Vorteile:

- Very good accuracy in finding european emails (Majority of tools are focused in US market);- Very good email validator that is instant (Normally we need to wait to validate emails, but hunter is very fast);- API & Integrations - We automate everything and hunter let's you do that with pratically every tool. If you don't have an integration, just use the API that is very fast and responsive;- Bulk uploads of csv's

Nachteile:

- It would be cool to enrich person based on linkedin url only, instead of needing to have the domain of the company

A Must Have Sales Tool

Kommentare: I have used Hunter as a secondary tool for prospecting for the past 5 years, I'm loyal and I'm ROI positive so it's a no brainer to continue using the software.

Vorteile:

If you or your sales team does any prospecting by visiting a website, this extension will be a game changer especially if you're looking to acquire emails associated to the domain in just a simple click. The emails are much more accurate than buying a list and it's much more affordable to seek out and build your own list using hunter. I suggest using a combination of LinkedIn and Hunter to make sure you find the decision maker or contact to maximize your monthly limits.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it take a little bit of time to load and if you click off the site while it's loading emails you have to start over. This is a minor issue but it can get frustrating if you are heavily prospecting a large list which leads me to my next con, quantity of emails you can acquire with their packages. If you prospect a lot of companies every month you may need to switch to a higher tier for membership which could get pricey.

Hunting Down Executives Emails

Kommentare: I've had a positive experience using Hunter. It is quick, easy and gives up-to-date email information. I've used it for several years now and have suggested several business owners to use it as well.

Vorteile:

The obvious best feature is the resource for finding email addresses with a click of a button. They have a free version, and it enables you to get a certain number of searches per day.

Nachteile:

At times when you post a link into the search, sometimes they aren't able to find any email addresses.

Vorteile:

Data base is quite large. Can usually find what I'm looking for.

Nachteile:

Sometimes does not have e-mail addresses.

Upgraded account a few minutes into free trial

Vorteile:

This app is amazing and underpriced. I've seen companies small and large pay ALOT more - piecing together multiple isolated products - and still getting less functionality. And Zapier integration sealed the deal.

Nachteile:

honestly none yet - a mobile application would make for better accessibility/notifications but it's far from a must-have.

Automated solution to do outreach

Kommentare: Extremely good, we use it on a daily basis, I wouldn't change it for anything

Vorteile:

Easy to use, we work with the API call in Gshets with other tools and has made our process extremely easy.

Nachteile:

The Domain generator could be better. we had a lot of issues getting domains when we just have the company names.

Stop the difficult Hunt with Hunter

Kommentare: It has been a successful overall experience. The software has allowed my org to gather a large volume of contact information quickly, reducing the time and effort required for lead generation. Plus grabbing emails for us is such a crucial part of us using the tool which I think they do best.

Vorteile:

To streamline your lead generation and email outreach efforts. Especially searching for those emails that may not be picked up with other tools.

Nachteile:

The specific features available may vary depending on the plan or subscription level you choose. Unfortunately my team is small where we can't justify spending for the tool. Also sometimes the user-face is a little simple and gltichy, I think a better theme with buttons that function 100% would help me feel better about the tool.

The ease of creating a campaign. The multiple channels i can choose and knowing that my audience is being delivered the right content.

Nachteile:

Nothing comes to mind. More automation and predictive text would be helpful

Hunter makes you save time for you BtoB activities

Hunter is very easy to implement and helps you get access to email adresses in just a few minutes.

Nachteile:

The free plan of Hunter is interesting, but limited. After some searches, you have to go for a plan that can be a little expensive.

Hunter has allowed me to work less, with more reward

Kommentare: Their customer service is superb. They get back to you within a couple of hours and help you out with any questions you have outside of their FAQs, which answer most. I'm a part of a small company that relies on garnering leads for our clients and have tried other services but they don't compare.

Vorteile:

The google sheets add-on makes it super easy to search for emails and parse my results. I also appreciate that with your subscription it only counts requests when they've found an email, not just searching for one.

Nachteile:

I'd like to be able to search for emails AND verify them through google sheets instead of having to bulk verify the emails found through the hunter.io site.

Amazing Tool and Customer Support!!

Kommentare: Great work guys.. The tool is amazing.. And to the top of that the customer service is superb.. I emailed the customer team on 23 March as I had some IP issues related to my account and I could not use the extension, it was so annoying for me that I needed to send guest post proposals and I could not fetch the emails to contact the people.. Being a part of SEO department its like my daily bread and butter but the moment I emailed the customer team, I got an immediate response within 15 minutes asking for issues I am facing and guess what my problem got fixed within 12 hours of request even during this COVID 19 outbreak.. Amazing work guys, you are assisting your customers with so much promptness even during this tough time. Keep it up..

Vorteile:

The main feature is of extracting email ids of the websites even when the emails are actually nowhere on the website's contact page, it's so easy to get the emails that too department wise like editorial, marketing, etc.. The Google Chrome extension which is offered by hunter is so easy to use and hassle free..Super email hunter tool..

Nachteile:

No con as such, just a suggestion please increase the monthly limit for hunter extension for free users..

Good software - Does what it promises

Kommentare: My overall experience with Hunter is good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a tool to extract emails from websites and perhaps wants to do this for free. On the other hand, there's more features for those who need more advanced features as well.

Vorteile:

I personally only used Hunter to extract emails from websites. I believe there's also a possibility to add contacts for various lists, but this is limited for the free version. I do like that even the free version has quite some possibilities and you can still get a good amount of leads each month without having to pay anything for "yet another tool". So that's good.

Nachteile:

The software isn't perfect. It doesn't always see email addresses. I believe it's easier for .com domains, rather than local domains like .be and .nl, which is what is most relevant to me and my target audience.

Must-have tool to sales people

Kommentare: I use Hunter email verifier to confirm that I have received the correct email addresses. Also, it helps me finding new emails that I've either forgot about or didn't have previously, based on the person's first and last names and the employer's website. It's a great and useful tool that makes me life much easier when prospecting and reaching out to decision-makers.

Hunter offers a comprehensive tool that allows sales people to find and verify emails based on the company and title of the prospect. Their Chrome plug-in is powerful and allows you to find email from LinkedIn profiles and even from press releases. Also, their web platform allows you to test and verify different email combination based on the first and last names and the company's website. It's a must-have tool if you're in sales and prospecting areas.

Nachteile:

The tool is not 100% accurate. Sometimes it isn't able to confirm the email verification or create false positives. So if you're using it, be cautious and make sure to double check the results before sending email to the recipients.

Kommentare: Experience is quite good - our overall experience has been "very good" to date.

Vorteile:

We like the email domain lookup function of hunter.io that allows our sales development team to generate leads. The freemium plan offers a lot of value.

Nachteile:

Not sure if it is integrated, we would welcome a verification tools that can confirm email would not bounce. Currently we use another software for that purpose. Reducing email bounce is critical feature in sales automation nowadays, at with machine learning (artificial intelligence) most mail router will ascribe a lower score to the our mail server if we push erroneous email in our outbound (email) campaigns

Hunter is absolutely necessary if you work in sales.

I worked as a presales manager for a year and I used Hunter everyday. Most of the times it allows you to find accurate and reliable email address for your prospects. By searching the website domain, it generates a list of email addresses and with a little research you can easily find the decision makers for the sales team to contact and close fruitful deals. I used the Chrome extension for faster results.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the tool is not completely accurate and I would advise double checking the email addresses before sending emails. Usually, a simple google search of the email address will confirm it's validity.

Very Helpful for Finding Email Addresses

Kommentare: I use Hunter to find email addresses for CEOs of companies. This is key in my business, and without Hunter I would not be able to do my job, because CEOs don't usually leave their emails lying around. Hunter is very helpful in figuring out the email format for a specific company, and then I can use the verify tool to figure out the CEO's email. Hunter leaves me confident in knowing that my sent emails won't bounce back to me. Overall, very happy with the software and it is a huge time-saver.

I like how Hunter has both domain search and verify features. The domain search is great for finding emails for a given website, and works more often than not. However, sometimes the domain search doesn't give you an email--this is where the verify tool comes in handy. When you are familiar with email formats, you can use the verify tool to test out various emails before you send out your email.

Nachteile:

Although Hunter works the vast majority of the time, I have had instances where I have been given wrong emails--even though these emails were said to be verified. Hunter can also sometimes get tripped up if emails have a period within them. You also only get 100 free searches per month with Hunter.

Hunter is a really powerful tool. It can help you by collecting email to outreach. Which is important for your business. I am really enjoying using hunter because it is beginners friendly and you can collect verifier email for business proposal with a few click. They just add a new feature Author finder with it you can reach out directly to the website author. Which is not possible before.

Nachteile:

Cons some time it doesn't find email even I can see that website has an email in the contact section. After a few search.Hope they improve in future.

Kommentare: Hunter.io fits best when we need to extract professional email addresses along with detailed research on any intended company.

Vorteile:

Hunter has an inbuilt search engine through which a user can extract email addresses and company details by submitting the intended company's web address, which is the best-liked thing about this app.

Nachteile:

Hunter.io now has removed a feature that would allow a user to search and verify professional email addresses from the LinkedIn profile link.

Feature that excites me the most is that even if you don't have the domain of a particular organization and you just put the link of their website, it gives you the email pattern, several examples of email pattern and the domain name of that organization.

Nachteile:

Email verifier doesn't really gives accurate answers.

Great for lead generation

Kommentare: Overall it's fantastic. Even though some tweaks could be made it's still an essential tool for me.

Vorteile:

The bulk tools available for matching a lot of emails at once.

Nachteile:

I don't like that the bulk tools only include emails already in the database. It would be nice if there was an option to do live searches in bulk the same as if it was being done one-by-one. It would also be nice to be able to combine bulk searches with bulk verification so that I can complete it all in one step. I spoke with support about this and they explained it would increase the task time significantly. I can understand that but when I'm doing that much lead generation I'm happy to wait a little longer for better data.

Hunter for sales

Vorteile:

My org primarily used Hunter for lead contact info verification. They also have CRM/automation tools which we don't use. It is very good for verifying contact info

Nachteile:

Hunter is simple and straightforward. My org didn't use all the features (sales automation, etc) so can't say there were many cons. Worked well for verifying contact info and company info.

The best feature I think is the functionality of searching websites for emails. This helps amazingly with my prospecting and finding contacts and their titles.
