Vorteile:

The user interface is aesthetically pleasing, it's user friendly and it has many features that competitor software is lacking.

Nachteile:

Clients are able to book at times that leave unuseable gaps. Ie first free slot at 4.30pm, but client chooses 4.40pm - leaving 10 minutes wasted.

Clients love it and more importantly use it. It links to our PMS seamlessly and reduces staff work.

Vorteile:

The seamless integration with RxWorks. The minimal maintenance and the ease with which to make changes within the program itself.

Nachteile:

Nothing. I have found that the software is relevant to our needs and easy to use. It takes little of my time the manage and both staff and clients find it great.

Kommentare: I have never had a stellar experience. This company is based overseas, so calling for help is impossible. They did recently open a stateside helpdesk, but you still can't call it and are obliged to send in an email and then wait for a response. There is not enough done to keep clients from scheduling incorrectly. Vetstoria relies on people at the clinic to keep an eye on the mail all day in order to make sure appointments are appropriately scheduled. If they aren't, we are supposed to call and redo the appointment. Firstly, we don't have time to sit watching email. Secondly, if we DO catch an inappropriate appointment, more often than not, the client is angry that we have to change the appointment. I don't feel it's worth the money.

Vorteile:

It enables clients to make their own appointments online at their convenience.

Nachteile:

It is difficult to configure the software to keep clients from scheduling the wrong kind of appointments for their needs. Does not read monthly blockoffs from Avimark, only on-the-fly blockoffs, so if you like to use monthly blockoffs in order to streamline your scheduling and keep just anyone from changing the blocks, Vetstoria will allow clients to schedule appointments over times that are blocked for surgery or blocked because the doctor is out of the office. To remedy this, one must then spend hours re-blocking the times already blocked.

Amazing customer service

Kommentare: We already had Vetstoria before I had taken my new position, so it was already set up, but I knew nothing about it. I was set up with a zoom meeting to be shown how to do everything and look at all my numbers as well as how my appointments were set up. I had a great rep. who answered all my questions, was extremely nice, and helpful. They will fix/enter something if you don't know how, so you don't have to worry about it.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, and when you have questions, they are quick to answer and help solve any problems!

Nachteile:

It's hard to learn all the ends and outs, because there's a lot. But if you reach out, they will do whatever it is you need on their part to make your experience the best!

Game changer for veterinary clinics and their teams!

Vorteile:

The ability for clients to schedule appointments for their pets anytime and not have to call the clinic during business hours has been an absolute game changer for us. This allows clients to book an appointment as soon as they get a reminder for services being due or if they have a concern about their pet and not having to wait until we open and then they get busy with work or life and forget or wait until they can't be schedule at an ideal time. The system is so easy to set up however works best for your practice and allows you to customize so many things to make it work best for you.

Nachteile:

The ability to make short term changes would be great. We don't always want to have to use blocks on a schedule but sometimes want to open up availability on short notice for a day they wouldn't otherwise have availability.

The perfect integration with our PMS system, the immediate diary synchronisation, the flagging of client mismatch and the absolute customisability.

Nachteile:

We could really do with a repeat prescription module.It would be great to be able to send link to pay for the above too.

Great integration for our PMS

Vorteile:

It integrates well to our PMS (DaySmartvet, previously Vetter Software) and the online payments are a huge help for us, saving us time and eliminating our no-shows for our first-contact appointments.

Nachteile:

The logic of “excluding” times where we don’t want appointments instead of just selecting the times when we are ready for online bookings.

Great Software

Kommentare: Vetstoria has been great and extremely flexible. They are willing to do what it takes to make clients happy.
We only experienced down-time once in about a year and a half of using them. It was for about 2 days, but they were working on the malfunction ever since the moment we brought it to their attention.

Vorteile:

I work for a high-volume spay and neuter clinic. This software has drastically helped to address the high call volume we would receive, allowing our staff to increase the quality of the service we provide. The

Nachteile:

The only thing this software is missing is a required questionnaire for clients booking an appointment. I wanted to implement a checklist that clients would HAVE to read and HAVE to acknowledge to ensure that they fully understood the commitment they were making (to reduce no-shows). However, this feature is not present and has not yet been added. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use. Very easy integrated in our software system Animana from Idexx and also easy to connect with our website and FB page. Clients make appointmenst every day and it save us time because we don't have to answer these kind of phone calls.

Nachteile:

The new widget where people can make an appointment on every page is very nice, but not so clientfriendly when you as a customer have to click it away on every page.

Kommentare: About 400 clients book an appointment via Vetstoria every month, saving us time and allowing clients to book at any time of the day or night

This is so easy to use and the clients are really happy to access the service and use it to make bookings

Nachteile:

The software works well and is fully integrated so the thing that I like least about the software is the fact that I still have to put in all the holiday dates to ensure that we don't get a booking on Christmas day

Nachteile:

Would be helpful if clients could mark themselves as arrived but somehow confirmed by gps. Would be good if easy and not expensive to do prepayment for new clients to avoid no shows. How new cards are created not ideal, seems to put first and 2nd name in surname ext

Vorteile:

Super easy to set up and maintain - fully customisable to display the number of appointments you want to allow online bookings for. Our clients love the ease of use and frequently input all their pet's problems that they would like you to check in consultation on the booking form - this gets transferred into their clinical notes so we don't miss anything out. Clients who have tried it use it repeatedly now. It frees up our nurses from reception duties and saves time. I wish my own medical practice and dentist had this! Easy to integrate into your website and mobile apps.

Initial zoom meetings to set up as could not see the rep and had a heavy accent, really find the initial meetings very hard and delayed getting set up.

This will put more towards the client to make the appointment instead of clogging the front desk with phone calls for appointments. Very smooth streamline program.

Haven’t worked out away to manage amount of appts in specific days just in total over everyday. This might already be a feature and I’ve missed it but if not then would be good to have

Vetstoria is not yet integrated with EzyVet. Very occasionally, there will be a booking that we would have preferred to be done by phone.

What a fantastic practice tool!

Kommentare: we can be locally innovative as no other practices have this service, our clients can book direct out of hours and saves lots of emails, facebook messages and calls back and forth to get people in, clients can free type and give us more information, we can ask them questions and filter bookings and we are gaining new clients as its so easy to book in- looking forward to learning what more we can do with it as usage grows and develops like offers etc

Really easy to use and setup, very intuitive, zero issues with people making booking errors etc

Kommentare: Good. Instructors all really good and answer any questions that you have and also try and find a way forward. positive experience

Vorteile:

The features within vetstoria that I liked are the test function so you can clearly see what your clients will be seeing and the journey they will take booking the appointment, the reminders that follow and even how easy it is to cancel. I also like that you can customise the appointments you want booking and how many are allowed.

Nachteile:

I would have liked the software to be able to interact with our PMS to know which appointments are already booked in.
