Kommentare: We are very happy with our decision to use zHealth, and we recommend it to other chiropractic offices.

Vorteile:

We have tried other tools for scheduling, online appointment booking, charting, database management, merchant services, etc. and, in our experience, all competitor software/cloud services were far too complicated for our office. And that caused us endless strife. zHealth has been a refreshing change. The platform is simple and user friendly. The support team is responsive and professional. We can count on the Engineering team to roll out updates and fulfill feature requests.

Nachteile:

We would love some advanced reporting options. I expect they will roll out improvements within the year.

Kommentare: I've used other EHR systems throughout my career in medical and dental billing and zHealth is by far the most versatile and user friendly!!

Vorteile:

I enjoy the fact that we are able to pass on input to the software engineers and updates happen based on our feedback, you can tell that they really value the customers input.

Nachteile:

I wish there was more reporting options, but I have not reported this yet as I've found work-arounds.

Kommentare: Overall experience has been very positive for our start up clinic with 2 providers and 3 rehab techs.

Vorteile:

Very easy to set up and configure. Templates are straightforward. Very affordable and good claims processing team. Online booking is great.

Nachteile:

Schedule management for team is not easy to adjust for time off or flex schedules. Audit trail of who adjusted appointments and when is not there. Reporting needs a lot of development - but it's coming.

Ultimate Chiro software

Ease of operation and if you need to talk with someone about an issue response time is great unlike so many other companies

Haven’t found any to date and if I did the issue would be resolved fast

Kommentare: Generally good. Love the cloud based software vs our previous server based. Easy to use and pretty user friendly and they keep adding new features.

Vorteile:

Ease of charging and entering payments and auto patient communication.

Nachteile:

The scheduling features for a single doctor office and the lack of adaptability to meet our specific scheduling requirements like blocking out time for new patients and report of findings.

Kommentare: Service and communication is fast and usually only takes up to 2-3 days, if not same day!

Vorteile:

I love that a lot of my notes are automated with check marks and drop downs. The software easily puts together a narrative even if you have to type some of your elevation into your notes.

Nachteile:

What I like least about this software is that it doesn't have a time stamp and that they do not offer medical documentation/HIPPA compliance officers to make sure all note taking is being done properly.

Kommentare: Overall I like it, there's never going to be the perfect EHR system but this one has a lot of features that are easy to use.

Vorteile:

User friendly, easy to learn, many features such as credit card payment, text reminders, messaging, and billing included

Nachteile:

I wish I could modify my SOAP notes more, the system can be slow at times but I know they are working on that, and the clearing house they work with is tricky and slow.

Kommentare: Causing more problems requires me to keep paper notes, paper ledger, and separate scheduling and payment methods. The breaking point was tonight when the site was down because they didn’t renew the SSL certification. How? They get 30/60/90 day reminders. And when i asked they just respond rudely.

Vorteile:

The initial setup and records setup was promising.

Nachteile:

The system is slow and often down. If have issues have to email support. They run long queries during business hours making it virtually impossible to use. I now have to use a separate schedule because its down or not working more often than not. The bank for processing payments is piss poor so we can’t even use it. There is no patient ledger- only way is to go to each DOS to see where to add payment etc. The system is slow and customer service is awful.

ZHEALTH EHR for Chiropractors

Kommentare: 2 hours into setup we realized this is not going to work for our practice even though they kept saying it is customizable. When we gave them what we needed they said they could not do it with this system. So we would be paying $400/month and have to use our old system to create the narratives for our attorney network which means twice the work!!!!! Once we realized we politely said this system won't work for us. We spoke to several different people they all stated that was not their decision and they did not know WHO would handle our request. It took them an additional week and half to send and email stating they would not let us our of a year long contract and $400 month for wasting 2 hours of their time. Everyone was great during the selling process but once we needed help because we were unhappy they all acting like it was not their problem.

Vorteile:

When they sold us we were told over and over that it was completely customizable. IT is not . When we sent our intake forms they told us it would take them 3 or 4 months to even get these into their system. It would never do the narratives we need for our attorneys. The final report with impairment is the most important report to us because we give this to attorney for them provide settlement.

Nachteile:

IT IS NOT COMPLETELY Customizable!!!!!! The staff disappeared once they realized we had a problem. It will also take a long time in setup. They will schedule you setup time 1 hour at time 1x week. We wasted 2 hours on the schedule. So the setup will be ALOT longer than you think.

Solid EHR

Integrating zHealth into our practice was very straightforward. The customer support is top notch in getting everything set up just the way you like it.

Easy to use software that gets the job done and is not expensive

Kommentare: Overall, it has been easy to use. Billing is fast and easy and ERA's are entered swiftly and accurately automatically. Customer service is amazing--if you do have a problem, you call and a developer answers the phone (or calls you right back). They are very responsive.

Vorteile:

I like its ease of use for me and my patients. It's easy for patients to schedule on-line and they get text and email appointment reminders. The software is easy to learn from the start, so my staff and I didn't have to spend hours of training to use it. I can complete a soap note and invoice and send off the bill to insurance in less than a minute.

Nachteile:

I find the exam forms are cumbersome to use: to complete inspection, palpation, ortho, neuro exam of cervical spine, I have to click on each one and a separate drop-down window with lots of boxes appears. I've developed a work-around but I'm sure it could and will be simplified. The notes do not print well, meaning, they take up way too much room on a page--one note often occupying more than one page. It wastes a lot of paper when I do have to print notes. I can't easily bill multiple visits on a CMS 1500 claim form, which I have to do for certain insurances.

Great Chiropractic Medicine EHR!

I met [SENSITIVE CONTENT]] in Washington DC several years ago and was happy to sign up for zHealth! He and his team have been wonderful to work with over the years!

Sometimes the online scheduling can create duplicate accounts, however I am happy with the service!

Kommentare: It's quick and easy to use. It's substantially better then paper document because you don't have to worry about carrying around or potentially any HIPAA violations if something goes missing. We have a large multidisciplinary practice with 11 different offices and its able to handle our work load unlike other programs we've tried in the past.

Vorteile:

It's really nice once you have exam templates saved, it really cuts down on the time. You can also easily access previous exams or notes without closing down the screen you're currently working on.

Nachteile:

Like with any EMR conversation, it takes a good amount of time to get your patients info established in the program. It would be nice if there was some type of program that could easily convert over previous notes or patient information. We were previously using medisoft most recently.

The statistics analytics could be improved to calculate things like average supplement sales per visit, gross service/gross supplements per doctor over a designated time frame, wait and treatment time per visit.

Nachteile:

No desktop version, all online. No custom patient text feature. Have had notes pre populate from wrong patient, if you read your notes before signing no problem.

Kommentare: I wanted a cloud based software that didn't have all of the monthly support, upgrade charges etc. I was paying around $380/month for Chirotouch and was looking at having to upgrade my hardware to handle a computer glitch. That was enough for me to finally look and find zHealth. The engineers and support people have been super responsive and patient in customizing my requests to get the software very reflective of the patient visit and services I offer in my clinic. Great people to work with. I have never had any claims denials for poor medical documentation. Fantastic value and excellent functions.

Vorteile:

It is fast, very thorough, customized to fit my practice style and is very, very inexpensive.

Nachteile:

Not really any complaints. It did take some time to make the changes to fit but I can't fault the software, really.

Prior to using zHealth, I tried many other EHR softwares. I love how easy to use the system is. It's really intuitive and user friendly. Just like my phone!

Nachteile:

I have been using the software for about 3 years now, and I can't think of any cons. I had requests for changes initially, but they took care of them.

Kommentare: Fantastic. There have been very few problems and they were very accommodating and customizing my notes and getting back to me anytime there is an issue.

I like to how customizable it was to make the soap notes exactly what I needed them to be.

Nachteile:

There are a few minor glitches when scheduling appointments on the cell phone and counting down prepaid packages that have multiple people on them.

Kommentare: Overall, zHealth is a very user-friendly software and it is easy to navigate. The notes features added into the patient invoices is a really great feature to relay information to other team members or leave yourself reminders when the patient comes back in. Communication with zHealth is usually prompt as well.

Vorteile:

The software is both easy to learn and teach. It is extremely user friendly and straight-forward.

Nachteile:

Sometimes there are glitches in posting of patient payments. Sometimes patients would receive “credit” when they weren’t supposed to have credit. It often freezes as well.
