Excellent Gmail Contact Sharing Software.

Vorteile:

The software gives room sharing of contacts. It is easy to use. Has great functionalities. It is user friendly. The contact can be shared across device.

Nachteile:

Gmail contact cannot be shared across other email platform.

Never Lost Your Contacts

Kommentare: MY experience is un-explainable because since my kid days I am still using Gmail Shared Contact features to store for all my contactability needs.I still have details which were used long long ago ,decade almost i should say. If you ever look back towards than only ,one would know how valuable it is which store precious details so easily . Moreover I would love to go out of my way to say, I love it so much that I am still using the same GMAIL account/ shared features which I created 20 Years Ago as a kid.

Vorteile:

Gmail shared contacts is one of the easiest tool one would ever imagine that value you contacts with ease with absolute security.It never let your contactablity go away from yourself.It is so easy that if you ever used a contact details using this source to communicate with anyone than no matter what happens it will always be there however details need to be synced..I think 80% of people as a computer user is very much aware what a shared contacts gmail is .and It is exceptional because it touches millions of people around the world by giving a opportunity and value every contactability one has ever used keeping everything easy.

Nachteile:

The lease I like about it is, the customer service response because as per my personal experience it took three long days to respond any little query over a simple glitch occured .We are in 21st century and it is not appreciable in such a fast pace world.

Does what it says

Kommentare: We are happy to be able to share contacts & groups with this app.
It allows us to contact groups of people (and individuals) such as sales etc, more easily.

Vorteile:

It shares contacts between users of GSUITE within my organisation, which has proven valuable.

Nachteile:

Some functionalities are missing, it seems. Such as automatically sharing new contacts, or easy group management. However, it seems like this *should* actually be a core feature of Google Contacts within GSUITE itself, so I guess Google is more to blame than the developers here.

Good Option

Kommentare: This allows me to have multiple accounts and keep lists updated for me and my team.

Vorteile:

This solution does what it advertises, allows sharing of contact information. It works across many Gmail and Gsuite accounts.

Nachteile:

It is a bit challenging to configure and a bit pricey. Items shared seem to keep dropping off "My Contacts" but that is sort of minor

Shared Contacts is simple to use and serves as a solid alternative for a CRM

Kommentare: Sometimes you only need an easy way to share contacts but most CRMs are overhead and offer to much and not necessary functionality.

Vorteile:

Does what it should and promises. Easy to use CRM alternative.

Nachteile:

The UI is a partially a little confusing and - even though it is build on Material UI components - seems a little outdated.

Kommentare: Not having a phone option to call in for tech support is a big minus....

Vorteile:

That we were *finally* (after several weeks of trying) able to find a way to get pictures uploaded.

Nachteile:

It took too long to address the issue we had.

There are no cons detected in this beautiful tool.

Essential addon for Gmail

Kommentare: We share several address books within our company and it's great knowing they are always up to date for all users

Vorteile:

This app is very easy to use and does exactly what we needed!

Nachteile:

Not being able to share an email group with all users at once makes sharing with more than 5 people a little time consuming. Although it is something you only need to once.

Fire the Techie!

Who needs a techie when it is so easy. It just works and all the staff pick it up instantly.

What isn't to like. It just works with no fuss.

Service for sharing contacts, very useful

Kommentare: We use it to share contacts from the department and some other company employees.

Vorteile:

We use the service to share contacts of the entire team, and some professionals, either to keep in touch for urgent cases, or to have contact for networking.

Nachteile:

I have no problems with the service, it is simple and useful. Maybe the layout was more dynamic, it would be better

Label your millions of contacts for a targeted purpose

Kommentare: I am satisfied with Shared Contacts for Gmail.

Vorteile:

The simplicity of access through Google portal. It helps to better work within a team. All the team members have access to the database of the contacts. We send different emails to different groups of people, labeling helps a lot. You can create a shared contacts book and use with your team. Any time new contacts can be added. Contact sharing and syncing helps a lot.

Nachteile:

Sometimes bugs may appear, you add new contacts, it does not get uploaded, you just need to do it twice.

Vorteile:

I use shared contacts for Gmail nearly everyday. Its the only way to sort out and keep up with all of the information! There's nothing worse than than needing speak to someone immediately and not having their contact information on hand, it can ruin an important opportunity. Shared contacts for Gmail is the solution. It syncs on time and consistently.

Nachteile:

The only thing I would change is the options for contact organization, add more!

There is a short sync delay, usually about 15 minutes.

Kommentare: This makes life simpler. Sharing cuts out a lot of copying/pasting.

Vorteile:

It is essential to be able to have everyone's demographics in an easy to find format. I especially like the NOTES section since I frequently have more data to save than I have spaces for.

Nachteile:

I hesitate to say this is a "con" but I don't like having to find all of the fields. I wish I could just have a list of items. and make my selection.

Sharing our Google Contacts was never easier

Vorteile:

Shared Contacts for Gmail has really made it not only possible for us to share Google Contacts, but it is extremely easy to use. I really love their Gmail app and Chrome extension as it works directly into Gmail and Google Contacts interface. Works nicely and does not require a lot of training or effort to get anybody to use it if they know about Google services.

Nachteile:

My only con for them so far is their support team not being 24/7 available. We have a time zone difference so the turnaround time can be a problem. But we do not have to contact them very often.

Great G Suite Add-On

Hands down the best way to share your gmail contacts in a g suite organization. Price is great.

I would not change a thing not being able to share contacts as an organization is crazy. ... this solves the problem.

Kommentare: My overall experience is for storing contact information only.

Vorteile:

It's easy to use. This app helps us combine all of our important contact information in one place. Anyone has access to it which makes it beneficial.

Nachteile:

When we use it to store large quantities of data or contact information, it is very "TIME CONSUMING".
