Very convenient and easy to use
Kommentare: This platform is like a one stop shop. You can place everything that your company needs and there is no hassles for the users in regards to payment. Very convenient to use and saves us a lot of time.
Vorteile:
Adding products from the website, analytics, customized list of products.
Nachteile:
I wish i can filter the categories as well on the spend by cost center so i can separate the cost for assets and retail from the cost of services. Linking vendor accounts can be difficult.
Order.co Makes Suitable Invoice Management

Order.co has a dynamic formation in invoice control, and there are systematic assistance to make every computation transparent.

Order.co has determined invoice assistance, and every feature is top notch.
More trouble than value
Kommentare: Working with Order.co has been the most frustrating part of our purchasing, and that is the opinion of my whole team across multiple states. The basic functions it is lacking as a supply chain software application are too numerous to count and the obvious automation and computerization of purchasing functions is also very frustrating. We feel as though we are always getting a sales pitch from our account manager who has never actually been able to give us answers for our concerns when we bring them to her at our meetings. We feel as though we are being pushed to use the "substitutions" function constantly, despite Order.co having no parameter set as to what constitutes an acceptable substitution. If we order 12oz of Windex, we want that size and brand specifically and would be happy for them to source it from a different vendor at a lower cost. However, we don't want them to purchase a generic brand or a different size or formula, and the way they are set up that substitution could arrive as anything. One time an order for a 36 pack of Coke showed up as a 12 pack of Coke. That was the whole substitution they took upon themselves to save us money by purchasing a smaller quantity, but we had purchased the large quantity for a large lunch meeting and had to run to the store to buy more. We purchased the favorite energy drinks of an employee as a reward and when the vendor was out of stock, Order.co substituted it for the wrong flavors at almost double the cost.
Vorteile:
It is super easy to use the widget to add items directly from a website to the Order.co cart. The consolidated invoicing has been amazing for our ap team. The support staff are very professional and kind.
Nachteile:
There is no line-item receiving available. For busy purchasers, you can only have one cart at a time. If you submit something for a support ticket (wrong item received, need to submit a return/exchange, need to get the tracking link for an amazon order, etc.) sometimes it takes days to get a response due to them being "short staffed" or "support tickets being backed up" for the entire past year. I hate that I don't have access to the purchasing documents and have to go through the support system to take care of things that I could do in 5 minutes on my own. It feels like you have a purchasing team working for you, but they don't do things with the urgency or thoroughness you need so you are stuck with a team you have no management power over. The "substitutions" that are designed to save you money have literally no parameters, so if you are purchasing say Windex, the substitution could be any other size or brand and you will never know what you are getting. We have had them source parts for us and when looking closely the parts would have some of the number switched around in them. We have vendors reaching out to me about accounts/orders for other companies because it turns our Order sometimes will use our account to purchase for other companies or they will have my name and shipping location on an account setup that they will use for other companies. This causes mystery shipments to show up addressed to us. I have a lot more to say but my 1500 words are up!

One stop shop simplified

I like that I do not have to go to multiple sites and platforms for every single item we need for supplies etc. And instead of multiple processes I just have the one stop shop on there which makes all my ordering needs much easier
Nachteile:
Nothing really, I don’t really have any complaints other than I am not sure how long it is actually taking once I submit the order and it says processing in the little wheel is turning. I don’t know how long I have to keep that window up before I can close it.

Worthwhile Product - More Pros than Cons
Kommentare: Order has been extremely helpful to our Firm. We don't have anyone hired specifically to handle inventory and ordering so for me it gets tacked on to my already full load of daily duties in the Billing Department. Being able to get my supply ordering done and returns handled all in one spot with someone taking care of all the dirty work along the way makes my job a million times easier and I very much appreciate Order for their services.
Vorteile:
My favorite aspect of this software is the ease at which I can order our very specific office supplies from multiple different vendors including Amazon while only dealing with the checkout and payment processes of one. This product also offers the option to allow Order to look for similar products with a lower price and even allows you to return without question if you did not like the substitution. Order will work with you directly to find the item you want which is very nice. They also take care of the return process for you, which is maybe even the best aspect. I don't have time to be waiting on the phone and dealing with the return process on so many items from so many vendors and Order does make that a breeze.
Nachteile:
Some features that I have noticed a lot of improvement on more recently but are still somewhat left to my own devices is the way the returns and credits are applied. I have about 5 returns from last year that I completed as per instruction and then I never received my refund or my return was still "processing." I only noticed because I went into each individual order and checked. I wish there was a button to say return completed, that way an Order support member can finalize the return process and get the refund accordingly. That's probably my only complaint.
Order.co Review

Vorteile:
I like the platform accessibility to thousands of products. It is easy to track shipments and delivery of inventory and has easy intake capabilities. Customer services is very quick to assist with missing or lost items.
Nachteile:
A lot of options to choose from - not a fault of Order.co. My company has many different variations of certain products so is sometimes difficult to know which to order.

Order helps our purchasing team track

The company changed its name and talking about purchases is really confusing with the name "Order". I wish they hadn't chosen to change.

Best Customer Service
Kommentare: I have realized that by using order.co, it is much easier to have multiple vendors and it is very easy to monitor the orders placed by vendor and then to track items received by each vendor.
Vorteile:
My favorite part of order.co is the customer service. If there is an issue, it is so easy to contact customer service and they are very quick in solving the problem. And if it is a user error issue, they teach me out to correct my problem and how to not let it happen again in a way that helps me and supports me.
Nachteile:
It is somewhat difficult to find products that I need based on the search parameters. Sometimes there are items available for what I need, but because I do not use the proper search terms or a different word for the item I cannot always find it quickly.

It's intuitive. Just the fact that I have to complete 40 characters shows that there is no understanding of user experience.

I'm not satisfied
Kommentare: My overall experience has been awful. This platform is stressing me out and giving me so many issues. I feel like we are wasting money every month on our subscription, I'm happy we signed on at a time that guaranteed us our subscription fees back if we don't like the service. You guys have not saved me any money and have only cost me money and time.
Vorteile:
I like being able to purchase from several different vendors all on one platform and have one invoice weekly to give to accounting rather than a couple dozen.
Nachteile:
Your substitution preferences cause us to purchase items for 2-8 times more what I had originally selected. If there is an issue with an invoice, I feel it's impossible to get help. You have items mislabeled causing there to be one item expected to be delivered but a different item is delivered. On top of that, it will cause inventory issues because my records will show I should have ___ amount of an item when I don't. Order tracking is overall okay, but there's some items I have yet to receive tracking for. When I don't receive tracking for an item and it has not been delivered, Obviously I don't want to pay for it... yet I have invoices that still need to be taken care of. If I am using your google extension to plug the exact item I want, why is it substituting items that are SO far off.

Good Service
Vorteile:
It's convenient and easy to use. You can always reorder products you've ordered before.
Nachteile:
Sometimes things go out of stock and then your order gets cancelled
Pretty Decent
Kommentare: This has allowed me to put some ordering responsibility on department heads themselves. Not worrying about office supplies has allowed me to create real cost savings for our organization. Also no more credit card statements to balance so bonus points for that.
Vorteile:
This software is intuitive and customizable for your application. We don't have a company cc, so this is our go-to web sourcing program. It has easy product uploads and can source from virtually any web-store.
Nachteile:
Product upload does require a link to the specific product needed. This can get tricky with drop-down selections like clothing size or hardware specs. These always take longer to process.
Negotiatus Review
Kommentare: much easier to have all vendors in one platform
Vorteile:
Having our vendors in one platform has greatly improved organization of ordering.
Nachteile:
order reference and locations. When you filter orders to review certain locations etc, if you go back from one order, it loses the filter so you need to re do the whole process. General user experience can be upgraded to operate more efficiently and intuitively.
INV Management
Kommentare: Overall, it definitely helps with in management.
Vorteile:
The layout and the desktop are very easy to use. As someone who is not too familiar with computers, the format of Negotiatus is good for any intermediate computer user.
Nachteile:
I feel like sometimes there are too many hurdles to have to do to add products. I have experienced Negotiatus not ordering the correct version of an item. There was an item that was sold out and rather waiting to purchase one from another site Negotiatus purchased a similar item but the wrong version.
Great Service

The customer service team is very responsive and it has saved us a ton of time on the back end by consolidating all our online ordering onto a single monthly invoice.
Nachteile:
There can be some delays in the processing and approval process, which can occasionally delay deliveries.
Negotiatus software review
Vorteile:
I love the ease of adding vendors and products. Also, the customer service is quick, professional and very thorough. They make me feel like I'm their only customer.
Nachteile:
Purchasing for our business could be a real mess if there were multiple vendors for a particular project on one order. Now that we have credit terms with Negotiatus, it's much better, but there are still vendors who bill us directly. These can be difficult to match with the Negotiatus order number. Also, as one of the approvers, I cannot create an order and have someone else approve it. If I enter an order it is automatically approved.
