Vorteile:

I keep waiting for the "catch," but haven't found one yet. Simple to set up, very inexpensive, customer service has been attentive, and lots of options for digital market research incentives.

Nachteile:

The Americans wanted some forms filled out to ensure we weren't going to be using the cards to launder money. A bit annoying given the work we do but I suppose it is a necessary evil.

You get what you pay for ...

Kommentare: [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is my account manager and I could not ask for a better vendor partner. He is quick to answer my questions and isn't afraid to let me know when it might take a beat as he has to track my answer down. I never have to ask for a meeting as he proactively reaches out to me several times a year. If I have an issue, it is handled quickly.

Vorteile:

The software is fairly easy to use. Our company makes things a little more difficult because of how we pay invoices, but I do not have to be concerned about respondents actually getting what they are promised. It is nice that unclaimed gifts come back into my account.

Nachteile:

Campaigns aren't immediate. So if you get projects on short notice, then you will have anxiety as you wait for it to process in the system. It has never taken longer than a day.

Kommentare: We use Rybbon daily to send users gift cards after they complete our training module. This platform has saved me hours each month.

Vorteile:

Before Rybbon, we used to send out our gift cards manually to users. That consumed hours of my time per month. Now we have all of our gift card campaigns set up as a workflow in Hubspot and at the end of the workflow the user gets placed into the Rybbon gift card distribution. I then log in to my portal and can approve/disapprove gift cards to users. They have a great reporting feature too that helps with tracking of gift card payments. Best feature yet -- You get a 100% refund on unused gift cards after a specific number of days!

Nachteile:

Fraud detection is not available. We have a lot of users who attempt to try getting multiple gift cards. I'm able to toss out any duplicate entries in Hubspot by not allowing the same email to enter twice, but there are people who use multiple email addresses. There needs to be a way to determine if a user is likely to be a duplicate (same name + address + similar email address).

Worst Software Experience Ever

Kommentare: Not sure why their approval process took 4 days. When I complained day three, I guess they took it personally. Outside of the sales guy, I don't think anyone else in the company is in US. There really isn't any one to talk with. You get random incoherent emails requesting you to fill out forms like credit card authorizations that aren't provided. The only sales guy, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is nice, but he acts powerless to help or expedite the process.

Vorteile:

The false hope that it would work and could be implemented quickly and efficiently as the sales guy, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] led me to believe.

Nachteile:

The reality of just how poor and frustrating everything was after the sales call!

Nachteile:

Once in a while it flags an email recipient email address as invalid when it's actually a valid email. But I can get this resolved by either deleting and trying again or contacting customer service.

Kommentare: We are using Rybbon with SurveyMonkey to reward the participants of our surveys for their valuable insights and feedbacks. Integration of Rybbon with SurveyMonkey was so easy and useful. Rewarding the survey takers motivates them that their opinions are being valued. We are truly happy with Rybbon and it's services. We also reward our loyal customers and users with the help of Rybbon.

Vorteile:

Rybbon can be integrated with many platforms including SurveyMonkey which helps us a lot in keeping our workflow fast and convenient. Rybbon has various gift cards to choose from, it has almost all the gift cards from popular brands to gift to our users. Rybbon has really nice and clean user interface which makes the work simple and interesting. Rybbon supports gift cards for almost all the popular countries. The gift cards given by Rybbon are sent immediately right to the recipient's email inbox.

Nachteile:

Rybbon is way more costlier when compared to other incentive programs. Also, our customers were complaining that the Visa Gift Cards they received from Rybbon weren't easy to be redeemed. Except these two, we never faced any major issue with Rybbon.

An essential timesaver for our project management workflow

Kommentare: BHN has changed the way we manage projects for the better. The time savings versus setting up rewards in-house, sending and resending emails can't even be measured! We'll never go back to delivering rewards that way.

Vorteile:

BHN easily integrates with our survey platform (Voxco) using one simple redirect link. Campaign set-up is simple and intuitive. Able to offer a greater selection of rewards, especially to OUS respondents. Respondents are redirected to rewards site instantly and automatically.

Nachteile:

The only feature I'd like to have available is the ability to increase incentives as campaigns proceed (for instances where the reward offer has been increased to speed up response rates or to complete a difficult audience segment).

BHN makes paying incentives quick and easy

Vorteile:

We are able to send out batches of gift cards quickly and efficiently. It also allows us to track the status of the cards, from sent, to delivered, to opened, to claimed. The reporting functions have made out work much faster and easier.

Nachteile:

N/A we are happy with all of the services and products offered by BHN.

Rybbon for Online Payment to Research Participants

Kommentare: Our experience with Rybbon is leaps and bounds above our previous payments vendor. They are safe, easy, and give variety to our participants.

Vorteile:

Rybbon is extremely easy to use to send payments of various types to our research participants in a quick and safe manner. Reporting is user-friendly but also extensive, allowing transparency to our accounting team and our clients.

Nachteile:

I don't have any issues with this software.

Easy rewarding system to set up with Survey Monkey

Kommentare: Very easy way to reward survey takes through Survey Monkey. We were able to award Visas and Amazon digital gift cards without much effort.

Vorteile:

We came across a required project which included surveying a large group of alumni. Rybbon made it possible to attain a higher rate of survey responses due to their easy to integrate rewarding system. We set up our survey as usual within Survey Monkey and tied the collector to Rybbon. Upon survey completions, digital gift card rewards were sent survey takers automatically. This took the manual/guess work out of the whole project. Rybbon also provided a simple yet detailed interface that allowed us to keep track of how many rewards had been issued. For any rewards that were not claimed, we simply asked for a refund.

Nachteile:

The cost seems a little high as a digital platform. However, it did its job. We like to see a more automated way to attain your refund through the web. At the time, a phone call was required to process more of a manual refund than an electronic one such as a return to credit card.

Rybbon makes digital gifting easy and efficient

Kommentare: I've been with a few marketing teams that use Starbucks cards as a 'thank you' to webinar attendees. We've also used Amazon cards to incentivize prospects to attend a demo. It can really move the needle but it's always been pretty manual, difficult to track, and requires you to pay for the gift cards in advance (losing the money if they're never redeemed). Rybbon changes all that. You can order through their portal, set up your campaign, grab a token for Marketo, and you're done. You can track when a gift is redeemed and schedule a Sales follow up. The ease of use is one thing, but the lack of risk is another huge factor. If your allotted gift cards aren't used, you can return them for a refund or order new gifts in any increment you need. Awesome. This has made it possible for our team to try a variety of campaigns at no risk. Here's what I really like: - Amazing integration with Marketo, HubSpot and SurveyMonkey

Rybbon gift card program

Kommentare: We are very satisfied. The ease of setting up campaigns, to tracking gift rewards, and receiving updated notices on the progress of the campaign, and the invoicing have made this an excellent tool for us.
The added bonus: we don't pay for the rewards that are not satisfied. And Rybbon tracks all of that!

Vorteile:

We discovered Rybbon when our events were forced to pivot to virtual from in-person. This program became invaluable as we needed a good incentive program that was attractive to attendees as well as sponsors. Rybbon was our answer. To be honest, once we utlilized this program, we did not explore any other options as Rybbon met all of our needs. The choice of gift cards and the ease of navigation made this software invaluable to the business development team at our association.

Nachteile:

There were several features that we felt could be upgraded and we provided the feedback to Rybbon. They actually listened and responded with needed changes.

Easiest Virtual Gifting Platform for Global Use

Kommentare: We have had an excellent experience with Rybbon, it took us a little while to get our approval for use of Visa and Mastercard but once that was set up we have been using it non-stop. A fantastic platform for streamlining gifting and rewards for marketing programs in a virtual world.

Vorteile:

Integrations with marketo, and surveymonkey, and ease with which we can send virtual gifts enabled a quick and easy transformation during the pandemic.

Nachteile:

Integrations are a little complex to utilize. Much easier to send gifts from within platform. Financial reporting could be better.

Vorteile:

Rybbon is an EXCELLENT platform to help engage prospects that might otherwise not be interested in completing surveys, watching demos, or even just aiding in sending rewards to team members. It's so easy to use and implements so easy with HubSpot.

Nachteile:

I really don't think there is anything I don't love about the software. I had a bit of difficulty with how to understand setting up and testing, but the customer service team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help.

Simple, Effective Solution for Rewarding Study Participants

Vorteile:

Flexible set up to accommodate both having a list of potential reward recipients and starting from scratch. Easy to track and reward recipients. Automatic refunds are a pleasant surprise. Especially appreciate that Ribbon flags email addresses that have been previously submitted.

Nachteile:

I experienced a glitch around people trying to complete our survey a second time and get paid again - it appeared that they were being automatically approved and receiving gift codes. I spoke with customer service and they informed me that what I was seeing hadn't actually taken place. So hopefully that's cleared up.

Vorteile:

BHN Rewards make it so easy to send out gift cards! The ability to select multiple retailers for the recipient to chose from ensures that the recipient is happy. Capabilities such as notifications if emails bounce, seeing if the reward has been accepted, and sending reminder emails are so helpful on this platform. Using BHN Rewards has made sending and tracking gift cards much easier!

Nachteile:

There was a switch in ownership from Rybbon to BHN Rewards which was a bit confusing but now it is cleared up!

Kommentare: The overall experience has been quite good. As a public institution of higher learning, we must adhere to very strict regulations on how we conduct our research and how we document the incentives for participants. Rybbon has been the perfect tool for us.

Vorteile:

Rybbon has been exactly what we needed to implement a service of awarding digital gift cards to participants of surveys that we execute. The documentation that we need for internal controls is also easy to obtain, which was a high priority in choosing this product / service.

Nachteile:

No complaints. There really haven't been any issues that have been brought to my attention by my team.

Great way to boost on-line survey responses

Kommentare: When you're conducting survey work that is not inherently interesting to potential respondents, Rybbon Digital Incentives gives you the confidence you can find enough responses to complete your survey.

Vorteile:

Software was truly easy to use, and synched up seamlessly with Survey Monkey. The software automated the fulfillment process so we could keep our focus with the survey work itself.

Nachteile:

I didn't notice anything i disliked.

Saves us a lot of trouble1

Kommentare: Our respondents love it. They like being able to choose their rewards and we like being able to provide a reward quickly and easily.

Vorteile:

Rybbon is very user-friendly. We can customize everything to our specific needs and our survey respondents really enjoy the variety of rewards available to them. All we have to do is add a small piece of code to our survey software (Voxco) to give respondents their reward. We're also planning on using the points system to pay our fieldworkers for collecting surveys.

Nachteile:

Not exactly a flaw with Rybbon but the most difficult part of the process was to get permission to use the prepaid VISA gift cards in Canada. The Americans wanted some forms filled out to ensure we weren't going to be using the cards to launder money. A bit annoying given the work we do but I suppose it is a necessary evil.
