Nexway has an excellent customer service
Vorteile:
Best aspect of Nexway is its customer care department. They care about my problems and try to fix as soon as possible.
Nachteile:
Nexway has a great documentation however it is hard to understand for non-technical people.

A great solution Reseller Portal solution

With the great support of Nexway, we created with Nexway Monetize our Bitdefender Reseller Portal.
Be built it over the time and continuously implemented new features to improve the capabilities our the user experience.
We are now really satisfied with the solution. After now more than 6 months from the public launch of our program we start seeing encouraging results and we proven that we did the right choice with Nexway Monetize.
Vorteile:
The management via Nexway Center or API offer us various possibilities and it's pretty easy to use. The constant evolution of the solution is appreciable. The solution is really stable.
Nachteile:
The Reseller Portal on Nexway Monetize did not offer us a large set of features at the beginning as it was newly created. The good investment in evolutions should be maintain.

Monetization made easy
Vorteile:
Nexway monetize is fairly simple to use and pretty straight forward. It doesnt require complex training to be able to utilize its functions.
Nachteile:
Although this software is pretty complex and already offers broad toolset - there is still some room to add additional features like "buy as a gift" or some recommendation feature.

Kommentare: Customer Care/ Contacts is explicitely great! we always get the answer and the help we need -thanks a lot for that.
Vorteile:
Easy to use, with a little help of our great customer contact (Beata) really easy to cofigure. Like the easyness about coupon codes, products, etc.
Nachteile:
Reporting options are too less, not all details that we would need for our daily business are available. additional reporting prepared on Nexway side.
