"Best solution for Umbrella Salon's front desk team!"

Kommentare: Presence Ai is works 24/7, customers can message the salon anytime and the Ai will respond to them instantly using a human-like conversation style. It also completes automated tasks like sending appointment confirmations, re-booking reminders, thank yous, surveys, and group messages to specific clients that we want to send messages to. It frees up a lot of phone time (approx. 3 hours/day) our front desk spends on the phone booking appointments and confirming appointments. One of the best features is that Presence Ai integrates easily with our salon software and website. Presence Ai's customer support is awesome! They respond to any questions and helps train our front desk team with new features that they roll-out.

Vorteile: I love the convenience Presence Ai business text messaging provides our clients. It provides the immediate responses a client's questions when they send a text message to our business phone number. I also like that we do not need to purchase extra equipment to use this service. It's completely cloud based with an easy to use dashboard for our front desk team to manage. Our front desk loves it too!

Nachteile: I wish it provided more analytical data. It currently provides daily, weekly, and monthly numbers for messages that unique users send which is helpful. I hope that it would include more data-driven information like re-booking %, frequency of specific clients using it, and etc so that we could forecast and plan for the future. Another nice feature for Presence Ai to have is to suggest the best times we should send the batch confirmations for optimal results.
