Kommentare: The support staff and his team are extremely helpful and ALWAYS answers questions immediately and helps with data and info. He helps me run reports when I need them and also advises when updates are being done tot he system regularly. Zhealth is a software that is up to date and the team is continuously making strides to make the program even more efficient.

Vorteile:

Ease of use with the patient tabs and info, etc. can add in. It’s whenever necessary easily. Patient info is easily accessible.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the information doesn’t get saved. But it could be our lack of being computer savvy.

zHealth within a Multi-disciplinary Chiropractic Office

Kommentare: Our check in/check out process + appointment booking is fast and efficient. I've been most impressed by the customer service we have received from the zHealth team!

Vorteile:

Integrating zHealth into our Sports Chiropractic facility was a breeze! We had a few demo calls with zHealth prior to implementation and we were impressed by the layout, online booking capabilities and billing functions. Since switching to zHealth, they have released their POS system and consistently update their software. Billing through zHealth is easy and straightforward, it has saved our billing department a lot of time and energy. We enjoy the fact that patients/clients can book with multiple providers in the office and can either do so with our front desk or online. zHealth also offers automatic appointment reminders, virtual intake forms and patient communication options.

Nachteile:

There are a few features that our office would love to see... in depth CRM (client relations management) data and patient reporting + additional customizable options for SOAP notes.

Good for cash and new offices

Kommentare: overall not bad. id prefer to customize notes myself. buildout by them took to long.

Vorteile:

scheduling ease and simple user face searching patients

Nachteile:

charting difficult, there is no macros allowed

Love Z health

Kommentare: Love it. Love the staff and training. Love the customization. There is no software that will fit you 100%. This is close with the customization options.

Vorteile:

Full customization for SOAP and exams. Online platform. Integrates with other services.

Nachteile:

Can improve with added reports, invoices and office flow options

Melby Chiropractic review

Kommentare: Generally good. Love the cloud based software vs our previous server based. Easy to use and pretty user friendly and they keep adding new features.

Vorteile:

Ease of charging and entering payments and auto patient communication.

Nachteile:

The scheduling features for a single doctor office and the lack of adaptability to meet our specific scheduling requirements like blocking out time for new patients and report of findings.

Valued Input

Kommentare: I've used other EHR systems throughout my career in medical and dental billing and zHealth is by far the most versatile and user friendly!!

Vorteile:

I enjoy the fact that we are able to pass on input to the software engineers and updates happen based on our feedback, you can tell that they really value the customers input.

Nachteile:

I wish there was more reporting options, but I have not reported this yet as I've found work-arounds.

Awesome program for the price

Kommentare: Overall, I would recommend ZHealth to providers looking for an overall easy to use program. It has all necessary functions, without a lot of added bells and whistles. Great price for the features.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and setup. Clear, concise billing and patient accounting. Simple to setup for multiple providers. Schedule is simple to read. Love the online patient forms that integrate right into the patient file.

Nachteile:

EOB and claims posting are not as easy as other programs I have used. Also, the reports don't offer a lot of options for narrowing your criteria.

Nachteile:

That I did'nt find it sooner. This does way more than last EHR and is half the price

zHealth Review

Kommentare: My overall experience is great I don't have any issues.

talk to text at low cost

Kommentare: I'm quite happy. Like anything there is a learning curve. Once learned it's very easy. I keep finding new features i didn't know about. They're constantly updating software features. They even take advice and will implement it on the system.

Vorteile:

Talk to text without a big investment or purchase. The price is reasonably low for what you receive.

Nachteile:

I want some macros like another EHR uses. I want to just click and add and not type or speak and spell.

This Software is Amazing!

Kommentare: The features I use most are SOAP notes and billing. These are so easy to use and I love that most of it is preloaded so that I can quickly record my notes as I care for my patients and I don't have to stop and type a paragraph of notes while my patient is waiting.

Vorteile:

This software is very easy to use and can be managed by the administrator so everyone can access only what they need to have access to.

Nachteile:

I wish zHealth would integrate with Google Calendar so that my ZocDoc patients could be scheduled in through the ZocDoc website.

The most robust Patient management and marketing software for the most affordable price

Kommentare: I see more patients with 2 less employees. I pay less for Zhealth software, and my payroll is WAY down!

Vorteile:

The Note speaking feature. The "My Favorite" Diagnosis and the super-fast and effective email support that comes with Zoom meetings to fix things.

Nachteile:

Sometimes information disappears but if I log out and back in it reloads.

Chiropractic software

Kommentare: Over all we have little to none complaints about the software. Once we were comfortable using this platform we have saved a lot of time for our everyday task work.

Vorteile:

To begin the software is very user friendly and has a great interface. The favorite feature from our office is the era payments for the patients DOS. It saves our office a ton of time inputing payments in ourselves. Importing all of our patient demographics was a breeze on our team. Once I was able to send the customer service team our CSV file it was uploaded in the new software within 48hrs.

Nachteile:

One thing thing we can improve about this software would be the ability to consolidate the amount of files when combining the notes. We are mainly a personal injury practice and when sending between 20-25 visits to attorneys the amount of pages it takes to summarize a visit can sometimes be too big of a file to email.

zHealth for Multiple Services!

Kommentare: Service and communication is fast and usually only takes up to 2-3 days, if not same day!

Vorteile:

I love that a lot of my notes are automated with check marks and drop downs. The software easily puts together a narrative even if you have to type some of your elevation into your notes.

Nachteile:

What I like least about this software is that it doesn't have a time stamp and that they do not offer medical documentation/HIPPA compliance officers to make sure all note taking is being done properly.

Great match for a busy Chiropractic clinic

Kommentare: Zhealth has saved me many, many hours of record keeping. I can use it from home if necessary, I can even check my schedule or modify it from my phone. So easy and accessible!

Vorteile:

The "Copy Previous" feature is critical to keeping up during a busy treatment schedule.

Nachteile:

Zhealth is the closest to what I would do if I were to design my own platform, but nothing is perfect.

Vorteile:

The ease of using the system and the fact that we can link family accounts.

Nachteile:

Hard to make changes in a timely manner. We have to submit for changes in the back office to be made instead of making changes ourselves.

Move On

Kommentare: Causing more problems requires me to keep paper notes, paper ledger, and separate scheduling and payment methods. The breaking point was tonight when the site was down because they didn’t renew the SSL certification. How? They get 30/60/90 day reminders. And when i asked they just respond rudely.

Vorteile:

The initial setup and records setup was promising.

Nachteile:

The system is slow and often down. If have issues have to email support. They run long queries during business hours making it virtually impossible to use. I now have to use a separate schedule because its down or not working more often than not. The bank for processing payments is piss poor so we can’t even use it. There is no patient ledger- only way is to go to each DOS to see where to add payment etc. The system is slow and customer service is awful.

Great Product. Lots of Features and Options.

Kommentare: Onboarding was easy - - over the past year they continue to evolve and improve with additional support options. Our customer service rep was, and is, outstanding. Any issues or concerns we had were addressed quickly. This company is growing and has listened to their users which is evident by updates and added features. IMO it is a great investment in your office, and if you like what you see, it will only be getting better and better. The text reminders alone have paid for the product multiple times over by drastically reducing cancelations and no shows.

Vorteile:

Automatic text reminders have dramatically decreased cancel and no show rates. This has improved services and decreased frustration for our office. Visual layout is clean and intuitive. The integrated dictation is a really great feature. Customization options allow you to have your documentation flow very naturally. Patients can fill out intake forms online which simplifies the new patient time in the office while also improving documentation. Cloud based allows access anywhere and from multiple devices. Its a great feature for documentation, billing and to check the schedule when away from the office. Staff loves it. Customer support has been excellent.

Nachteile:

I didn't switch sooner. We had "disconnected" procedures, and duplicate work in the past from other software product(s). zHealthEHR has greatly improved our efficiency and allowed us to feel "up to date" now with options and features that our older software did not provide.

Kommentare: I was very resistant to listening to a "sales pitch", but am very glad the representative was able to get through to me. He said the platform was made for doctors like me in mind. That is, without a doubt, true. I brag to my patients often of how happy I am with ZHealth.

Vorteile:

I don't have time to sit through training, this software was easy enough that I could start up and get most things done without watching the videos or reading the help section. I do recommend people take that time though. I can get what. I need from the very clear help instructions, usually, within 3 minutes. I have had to email the tech and they responded within 24 hours

Nachteile:

I think I need to find another template; I haven't taken the time to do that yet. The SOAP notes and exam notes don't have as many options as I need. So, I end up typing it in into the dialogue boxes.

Nachteile:

Customizing is slow process but worth the time

Vorteile:

This is a great company that provides a great product that is constantly evolving for the better. The developers take into consideration your recommendations and it is fairly easy to adopt.

Nachteile:

As with any software company there’s a bit of a learning curve but it is normal with any change. In the beginning it took a long time to enter notes but once I got used to the interface it became quite a time saver.

Save massive amounts of time!

Kommentare: I have been using this zHealth for over 3 years and really enjoy how functional it is. I'm very thankful that I made the switch to using them.

Vorteile:

I love that this software is customizable. My SOAP notes and intake paperwork are specific to my practice which has made charting so much easier and faster.

Nachteile:

I've had difficulty getting secondary insurance billing to process properly.

The easiest program to use!

Vorteile:

I really enjoy using zHealth for our everyday appointments , it is super simple to navigate if you don't understand a function they offer tutorial videos that really help and if not they reply fairly fast.

Nachteile:

The only thing I would enjoy if they appointments could be set at 15 minute increments.
