors

Vorteile:

This product is like no other....very robust, gives you so much more than the competitors. And the customer service is like no other. Incredible experience all the way around. The executive is always available to walk me through different insights in this product. Cant say enough about her or the App.

Nachteile:

The only negative think I could say if anything is at the beginning it was a little slow on Android base vs. Iphone. They took my comments and feedback to heart and worked to make it better. So not really nothing to say negative.

VinCue review

Kommentare: I like the company and their people are ez to deal with. I have referred 20 group members of mine to them and they have switched back to vauto because the data wasn't accurate. I wish they would work the bugs out.

Vorteile:

The price is very competitive. It works well as an appraisal tool.

Nachteile:

Some of the features don't work well or at all. The scoring system is useless and the comparables on the used cars are not vin decoded and sometimes will compare vehicles that aren't the same. e.g. reg. cab trucks compared to crew. 2wd compared to 4wd etc

Ease of Use

Kommentare: Easy to use, I like it. The help team is helpful and able to correct issues quickly.

Vorteile:

This software is easy to navigate, self explanatory, and requires no training. I was able to pick it up and use within a business day.

Nachteile:

I use it in regards to uploading photos, I am often irritated that each photo must be manually deleted, and cannot be bulk deleted.

Works well.

Kommentare: Transition has been a bit rocky and the issues described above are a bit of a concern, but the staff at VinCue have been very responsive to addressing our concerns quickly and efficiently.

Vorteile:

I like the dashboards and the ability to see a lot of information per screen.

Nachteile:

As with any new software you have to adjust to the nuances that are different than what you are accustomed to. Users have had some issues with it being inconsistent when updating inventory such as changes not saving. There is also a bit of a problem with latency. Some of the navigation isn't very intuitive. Number one thing I like the least is that there is no information or link within the software to contact support. This should be built in and not have to email or look up the phone number in the account manager emails.

Connectivity

Kommentare: Seems to work as it should problems occur when too far away from building the wi-fi goes away and loses the information

Vorteile:

Like the vin number scan for bar code vehicles

Nachteile:

We have connection problems sometimes but think it might be our own wi-fi connections

Good for the money

Kommentare: For the money I like the product. I wish the website was more user friendly when trying to appraise a car.

Vorteile:

Gives you information about the history of the truck for example is it was for sale at another dealership and what the price was.

Nachteile:

When you look at the similar vehicles, the vehicles are not even comparable. They somethings have fwd mixed in with awds. Sometime trim levels are not even the same. Makes it hard to use that as help when trying to figure value of vehicles. Only being able to take one picture of the car really sucks.

Great Pricing Tool

Vorteile:

I love the capability to pull up the two biggest "book" values within 20 seconds. I use it at the auction and I can have values instantly. I like how it shows vehicles similar to what I scanned that is for sale around me from other dealers so I can do competitive pricing.

Nachteile:

Really don't have any complaints. I am real happy with them

THE ABSOLUTE BEST

Kommentare: Me and my sales team have been using this program for months and it is very easy to work around and even comes with a mobile app we are able to use

It is very easy to navigate, also to input vehicle information.

Nachteile:

I do not have a con for the software.

Need a better mobile app

Vorteile:

I liked the layout of the website, and all the little areas and subjects you could look at and edit. Modern looking, good color choices so it isn't an eye sore.

Nachteile:

Horrible mobile app, shouldn't have released one without the ability to upload photos of our inventory. The people that moved our inventory system from V-auto to Vincue didn't do a very good job, vehicles were mislabeled, incorrectly categorized, and they randomly added a few vehicles that have never existed on our lot yet somehow they went in and added a bunch of info on specific details that didn't actually exist.

VINCUE user review...

Kommentare: Overall has been positive with the exception of the bookout date. Only as good as the entered information.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and bookout capability along with pricing feature

Nachteile:

Bookout feature doesn't auto update the date when you bookout a vehicle, uses the date of vehicle entry into the system.

pro and cons of vinque

Kommentare: trade values for our ford dealership. gives all the necessary details needed for us.

Vorteile:

easy use and a lot of helpful tools.enables you to used manhei,,blasck book, nada. Also like having comparisons from local and dealerships outside of our area. carfax also helpful.Plus having everything right in front of you makes my job a lot easier.

Nachteile:

sometimes hard to get scan to read.At times try multiple vins and it just don't pick up a read unless lined up just right. This slows the process of a deal. Time is money in our industry. also all comparisons are not completey accurate.

Time saver and money maker

Kommentare: I sent several emails to a representative about having some addition features added and have recieved no response at all. A simple "no we cant do that" or "we will look into it" would have left me feeling a bit better about the customer service.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use and automatically does alot of research when pulling the VIN for appraisal.

Nachteile:

Glitches on my Iphone when changing between clean, average and rough condition, so really have to keep an eye on it.
