Will never recommend anyone to use Zepo
Kommentare: Initially the service was good but soon we came to know that they won't take any efforts to resolve your queries. Tickets used to be open for days with no resolution.
Vorteile: Ease of use of their software is what I liked the most with reasonably good front end. But it all ends there.
- Their customer service is the worst, they close tickets without providing resolutions.
- In their courier service if at all there is any issue with any shipment, there standard answer is we can't do anything we are dependent on courier company. They charge monthly fee to use their service and their responsibility is to resolve queries by taking it up with respective courier companies but at the drop of the hat they raise their hands that we can't do anything.
- If at all you have any returned shipments and they don't get delivered back to you, you might as well forget about them because neither you get them back nor they refund any money even after proving to them that the shipment is lost because of the courier company. They just close the tickets without providing any resolution.
- Once you get fed up with their pathetic service and close your account, they wouldn't even return the security deposit of Rs 2000 and guess what they will just close the ticket with no resolution.

Excellent- Simple and easy to manage dashboard
Kommentare: Setting up an online store with Zepo has worked like a breeze. Not co-ordinating with the ever-busy website designers is an absolute boon to anyone who understands the delays that take place during the construction of a website.
