Kommentare: Die Funktionalität ist weitgehend sehr gut. Im Einzelnen gibt es aber abstriche.

Vorteile:

Sehr professionelle Plattform für Onlinemeetings jeglicher Art und bis zu 250 Teilnehmern.

Nachteile:

Der Datenschutz nach DSGVO ist nicht 100% gesichert. Die Daten laufen über Server in den USA.

Kommentare: Relativ stabil, seltene Ausfälle, gute Bild-Qualität.

Vorteile:

Eigener permanenter Meeting-Raum. Adhoc-Meetings einfach umsetzbar.

Nachteile:

Dass jedes Mal der GotoOpener anspringt, wenn man das Meeting über einen Link aufruft.

Nicht kompliziert anzuwenden Kurz und knappJeder kann das schaffen ohne Anweisung

Manchmal und nicht ständig wenn ich Go Meeting aufmache , verschwendet Internet Zugriff, Symbol meinte ich schon deswegen muss neuer Start machen bis wieder funktioniert

Tolle Software mit richtig viele und gute Funktionen

Kommentare: Sehr gute Software für ein Teamarbeit oder für Schüler. Es enthält richtig sehr gute und Viele Funktionen und Futures, die man nutzen kann. Ich bin damit echt zufrieden

Vorteile:

Join.me hat eine benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche, die leicht zu navigieren ist und es den Benutzern leicht macht, Meetings zu starten und ihnen beizutreten und damit können Benutzer ihren Bildschirm mit anderen Teilnehmern teilen, was die Zusammenarbeit und den Austausch von Informationen erleichtert.

Nachteile:

Das bietet keine virtuellen Hintergründe an, was für Benutzer, die bei Videokonferenzen lieber einen virtuellen Hintergrund bevorzugen, ein Nachteil sein kann.

Alternative zu Zoom

Vorteile:

Das Format an sich in dem von Zoom, Teams beispielsweise ähnlich. Das bedeutet für Nurzer:innen ist die Verwendung bekannt.

Nachteile:

Preis/LeistungOftmals schwierige Serververbindung und wenige Updates

Allgemeiner Prozess in der Benutzung von GoTo Meeting

Kommentare: Ich kann GoTo Meeting nur jedem Kollegen empfehlen. Ich habe selten abstürze und es funktioniert eigentlich immer wenn das Programm gebraucht wird. Einfach Klasse.

Vorteile:

Das Produkt ist sehr einfach zu bedienen. Man hat die Funktionen der Bildschirmübertragung, sowie der Chatfunktion, der Steuerungsanforderung und noch vieles mehr.

Nachteile:

Das einzig negative finde ich eventuell das Design. Da könnte man noch etwas dran arbeiten.

Kommentare: Es ist für mich als Webinar Software zufrieden gewesen, ich weiss das jeder gerne nur positives hört, jedoch hatte ich anfangs Probleme mit dem Bedienen

Habe diese Programm für Webinare genutzt, was auch einigermaßen geklappt hat. Kunden Einladen war auch sehr leicht mit dem System. Auch die Anbindung an den Google Kalender fand ich gut

Als Neuling war es nicht Leicht immer die richtigen Werkzeuge zu finden

One stop solution for high quality meetings

Kommentare: Join.me has played a critical role in helping organisation to conduct remotely and helped us in operational costs. It also has a 14 day trial which caught our attention and we decide to go ahead with it. The employees across different timezones are able to communicate and interact effectively with the help of Join.me

Vorteile:

Join.me helps to organise online meetings for the company in an effective manner. There are so many user friendly options to ensure meetings are smooth eg. Video conferencing, audio calls, screen sharing, meeting recordings, one to one chat during the meetings. History of the meetings are also available and meeting recordings are mailed just after the meeting is over.

Nachteile:

Join.me is fantastic so far. Small area of improvement will be to further improve the UI of the features like recording to make them more intuitive. Sometimes the meetings get struck and join.me needs high internet bandwidth to conduct meetings effectively. But it's one in a while phenomenon.

GoTo Meeting is a simple and quick solution for virtual conferencing

Kommentare: We used GoTo Meeting for about 5 years in our business. It allowed us to host live training, webinars and meetings for over 150 participants at a given time. We enjoyed the platform and its features and it was easy for our participants to access as well.

Vorteile:

GoTo Meeting was an incredible video conferencing tool for our team. It allowed us to host virtual meetings with our internal team and clients which created flexibility and greater productivity.

Nachteile:

GoTo Meeting can be expensive if upgrading your package to include more participants to your meeting.

Avoid GOTO like the Plague!

Kommentare: Very poor at every level. Customer service is non existent. I think they try to be a low cost ZOOM and attract customers through a very low price, but understand every part of their operation is low quality, especially their management team.

Vorteile:

Nothing - its truly awful. I did my best to give it a chance over a long period, but it just got worse.

Nachteile:

Go meeting make it exceptionally difficult to cancel your subscription. Whilst you can sign up online, you cannot cancel online and have to go through their telephone support system. Expect to wait 30 to 60 minutes and then expect to be bounded between departments - without doubt its their strategy to keep charging your card year after year. The software is extremely glitchy and will often fail within meetings. Just a very poor company all round.

GOTO MEETING, A RELIABLE MEETING SOFTWARE

Kommentare: Go To Meeting is an affordable software with simple features that are very easy to understand. It provides all of the meeting features, resolves bandwith concerns, and has outstanding audio/video quality.

Vorteile:

The automatic transcript makes it easy to pick in case of a fast-talking speaker or someone with a different accent. Easy to set up, it's a smart and extremely powerful tool that requires no training to use. It has the best audio, great image quality, great sound, and the ability to share the screen.

Nachteile:

There is nothing i like least about GO-to meeting

GoTo Meeting allows us to have real time global team communication via high quality audio,video call and chat features.It is also super easy to use and extremely accessible,we use it everyday for meetings and the experience has been the best.

Nachteile:

I am pleased with GoTo Meetings features and I have not experienced any shortcomings.

Kommentare: Using GoTo Meeting is pretty seamless. It is easy to set up meetings and send out invitations. I deal with patient medical records and GoTo Meeting allows us to do training calls and updates that are secure and encrypted so our sensitive information is protected.

Vorteile:

GoTo Meeting has high standards when it comes to privacy, security, and data encryption, which is necessary to protect confidential health and medical records in my line of work.

Nachteile:

The switch from Zoom to GoTo Meeting was a bit challenging at first because I had to learn a new system, but the pros outweigh the cons.

Kommentare: Goto Meeting is a useful tool for video conferences and meetings. Not many issues occurred except a couple of times the voice was not synchronous.

Kommentare: It has been a very good overall experience with GoTo Meeting. It allows us to attend our meetings virtually rather than on our board rooms. GoTo Meeting provides with incredible meeting features that allows us to have very clear meeting sessions. GoTo Meeting allowed us to turn into e-learning by helping us to offer our lectures through virtual classrooms.

GoTo Meeting offers very high quality video definition and clear audio that makes meeting communications very clear to everyone. It has an incredible chatting function that help engage the audience without interrupting the one speaking during a meeting. GoTo Meeting also has a background noise suppression function that help remove any background interruptions during a meeting. It has powerful security features that makes the meeting a safe and private space for having even the most confidential discussions.

Nachteile:

Luckily for us, we have not yet encountered any major technical issues with GoTo Meeting. Everything for now is very perfect.

Professional working experience on GoTo Meetings - a daily usage view

Kommentare: I used it in Builder.ai on a day to day basis for meetings, scrums. Helps in generation of transcripts which is helpful for noting customer data which is beneficial in sales

Vorteile:

The transcripts generated post meetings, very much helpful in capturing customers sentiments and information required at a later stage

Nachteile:

That its free version has only some basic featutes
