Kommentare: Having looked at quite a number of competing solutions to manage multi-channel - in particular syncing stock and grabbing orders and syncing with all DPD and Royal Mail - this one is bar far the best so far. Some of the others either lacked functionality or were absurdly over complicated. Storefeeder hits it just right for me. It handles variations, pricing, stock ,orders in a clear simple way at a fair price. Recommend.

Vorteile: It is simple to use, ticks most of the boxes in terms of functionality that I need in terms of collecting orders, synchronising stock and spitting out mail/carrier labels. Help by phone and email excellent. Syncs with ebay amazon and magento 1&2 very well (including listing), and has limited sync with etsy and onbuy which are still being developed further. I particularly like that there are no add-on or extra fees for all the little bits of functionality - all-in-one price is reassuring so you know what you are going to pay each month.

Nachteile: Being cloud-based it is a little slow, your login time-out is frustratingly quick, the help is being re-written at time of configuring which made it a bit more challenging, once the few quirks were found and resolved it's fine but sometimes finding how to do things was difficult. There is no report writing tool which would be a major bonus but you can dump out some data into excel for simple reports or combine excel dumps in MSAccess to create more sophisticated reports that require joins.
