Easy To Use

Vorteile:

Was able to set it up and get my contracts ready for signature within 15 minutes.

Nachteile:

Did not have any issues with the set up.

Docubee is worth it!

Kommentare: We are into our second year of Docubee and looking forward to many more! It is a great, firm friendly program that continues to lead forward in the E-signature platforms!

Vorteile:

Customer service and sales rep are fantastic! Response times are fast and polite. Docubee also offers great integrations for our managing software.

Nachteile:

Docubee is about as user friendly as it gets!

Use of OnTask

Kommentare: It’s easy to use but doesn’t provide enough functionality

Vorteile:

It is very easy to use and intuitive for any user.

Nachteile:

I cannot go back and review what PTO has previously been approved

Super happy with Socubee

Kommentare: Double is a great product at a very reasonable price.

Vorteile:

It works super well and has totally streamlined our business. Plus switching to digital contracts has eliminated errors and reduced our paper contract headaches.

Nachteile:

Getting started was difficult because we are new to the digital contract world.

So far nothing bad to say, they have taken any and all feedback and feel they will apply or look into.

Happy with Docubee

Kommentare: I prefer Docubee over Docusign. I like the ability to input and add notes to a document.

It is Very user friendly for the client as well as the designers.?

Nachteile:

I have not found any issues so far with it.

Docubee is the best for digital forms

Vorteile:

Its very convenient, easy to work with, cost-effective, and reliable.

Nachteile:

None. Quite opposite and I have been very happy I found this service.

Great for Event Servicing and Planners

Kommentare: Since most of our SMERF clients don't have access to office equipment, OnTask is used predominantly to assist clients with signing contracts over their phone or tablet.It's been a great tool for getting quick turnaround on bookings that we would otherwise struggle to contract with.

Vorteile:

OnTask has made signing contracts so much more accessible for SMERF clients, who often don't have a home printer, scanner, etc. to sign contracts.I expected this to be difficult for older clients who are not tech-proficient, but the required signature areas and easy "click-and-go" features make this accessible for all of our clients.

Nachteile:

I wish that I could merge a workflow document with additional pages and/or quick-sign documents.Our contracts are partially customized to the client, but there are several consistent contract pages that we have to manually add signatures, text boxes, and radio groups to since the automatic function also doesn't work.

Great document signing tools

Kommentare: Using it to sign all documents with clients and staff and it's been great going so far. No complaints from my side or from the signees, it's all working as it should.

Vorteile:

It's easy to get documents signed. Auto recognises fields in the PDFs and you can set a signing order for people to sign the document after each other. They can view and sign from their mobile as well.

Nachteile:

It's sometimes a bit inconvenient to start over when you realise a mistake in the document when preparing to sign as you have to reupload the document and enter the contact details again.

a worthy alternative to DS

Kommentare: mostly excellent, works just as well as the other major e-sign platform

Vorteile:

ease of use, consistency in products, able to save templates for future use

Nachteile:

in my version, I am unable to change some fields (names) and save that for future use; also I need an administrator to re-send a Document for signature if not approved in timely manner

Kommentare: Positive experience, collaborative Dev Team and Support, available good API documentation with samples.

Vorteile:

Open REST API, good price/quality ratio, good and responsive technical support and Dev Team we collaborated with.

Nachteile:

Product is pretty new, some features were just added recently, sometimes API errors aren't clear how to deal with.

Streamlined Contract Management

Kommentare: My experience with OnTask has been effective and efficient. I work directly with the contracts and our department manages OnTask. Every time we have used OnTask for contract signatures, we have no issues.

Vorteile:

Our Customer Representative was amazing. Great communication every step of the way. Never a delay in response, always on top of every step. Willing to email, call, or Zoom.

Nachteile:

I do not have a negative regarding OnTask. When I took over the contract management, I reached out to the IT staff that work within OnTask. They had questions. When I met with [sensitive content hidden] our rep, she was glad to have them included. They had several questions and all were answered in a timely manner and resolved. Great Job.

Great Tool - Used Daily

Vorteile:

During the pandemic, this system kept our operations running and made the remote signature process fairly easy from the get go.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to "align" fields in documents so that the final document appears more professional - especially when sending to 3rd party contractors and partners. And the darn "continue" button that is to the far bottom right side is difficult for users to find. They want to scroll within the document and not the screen to find the "continue" button.

On Task is No Task!

Kommentare: Great experience from On Task! Needed signatures for insurance contracts are easily sent our for signatures and returned signed in minutes. For many clients this saves time, money and gas! More importantly it frees up time for our office to make more sales.

Vorteile:

Sending out contracts for signature is fast and easy. Having the typewriter icon for optional fonts is very helpful.

Nachteile:

I would like to learn more about the features available with "On Task" but don't know where to get training videos for the other features.

On Task

Kommentare: It was a little quirky to figure out in the beginning, but works well.

Vorteile:

The price of OnTask was half the price of a competitor and is easy to use.

Nachteile:

I would like to see the platform save previously used email addresses to save time.

Mortgage Broker reveiw of OnTask for loan disclsoures

Kommentare: I am working with [sensitive content hidden] to make sure that i have the correct type of account so that I can get templates setup and receive the proper training. [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing.

Vorteile:

Customer service is very good. The platform seems to be great and user friendly once you learn how to utilize the features. I like that borrowers can sign documents from mobile devices such as an ipad or phone.

Nachteile:

I have had problems setting up templates.

Not my top pick, but a good pick

Vorteile:

Its easy to use, when it's working. We do have a lot of instances of not being able to use it due to being down.

Nachteile:

I didn't like when it was down. We have had to put a hold on hiring before and it really hurts.

Best eSign Tool We've Found

Kommentare: I love OnTask's support team and how willing they are to work with any and all needs.

Vorteile:

OnTask is great for customizing forms and easily tracking signatures.

Nachteile:

Integration with other products is not as seamless as we have other tools, but is still completely capable.

It can be difficult to set up complex workflows but the Ontask team is always available to help and very responsive.

Docubee for Legal Documents

Vorteile:

The convenience of sending documents for signature to clients. It is very easy to use.

Nachteile:

Using the Docubee software through another software. It would be better for me to have a direct access to Docubee rather then using it through the other software.

Kommentare: We haven't been customers for long but so far we love our new platform! It seems so much easier for the patients and that helps us on the admin side too!

Vorteile:

It's a pretty intuitive platform in terms of administrative interface, and seems to be very easy for our patients as well, only one fail so far. But equally as important, the customer care/ technical support has been amazing!! They have responded quickly every single time and been very helpful!

Nachteile:

The only feature we miss is being able to email HIPPA compliant forms aside from the onboarding paperwork to patients. Sometimes we just need to send out a lab order or something directly to the patient and our previous platform has that function.

Ontask is the BEST!

Vorteile:

The quick sign function, we use that daily!

Nachteile:

It can be difficult to set up complex workflows.
