Vorteile:

Xodo Design ist ein tolles Software für die Firmen sowie auch für die Kunden. Die Nutzung davon ist sehr einfach und flexibel.

Nachteile:

Ich habe gar keine Nachteile herausgefunden.

Funktioniert problemlos

Absolut einfaches Datenmanagement, auch für die unterzeichnende Person sehr einfach zu verstehen.

Nachteile:

Habe keine offenen Wünsche, wir hatten noch nie Probleme!

Super - ohne viel Papierkram

Kommentare: Kunden können sich die Verträge in Ruhe zuhause durchlesen und unterzeichnen. Ihnen wird automatisch eine Vertragskopie zugesendet. Durch die digitalen Papiere auch noch umweltschonend. Zusätzlich ist die Unterschrift rechtsgültig, da genau dokumentiert wird, wann und wo unterschrieben wurde.

Vorteile:

Einfach zu benutzen, sowohl für das Unternehmen als auch für die Kunden. Man behält ein Auge über alle Dokumente, egal ob erledigt oder noch offen.

Nachteile:

Nichts - mir ist bisher noch nichts aufgefallen, dass ich ändern würde.

Xodo Makes Signing Documents Simple

Vorteile:

Quick, simple and easy to use. It allows you to send out documents to clients very quickly and includes a covering letter. You can track when a client has opened and signed the document. You can also schedule automated reminders to the clients if they have not signed the document. They offer a free trial of their platform.

Nachteile:

The free trial used to be 5 documents per month, and it now been reduced to 3 documents per month.

Amazing Service

Kommentare: My overall experience has been amazing. I typically only have to send a few per month so it's perfect on their free plan. I can't believe it even is free. If I have to send more, I only have to sign up for their least expensive plan. DocuSign was charging $300 per year for almost the same service and DocuSign still has a limit on that already high price.

Vorteile:

Xodo Sign is easy to use but remarkably affordable. Xodo Sign even has a free option with virtually all of the available services if I just send three or less signature requests per month.

Nachteile:

Xodo Sign simply doesn't have quite as many features as other services like DocuSign but it has most of the options. Perhaps the only other complaint is most people have heard of DocuSign but most probably haven't heard of Xodo Sign so they might not feel as comfortable using it.

Disappointing e-Signature Solution

I love that you can try the program for free! I use this in my business and my clients find it super easy to sign digitally.

Nachteile:

I switched over from Docusign because it was too expensive for my small business needs. Docusign was more user-friendly for adding and editing contracts. I wish Xodo was more user friendly, especially on mobile!

The signing link is very easy to set up!

Kommentare: I've been looking for an electronic signing tool and tried multiple ones including Docusign. The winner for me is Eversign (Xodo Sign). It is easy to use and there are many options to choose from to prepare a document.

Vorteile:

The signing link can be embedded directly in the emails. It is a function that I absolutely love! I also like how straightforward and use-friendly the platform it.

Nachteile:

It would be cool to integrate automation functions with third-party apps.

Features of DocuSign but at a more affordable

Kommentare: generally a good product which has the features of DocuSign but at a lower price point

Vorteile:

Easy to use and affordable price point. Audit trail at the end also is a good feature.

Nachteile:

The documents sometimes doesn't work on smart phones.

The difference between "templates" and "documents" was unclear to me at first but after a few minutes I understood

made our administrative processes run perfectly, even though the team was working remotely

Kommentare: I coordinate the paperwork duties for multiple projects; and on the multi-team projects, filing backup documentation for contracts and financial transactions can be very frustrating. However, Eversign has made these processes extremely efficient........and I no longer have to spend so much of my time behind the scanner. The audit trails and the details make reporting also very simple.

Vorteile:

The audit trails records automatically kept and generated by eversign has been my most-used and useful feature. It saves me the painstaking job of having to fish out (sometimes multiple) long email chains for contract and payroll authorizations to generate backup documentation before filing them away. The records also come complete with all the relevant time stamps and user details for security purposes.

Nachteile:

Users should have more options available for setting the frequency of notifications; so that it could be increased for actions on pressing documents. Also, we are only allowed to access an extremely limited number of users on the features we find most useful without having to upgrade our subscription.

A Great Option for My Photography Business

Kommentare: I used to use Honeybooks and and 17 Hats for my contracts. 17 hats lacked many critical security features to make the contract truly legally binding. Honeybooks had excellent security features but was WAY too expensive. eversign is exactly what I've been looking for to create and send contracts to my clients.

Vorteile:

The price is reasonable and the final pdf contract looks great. It's really easy to create contracts thanks to the ability to import files from Google Drive. eversign's contracts help me maintain my professional image. The most important feature to me is the disclaimer. When my clients are about to sign the contract, they see a pop-up explaining that signing the document is legally binding.

Nachteile:

My logo does not look good when my clients go into the document to sign. However, my logo looks great in the PDF that my clients receive when everyone has signed so I'm willing to overlook it. I also don't like that creating the signature fields is difficult. I can easily overlook it though because if I click "quick send" it automatically creates a signature page at the end that looks very professional.

Eversign Electronic Sign Software

Kommentare: It did not take me long learn the major featues of the software and within minutes I was able to use it, prepare the documents and send for signature. I have been thinking of using an electronic means of signing the documents. I thought the process would be very complicated. I used a couple of other sofwares but found Eversign much easier to use. The customers find it easy to sign as well. Another good thing that you get updated via email that the customer has opened the document so you have a track of customer activity.

Vorteile:

This software layout is very simple to understand and use. At first glance it may appear to be complicated but a simple tour makes everything easy to understand. The homepage layout is clear all menu options are accessible.

Nachteile:

The page scrolling is by means of the arrows and not by mouse buttons. There is no suggestion that scrolling is only controlled by arrows (at least I did not find it). You just have to find by trial and error

Great system that is easy for us and our customers

Kommentare: We tried several different e-signature options and this one works best for us. We send a lot of one-off forms and signature pages to customers, and their pricing structure accommodates that so much better than any other company.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is for our customers. Even those who aren't comfortable with email in general like the ease and convenience of e-signing and this platform. The customer management section works well.

Nachteile:

We send a lot of forms, and some of them are quite lengthy. Putting each individual checkbox, text box, radio button, etc. can be time consuming. It's a bit clunky when you have to add multiple elements throughout a document.It would be great if Xodo could recognize where blanks, checkboxes or radio buttons are in the document.Also, sometimes our customers skip important parts because there's no way to require them to make a choice between two checkboxes.

Go with Eversign and not DocuSign

Kommentare: Awesome. We use it to execute all client contracts, business requirements documents, and sign-off's for all testing and other items needed within projects.

Vorteile:

Eversign is so easy to use and straight forward that I have my administrative assistant setting up contracts and other items for me each day. Basic computer abilities will suffice for using this software, and I love the features such as expiration, ease of putting fillable fields in there, and follow-up's with emails. And when it comes to pricing, Eversign easily beats DocuSign. No one from Eversign is bugging me about why I haven't upgraded to their best tier, unlike DocuSign was during our trial, but they are readily available for support if needed. I cannot see any reason other than name recognition, that anyone would go with DocuSign over Eversign

Nachteile:

Nothing really - this software has been terrific

The software is the easiest to use on the market in my opinion.

Nachteile:

I genuinely can't think of anything I dislike about it. If I were to nitpick, it would be amazing to be able to build templated contracts within Eversign without having to upload a separately-made document, but that would be way above and beyond what is already a fantastic software.

Xodo Sign beats dozens of other signature tools for small businesses

Kommentare: Xodo Sign helps me easily manage the signature process at a more reasonable cost than other tools, with more features available to solo or small businesses, and a better user experience overall.

Vorteile:

They have the most generous free plan that comes with excellent control features (branding, signing format options, security permissions). The interface is clean and professional without being overwhelming for solo users. Their customer service has also been excellent with the questions I've had. I've also been the most impressed with their help docs—they're concise and clear. Other tools have a temporary free trial, with more features paywalled, their paid tiers only make sense for large businesses, and their documentation can be overly complex to navigate and read.

Nachteile:

There's some slight confusion with the name. They were recently called Eversign, now are Xodo Sign, but they still use Eversign in the URL. I assume they are working on a plan for that to change, but honestly even if it didn't, I'm happy enough with their product that I can overlook it.

Excellent service at a reasonable price

Kommentare: Eversign is easy to setup, it took me an hour or so to understand how to make it work for my team, the interface is simple and the customer service is solid.

Vorteile:

Eversign does everything other companies do for the fraction of the price

My experience with using Eversign

Vorteile:

I started using the free trial version along with trial version from other companies. I wanted to compare the features and ease of use and value. I really enjoyed using Eversign esignature software. It was really easy to setup an esignature request. I like the fact that I can drag and drop multiple documents to my request. some user doesn't allow multi document sending. On the recipient end of the signing process... I sent a test esigning request to my personal email account to test out the Esigning function as the recipient. As a recipient it was very easy to complete the Esigning. I can just complete the esignature without the need to create an Eversign account. Overall my experience with Eversign has been wonderful. I have already recommended this software to my colleagues.

Nachteile:

I really didn't find anything I didn't like about Eversign software.

Efficiency at it's best

Eversign is such an easy and powerful tool to use for eSign. I've compared it to the likes of other platforms and none of them came close to Eversign in terms of what I actually want out of the platform.

I can't find many tools that integrate with the product.
