Very easy to set up polls that provided great feedback for our presenters.

Nachteile:

It was suggested that the viewers' poor bandwidth was causing the drops. However, I joined as an attendee, and had at least 20 Mbps up and down, and it would drop for me as well.

Simple to use, decent reporting, great for free events.

Vorteile:

It's a very clean interface. The mobile app isn't white label but that's ok for most events. The screen casting is quite unique. Audience interaction tools are top notch.

Nachteile:

It doesn't seamless integrate with abstract collection & evaluation platforms. To build the agenda you'd have to export from your system, reformat the data, then use Evenium's spreadsheet template to upload into its system.

Kommentare: Overall Evenium does everything I need for my small conference for an affordable rate.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. I am able to add this to my website and have an event with tickets in a short time frame.

Nachteile:

Ability to customize the tickets to print on a label printer and the ability to add on extra things without a ticket cost.

Kommentare: The process of building the emails and registration page was tedious and counterintuitive. We would have liked it better if there had been a pre-designed framework that we just had to customise. It took us a long time to learn how to use the programme.
The invitation emails ended up in junk mail because the email name we chose was too long. However, no one told us about this problem beforehand and we were not allowed to change it afterwards. We would have liked some guidance or initiative from evenium to help us here, but instead we had to abandon the programme after spending time and money on it.

Vorteile:

The clear overview of registrations in the main menu. The reliable and effective customer service. Whenever we had questions, they were answered promptly by email or phone, which in most cases solved our problems quickly.

Nachteile:

The email address we sent our invitations from did not work, our invitations ended up in the junk mail folder. Therefore, the evenium mailing and registration form were useless to our cause and we did not use them after spending many hours setting them up, which was really disappointing.

Vorteile:

It's easy to use, with a very intuitive user interface, making it convenient for everyone on the marketing team to work with. Additionally, the event management features are comprehensive, covering everything from registration and ticket payment with invoicing, to the day of the event, where participants can be scanned, and their information integrated into the ConnexMe app.

Nachteile:

It would be great to have more graphic features : i.e designing the badges.

Promising, But Would Not Recommend

Vorteile:

I had high hopes for Evenium ConnexME, and I think with some time, they'll have everything worked out. But it's just not ready. The registration functions are great and it's easy to pull various reports on registrants. We didn't have a need to work much with the agenda feature, but it appeared to work very well. The people I worked with from Evenium were fairly responsive and did try to solve any problems and answer our questions. It's not really geared to hybrid events - the interface and all functions are identical whether you are in-person or online. So, the attendee sitting in the room can watch the stream. Fortunately for us, Evenium agreed to not charge us for any viewing hours of in-person attendees who watched the stream. The chat function worked well, as did polling, and we were able to pull transcripts and other analytics afterwards.

Nachteile:

The two biggest issues we had were A) that attendees had a hard time understanding the process for accessing the event, and that once they accessed the event, they weren't able to see the stream; and B) the stream performance was very inconsistent. Some viewers could hear the audio but not see video. Some could neither hear nor see. Several viewers reported the video would play for 5 seconds and then stop. Tech suppport's solution was to reload, but that rarely solved the problem. It was suggested that the viewers' poor bandwidth was causing the drops. However, I joined as an attendee, and had at least 20 Mbps up and down, and it would drop for me as well. Our Evenium contact admitted dissatisfaction with some third party streaming technologies they were using, and that they were developing their own. In the end, there was no concrete solution or answer provided, and we await hearing that they've solved the problem.

Very flexible, powerful and affordable solution for our non-profit.

Kommentare: There is no such thing as a perfect solution, but this is close and it gives us everything we need to do at the best possible price. We are able to have a much more robust and sophisticated event and conference solution than I thought we were going to be able to afford.

Vorteile:

Evenium has all of the features of the top event services but at a fraction of the cost. It has some features that the top ones don't have. You can easily update participants, use codes, embed it seamlessly into your website and choose your payment processor and many other options. We really appreciate the ability to organize events from multiple entities with one account, and have different user groups to administer those events. They have the best customer service - we have used almost every major company - and I never waited to get an answer on any of my questions for long. It's great to have the to be able to easily vet applicants for events that are not general admission, and conferences and retreats.

Nachteile:

The consumer view is only minimally adjustable and needs the ability to group tickets into different categories. A seamless integration with Salesforce would be awesome too.

Kommentare: An enhanced attendee experience.

Vorteile:

Gives the attendee an additional experience they would not get otherwise at a price for us that is reasonable, especially when considering the alternative options pricing model.

Nachteile:

There is indeed a learning curve but once up to speed it is quite easy to use. Setting up the even takes a couple of times to make sure you set it up they way that works for you. This is not a complaint about having to many options, I promise.

There are so many different things you can do. It has so many options that it even gives us new ideas as to what we should do for our events

The user experience isn't thought out that well. I've used it and I've watched other people use it and we all get very confused as to where things should be or what options should be given.

Easy and to use

Vorteile:

Love the ability to connect with others and how I can send messages to people I'm interested in talking with. It makes meeting with others simple

Nachteile:

The UI is still clunky, and at times can be difficult to use. I do like what the software offers, but it could be better designed.

Easy to set up & use - in-person event and webinar

Kommentare: Overall, the experience with ConnexMe was exceptional for keeping remote/virtual attendees engaged. We wanted an app that was easy to access and use, yet powerful enough to overcome distractions for business people attending events. ConnexMe delivered on all fronts!

Vorteile:

Very easy to set up polls that provided great feedback for our presenters. As a user, the live audio and note-taking on slides as they were presented made me feel very connected to the content and presenters even though I was remote. It was easy to network with other attendees using ConnexMe and getting my questions actually answered during the sessions helped me understand things in real-time.

Nachteile:

No real cons come to mind. If anything, would have liked for an integration with our custom CRM (which no one seems to have>)

Evenium app was very intuitive from both an admin and end user perspective which resulted not only in great feedback from attendees but also resulted in higher attendance to our workshops.

Nachteile:

A couple times a handful of users had some difficulty finding our event but once we got past that issue, everything went flawlessly.

Vorteile:

Loved the variety of ways the app could be used to promote audience engagement. I also appreciated that I could hire someone from the company as tech support during the event so I didn't have to worry if anything went wrong, which it didn't. The fellow who came down as tech support went above and beyond with additional tips and showing workarounds to make using the app more interesting for the audience. Additionally, many attendees came up to me afterwards and remarked how much easier the app was to use than other conference apps.

Nachteile:

I have no negative remarks to make about Evenium.

Basic easy-to-use event registration and badge creation system. Perfect for our event of 500.

Vorteile:

The ease of use is great. I was surprised by how much we got for the price we paid. It allowed us to upload files easily, personalize outgoing emails and registration website. Printing the badges was easy as well. We will be using them again for future events.

Nachteile:

Some more complex tasks were not as intuitive as I would have liked but the customer service provided more than made up for it. Our rep, Eyal, was very responsive and always willing to troubleshoot.

Well thought out and designed to engage all participants

Vorteile:

It seamlessly creates a central hub for all attendees that allows them to not only interact during the conference itself but on off campus as well. It has the ability for have the attendees write notes and asks questions during the conference without interrupting the speaker. The agenda portion allows the attendees to know exactly what the schedule is and where they are expected. It allows the administrator to adjust the agenda and send pings to the users phones if any changes or reminders need to be sent.

Nachteile:

Agenda adjustments take time and if changes need to be made it isn't easy. Training was required for each presenter. Ticket scanning was also very time consuming.

Needs A UI Overhaul

Vorteile:

It does everything you need it to do and more. Great features and support. Our attendees love it!! It's very flexible and accounts for everything an admin would want.

Nachteile:

The user experience on the admin side is very poor. The verbiage on buttons, the way it kicks you back to the main configuration menu when you save, and the way you have to double save emails is pretty tedious. It needs some user testing and a UI/UX overhaul.

I used this at a conference that I attended for work. It was very easy to navigate. Each day I was able to go back and see anything that I had previously used or did.

Thee wasn't really anything that I disliked or liked the least in this software. It was very easy to use and navigate.

Vorteile:

It had all the features we needed and really helped to get our attendees connected to one another. I love that we could screenshot the presentation slides and our attendees could take it home with them.

Nachteile:

It was not the most customizable/attractive app out there compared to others. There were very few opportunities for branding.

Intuitive Solution, Great Perks

Kommentare: I set up my annual leadership forum very easily through evenium.net. I was able to accomplish everything I set out to do on my own: create the event, create different tickets with different registration forms for each ticket, set up an agenda, and provide ticket/nametags. The pricing is pretty darn fair too. Just 1 dollar for every ticket sold. No percentages. I also realized that I had access to their mobile app ConnectMe (or ConnexMe, I forget). It was free for me to use. I didn't need it for my event but I definitely took note of it because I'll be back to take advantage. I docked them 1 star for their customer service because they don't have a 24 hour hotline. Not a huge deal. I got a quick response to my email when I reached out to verify if their app was indeed free. Overall I was very satisfied with their product. And I will be back to use it again.

Vorteile:

It helped me navigate during the event and had the pertinent information and filters to help me get to where I need to go.

Nachteile:

UI can be improved, colors, buttons. With the style of other apps that are available, the style seems a bit outdated.
