Very easy to use and has been working great for the last few months I have been using.

Preisgestaltung Optik Verwaltung Streamer ist immer an ein Abo gebunden und können die Streamer Geräte somit nicht mit verschiedenen Abos gemeinsam benutzt werden, sondern nur via SOS App was das ganze witzlos macht

David's Splashtop Review
Kommentare: Splashtop works very well and has a bunch of features i find usefull such as two factor authentication which guarantees me my connections are safe.
Vorteile:
Splashtop is supported on windows, mac and even linux and as so i can use it on any laptop or computer we have at the company. Splashtop also offers a free trail.
Nachteile:
Remote printing on Splashtop sometimes does not work so well and needs a few tries to work.

Splashtop my goto solution for an easy remote access.
Kommentare: I have been using this solution for my customers for the last 8 years. It was a switch from Logmein who (back then) was closing or changing price range dramatically. Splashtop as been my only solution from 2014 until this year.
Vorteile:
It's a cross-platform solution, easy installation for remote access. Price is really cheap. Lots of remotes information and option to control the remote devices. Software as fast response from remote machine.
Nachteile:
The Linux version is not fully working, still as a few bug.

Warum Splashtop gewählt wurde: Price and the fact that Logmein was about to close down or change dramatically its pricing (back then in 2014)

Splashtop Review
Kommentare: Overall this is a good tool, with a little bit of improvement it would be great.
Vorteile:
Splashtop works great to remote in to another PC and assist or repair. The file transfer feature works great and the tool is fairly easy to use.
Nachteile:
The resolution of the remote PC could use some upgrading, often it seems a bit blury or hard to see. Splashtop requires the user to allow the connection or if it times out it will allow you in. sometime I need to over ride the user and they just reject the remote session when I try to connect.

Simple, Easy Remote Access. A MUST for MSP's
Kommentare: Fantastic! I wish I could use it for my personal network.
Vorteile:
Easy to deploy, access and use. Splashtop really is a must-have remote agent for MSP's regardless of size.
Nachteile:
The only issue I have with Splashtop is that I wish I could deploy it for personal use. It's an amazing product and my go-t0 remote access agent.

Rare Program That Actually Does What It Claims To Do
Kommentare: Splashtop is a rare program that actually does what it claims to do. After connecting to a remote I have never had an instance where it refused to let me control everything, from program installations to registry editing. I can't ask for more than that.
Vorteile:
Splashtop is 100% reliable and never hogs system resources.
Nachteile:
Minor thing but if there is an update pending you must install it before connecting to any of your remotes.
My go-to remote control
Kommentare: I've used it for years and it's been great. I used to use TeamViewer but not anymore.
Vorteile:
Spashtop is simple, straightforward and effective.
Nachteile:
I have no complaints in my use of Spashtop.

A Fantastic Remote Client with File Transfer
Vorteile:
It is easy to use, easier to deploy, secure, and provides rock solid file transfer for larger files.
Nachteile:
The cost is a bit higher than I'd usually afford - that said, there's nothing comparable at this value point.

Great Option for Remote Work
Kommentare: Very positive. I switched from a different remote log in company and this is better for our needs.
Vorteile:
Installing and using the program is easy and straightforward.
Nachteile:
Sometimes there is a delay but not much at all.

Kommentare: Super easy to get connected once app is loaded on all devices. Having access to my desktop at any time from any location makes working away from the office the best part of this application.

The ability to access my desktop computer from any location.
Nachteile:
Resolution on laptop not the best at times, but I believe splashtop offers a version higher than the one I purchased that has better resolution. So this is a fixable problem.

I liked least about Splashtop is the lack of certain advanced features, such as the ability to access computers from different operating systems or remote power on and off capabilities. Additionally, I find that the support provided for customer concerns is often slow and inadequate.

Excellent for remote control!
Kommentare: This is our go to solution when on business trips, during the pandemic it was instrumental to keep our business going.
Vorteile:
Very easy to set up. It is very stable and accurate. You can have several computers, laptops, tablets configured to control in your group, for a single user.

There is actually not a single thing I dislike.

Great Remote Control App
Vorteile:
I like the interface, I find it very easy to navigate and I very much enjoy the auto-login functionality as it saves me a lot of time entering passwords. I find the whole product to be user friendly and stable.
Nachteile:
The only thing I don't like about Splashtop is the chat functionality. The chat windows is only on the remote side and it makes chatting with the end user difficult.

Splashtop SOS is the perfect solution for big and small companies for a support solution. It also has tons of add on features for those that need them. It’s easy to use on both sides.
Nachteile:
I wish they’d have an option to save your credentials that can be used while connecting to another computer.
Splashtop to the rescue
Kommentare: Splashtop has been good and reliable over the years plus something we've deployed hundreds of times so overall a very reliable remote access tool.
Vorteile:
Splashtop we have used for many years and it has a really easy deployment along with being updated frequently, all the standard features plus a few extras are included out the box.
Nachteile:
The change of licence model now makes Splashtop really expensive if you need to scale up number of devices in your account, it used to be much less expensive and some of the new features are good but come with an increase in cost.

Kommentare: Always worked, easy, and great if you have an endless IT budget.
Vorteile:
It's pretty easy to set up, has all the features you would need to be able to remote on someone's machine without hassle and do what needs be done.
Nachteile:
The cost of what this product actually does is highly inflated. Should be at least half the cost of what it is now.

Good product for my needs
Kommentare: The key benefit is to be able to work from home which I am now doing full time.
Vorteile:
It is very easy to use. I was not involved in the decision making process of which remote linking program to obtain when COVID hit. I like that it quickly connects with my work computer.
Nachteile:
Since I have multiple monitors, I have the business version of the program and occasionally it tells me I don't have the right level to access both monitors but it is easily resolved, just annoying. Other than that, I don't really have any cons.

Splashtop, Easy remote desktop with many features

Vorteile:
Trying other remote software, Splashtop is most consistant and easy to use. One can copy from remote and paste on local computer
Nachteile:
Haven't found anything I don't like. Every tinme I use Splashtop it is consistantly secure and available. The computer from remote occupies teh whole display and one may not differentiate at times host and current computer.

Awesome Remote Access
Kommentare: Great Product for Remoting and Great Customer Service in time of need. I highly recommend it.
Vorteile:
I love that I can remote from home to work when I simply cant get it all done in a day. I have even billed after hours with Splashtop. I also use it in the front office so I can keep on top of my administrative work when assisting the Doctor.

There is truly nothing that I don't like about Splashtop. It has been a God send to me.

Great Product

Works well and is price friendly. I tried other solutions but was dissapointed until I found Splashtop.

I do not feel that there is anything that this product does not deliver.
