Vorteile:
qminder is very easy to use and train on.
Nachteile:
they tend to have very limited features, would like to see more.
QMinder at the Kit Store
Kommentare: Since we started using QMinder we have seen an improvement in the interaction and usage of our department. Confused staff and students are a thing of the past with everyone aware of how to approach the queue that builds up at our department on a daily basis.
Vorteile:
QMinder allows my department to ensure students are able to have peace of mind that they're in a real queue and will be dealt with by a staff member promptly. Having images of the staff members also means the students know who to approach at the department. The stats function allow us to review our staff rota and identify any pinch points in our service to ensure we're delivering a well staffed service.
Nachteile:
I would like to see more options for opening and closing times, currently, due to our working hours, when we close QMinder, some students believe us to be closed for the entire day, even if we're just breaking for lunch. The ability to personalise and edit the messages displayed on the TV screen would be a huge assistance to my department too.
Qminder as a user
Vorteile:
Being able to get notifications when new patients are added to the que.
Nachteile:
Even though I only have one department line selected, I still get notifications for long wait times from other departments.
How Qminder works for us
Kommentare: I personally like Qminder and am glad it is being used in our agency.
Vorteile:
This product was implemented in our new facility in February. We see about 400-500 clients in our office on a weekly basis. The best thing about this product is it allows us to keep track of clients, reason for visit, also the feature of text to client is very helpful.
Nachteile:
Cons would be a lot of our clients have learning deficiencies so it is difficult for some to navigate. They don't understand the reason for initials and to make sure they are watching their phones for notifcations. Maybe adding more features like additional languages.
A Great Queue & Waiting Line Management System!
Vorteile:
This software is beautifully designed and super-easy to use. It has a ton of features and allows customization for the user needs of your organization. The company is very responsive to user problems and issues that arise on a daily basis, and their development team is amazing when it comes to updating the platform's look and functionality.
Nachteile:
I've previously worked as a software trainer and beta-tester and feel like I have very high standards for any software I use and I can honestly say that this platform is exceptional and has allowed our company to better serve the thousands of students we work with each year!
Competitive and customizable queue software
Kommentare: We are able to navigate the line in adoptions with ease, differentiating patrons from walk ins compared to appointments. It also allows an easy way to separate patrons based off of the animal they are interested in - dogs, cats, or rodents.
Vorteile:
The desks, lines, clerks, customizable fields, and reporting that is involved is very user friendly from both the management and customer sides
Nachteile:
Glitches occur on the TV display, as well as the iPads themselves. There is great customer service that has been very helpful in these cases
Innovative. efficient, and organized
Kommentare: Overall, i enjoy using qminder as it makes the process for checking in visitors much easier and organized. If I ever have an issue the customer service is very quick to respond.

I like how easy it is to use and navigate the features available.
Nachteile:
Sometimes when their are changes it is hard to figure out how to use them. However, the tutorials are helpful.
Best Decision
Kommentare: Since its implementation in our building, Q-minder has made our lobby operations easier, as well as more efficient. It has also aided in allowing me to better collect and analyze real-time data, especially being that it will create the graphs and layouts for you.

The ease of use and ability to let our departments know when they have a patient
Nachteile:
Lack of reminder system to remind departments to transfer patients to the next department. Lots of forgetting to transfer and patients having to wait awhile.
Qminder experience
Kommentare: This is the second time I use it for different businesses as administrator and every time I find something extra to do.
Vorteile:
Is a tool really really easy to use and you can make multiple service lines according to the business needs.
Nachteile:
The option to link the app to google sheets is not as easy as it seems, I think it'd be better if you add the option to download the reports either google sheets or excel.

Kommentare: una buena experiencia manejando Qminder. en general, el sistema es de facil manejo y con un buen soporte. que incluso lo agregaron en su pagina principal con un chat.
Vorteile:
Lo que me ha gustado de Qminder, es que últimamente tuvo una actualización donde se puede visualizar la atención que esta en curso. y adicional si el registro en atención tiene mucho tiempo de estar activo, Qminder envía un correo electrónico dando aviso que esa atención se encuentra en un tiempo muy extendido, y personalmente me ha ayudado porque me ha salvado de tener atenciones que no deben tener un tiempo muy extenso y que por otras actividades olvide.
Nachteile:
al inicio cuando se integro el sistema de Magellan o CS global. se nos hacia complicado la interaccion de ambos sistemas, pero en realidad Qminder tiene una buena interfaz y todo era de costumbre, algo que me parece un poco desventajoso es que, cuando los registros son muy antiguos. ya no aparecen.

Creo que al presionar el boton de finalizar el turno, deberia arrojar un pop donde diga si estoy seguro, ya que a veces por un missclic finalizo turnos que no queria finalizar.

Excellent app, easy to use, quick setup
Kommentare: Qminder allows us to help our employees with their productivity. They have the option of waiting for their turn or go back to their desks for work and receive a text message that their turn is up. Contacts can easily see the queue and their place in it. It is also giving us a way to report on tech support issues encountered through out the day. We can spot trends and report issues to the appropriate stake holders to review.
Vorteile:
Set up was very simple. We used this as a replacement for another queuing app, and we were up and going within an hour. The staff is very helpful and responsive. They even reached out to us proactively when they noticed something we had not completed in a queuing line one day and told us how to fix it. I also like the ability to add information to tickets that allows us to run reporting on what issues are popping up.

Other than it wigging out every now and then and having to reload it completely there isn't much to complain about.

Kommentare: Ever since I was interduce to the Qminder , it helps maintain our customer experience from the moment they walk in the door.
