Match of simplicity in use and variability in tools
Vorteile:
Exceptional billing and invoicing system. It is a very useful tool in evaluating the financial growth of the company. Very useful time management and task distribution options. Also, they do not stop development and upgrades. They are always within one phone call if we need any help. It is very easy and intuitive in implementation and we easily switched to Amberlo from our previous billing system. The use of Amberlo on a daily basis helped us to evaluate our growth and understand our weaknesses.
Nachteile:
It might be beneficial to have more advanced task tracking system

Review of Amberlo By An Australian Legal Practitioner
Kommentare: It is very easy to set up and to use while still having a lot of advanced features. The main functions of the program I use are time recording and invoice generation. My Practice is in Australia and it translates well to the local regulatory requirements my practice needs to satisfy.
Vorteile:
It looks good on screen. Time recording is super easy to use. Bill generation and payment recording is also very easy. It is affordably priced. It is one of the few cloud based time recording programs which also runs on a Mac as well as in Windows.
Nachteile:
The concept of whether you are time recording to a matter or to a client seems to be an important point of distinction but which I find confusing. There is no easy method to create a list of unbilled work in progress or unbilled expenses which I need to generate from time to time.
Good to track legal processes across associates and cases
Vorteile:
It’s effective in tracking important documents and case processes across associates (even remotely).
Nachteile:
It needs better mobile applications for on-to-go process updation.

Kommentare: I definitely recommend it. At this stage, I cannot imagine our company functioning without this application.
Vorteile:
It allows me to monitor all processes in the company on an ongoing basis, contact details and documents are always at hand.
Nachteile:
No access to documents in the mobile application. The mobile application needs improvement. It is not possible to select the amount entered in the invoicing program with a distinction between net or gross amounts.

Amberlo App. Great software for lawyers
Kommentare: Amberlo has proven to be an incredibly useful tool for me in my daily work as a lawyer. I especially appreciate the case management module, which allows me to have all the information about the client and the cases in one place. This makes it much easier for me to track deadlines, remind myself of important activities and avoid mistakes. The automatic invoice generation function has also sped up my office work. Previously, it took me a lot of time, and now I can focus on more important tasks. Amberlo's technical support is at a high level. I can always count on quick and professional help in case of any problems. To sum up, Amberlo is a solid and functional software that has made my work much easier. I recommend it to all lawyers who want to optimize their processes and increase their efficiency.

Amberlo is characterized by simple operation combined with advanced functions. I really appreciate the possibility of exporting almost all data to Excel. Additionally, they have great support and you can set everything individually with them. They are very flexible. Additionally, I love the ability to manage time and costs associated with running cases
Nachteile:
In general, I do not see any major flaws in it. What I would improve in the application and what may be a certain flaw is the way of archiving cases. Additionally, there are few functions that would allow for the precise division of the client base into people working in the office and visualization of parameters of such clients in the database of each employee.

The product is truly excellent and of high quality, perfect for both individual lawyers and large law firms. The software is highly functional, with a whole range of functions that facilitate work organisation, delegation of tasks, document storage, time-tracking, invoicing and debt management. Amberlo is a perfect tool. I recommend it.

None. There are specific features that Amberlo doesn't yet have, however the developers are constantly improving the app.

Your product has made accounting for the legal services simpler and easier, also made invoicing for our clients easier and faster, which is crucial for a lawyer's daily work. Your application allows us to track work, provide reports to clients that are informative and take very little time for the lawyer to prepare. The information in Amberlo is easy to access and quick to learn how to use.
Nachteile:
It would be useful for Amberlo to create tables to keep track of all clients' time in one place.

Creating reports in excel format could be improved. Many clients expect reports in an excel file. Therefore, the program could allow the creation of templates for such reports

A very well proven time-tracking app
Vorteile:
A very useful tool for managing timesheets and then using the data to quickly issue and send invoices, keep track of statistics, plan work, create tasks, etc. Of course, it takes a while to enter all the data in the beginning, but the time spent is very quickly recouped.
Nachteile:
The customer could be given the possibility to choose more formats for invoices and reports, and to customise their layout and style.

Perfect tool
Vorteile:
We have been using Amberlo for a year. It is quite easy to use and to navigate. It really helped us with productivity and time/tasks tracking. Dashboard is the most useful feature for me. I can not imagine working without this app.
Nachteile:
Nothing, it is a great app. I think that some features may be improved.

Time tracking and billing is super easy. I also enjoy a feature to send invoices and reminders using Amberlo.I also love the charts and tables that Amberlo shows on the left corner.
Nachteile:
When I have a fixed fee project I would like to enter it into the system once and them turn on/off the timer whenever I am on it. Now it is not possible.

Kommentare: Very friendly use, easy to cope with. In short it is life-saving.
Vorteile:
The mechanism through which issuing invoices became so smoothly conducted. The ability to store documents is also an important feature in Amberlo.
Nachteile:
1-Sometimes we like to issue an invoice for a fixed fee without breaking down how the time was spent on the matter. This does not seem possible. We still need to figure out how if it is possible. 2- Had Amberlo included services tailored for IP matters like registration and checking trademarks, it would perfect the system.

I use this software mostly for invoicing my customers and keeping track of worked hours.
Vorteile:
Entering worked hours is a very easy task in this software. I can smoothly add these hours to invoices and send them to my clients with only few clicks. That way I do not have to spend a lot of hours by trying to remember what I did during the month and all calculations are done for me automatically.
Nachteile:
Still miss document integration with google drive or dropbox as documents need to be added manually.

Vorteile:
With AMEA Legal we can manage working time and billing in a better way. It is easy to register working hours for lawyers and other staff. This not only enables us to issue invoices with easy but also allows us to estimate efforts and budgets for future projects. Document assignment to matters and document version management allows to find needed documents quickly.
Nachteile:
We are missing mobile application and automatic time tracking. Also it would be useful option to change profile or add another entity in order to issue new invoices, but at the same time to have old date unchanged.

AMEA Legal helps me keep track of everything going in office it's a great invoicing and time management
Vorteile:
AMEA Legal working online, which allows me to use it from anywhere while I traveling. It is user friendly and allows to create invoice in seconds without any efforts.
Nachteile:
There is no integration with Dropbox or Google Drive, for us it's not a problem, but hope soon it will be :)
