Very good and easy-to-use CMMS

Kommentare: It is an excellent CMMS for Facility Management Services and every Maintenance Management System. It makes your job easier.

Vorteile:

Very easy and intuitive to use and administrate. Mobile use by technicians' cellphones. Great and constant support by Fracttal.

Nachteile:

It could include planned and on-demand services for Soft Facility Management such as cleaning , gardening, housekeeping. This sort of Service Orders don't get accumulated.

Kommentare: i have been using Fracttal sinde past beginning of september, so, Im interacted with this software during close of 1 month and 15 day. Although this is new for me. I'm Trying to learn and focused on Activos area, before I can apply its complete tools

Vorteile:

Advantages and benefits of apply software to maintenance planning and programming daily: -Consolidation and distribution of technical information, giving a new order to those date -Controlling through KPIs -Dashboard show a global panoramic about how is working every service and new installation -Save time -Less repetition of process -Less repetitive actions -Better communication between customers and us, generating a new productive relations

Nachteile:

-Massive charging of information -Due to Fracttal is a cloud-web app, this necessary having a sure and fast internet connection to internet

Kommentare: Positive. Fracttal is a very good tool and allows to get all team members on board the implementation process

Vorteile:

Ease of implementation. The tool allows for easy deployment and training of maintenance teams. Additionally, the analytics functions allow for involvement of middle management during implementation

Nachteile:

The first load of information is very time consuming and is very specific to Fracttal for companies migrating from existing cmms. Otherwise, for clients new to cmms it’s the normal organisational registering work

Best CMMS

Kommentare: You can compile, simplify and easy expose all your maintenance costs and maintenance records directly from your technicians, you can save a lot of management time and improve your KPIs.-

Vorteile:

This software is very easy to use, and also is very simple to set up and configure it. It has a lot of different filters and custom fields to configure specially to suit your business area

Nachteile:

Not easy to create WO directly from asset view

I would like to be able to create checklists that generate report at the end and allow to notify possible actions.

Cloud CMMS done right!

Kommentare: Implementation of a CMMS has been a requirement for our organization for some time, with the cost of the software platforms being one of the biggest stopping points for the management. With Fracttal, an implementation is more likely to be achieved, allowing the organization to comply with new regulations implemented by the local government related to Power Plant management and administration.

Vorteile:

It allows for quick deployment, with lots of support and resources freely available. While implementation time of these systems can be daunting if migrating from no software at all, Fracttal allows for an easier learning curve and can be adapted to existing methodologies, to later slowly migrate to a more modern take on maintenance management.

Nachteile:

Implementation time can be an issue with this or any CMMS, especially if no previous work has been done in this area. Some reports can be pretty inflexible in the formatting or allowable options. A sequenced approval process to streamline some HSE activities into the maintenance workflow would be a plus.

Fracttal is one of the most powerful CMMS in the market. It improves dramatically the productivity of the maintenance team organizing predictive and preventive tasks, registering all the events and providing complete reports for data analysis. When you use it you will increase your clients satisfaction and will reduce costs.

Nachteile:

User reports are very powerful but can not be saved for future use, so you have to redo it each time.

Vorteile:

An excellent tool to perform asset management and maintenance management, very easy to implement in your company, both on mobile and on PC, from filing fault reports, to filling work orders in the field using a QR code. Now you can easily view the information of your assets human resources, financial, spare parts, inventories and history. Its online / offline mode is practical to use when you do not have an Internet connection. Easy to use to include cost of inventory, HR and photographs.

Nachteile:

All good. So far I have no observations.

fracttal It is the best option for asset management

Kommentare: Throughout the use of Fracttal, it offers me an accurate planning of my maintenance work, in addition to telling me what tasks I have overdue and which have to be done over time, this saves me time, in addition to the fact that Indicators save me time to know how many work orders I made in the months.
The great benefit is that I can check my work orders wherever I want and be able to download my work order in PDF format.

Vorteile:

What I liked most about Fracttal, is that it is very easy to manage, upload assets, maintenance plans, work orders, human and material resources, in addition to offering us a platform for indicators where we can visualize the company's performance .

Nachteile:

Cómo se pronuncia I don't like the colors they handle in the interface very much, this can be improved.

Very useful CMMS

Kommentare: Fracttal has allowed our company to improve its maintenance efficiency by shortening response time, having quick access to a cloud based database with all the information about Plans, Work Orders, Personnel, etc. It´s easy to understand dashboard allows us to quickly know the current state of all the machinery in the factory.

Vorteile:

It´s accesibility, affordability, and ease of use once you´ve been introduced to it. It is also very customizable with the automatic email notifications and user account permissions. It lets you build and adjust the software to your company needs, which is amazing for a software this economic. Customer support is quick and helpful.

Nachteile:

While it is easy to use once you´ve been introduced to it, it isn´t very intuitive by itself, especially with the more complex functions.

Fracttal

Kommentare: For us one the benefits that Fracttal has given us it is the optimization of every resource evolve into a task of maintenance ( Human Resources, tire parties and assets control)

Vorteile:

What I like the most of Fracttal is the fact that I have access to a fully view and review of all the assets of our holding group. It allows us as Maintenance Department and facility manager to optimize our planning, execution, following and evaluation process of every task. Which cause at the same time an improvement in preventive maintenance and reduces corrective ones.

Nachteile:

So far I found it very complete and features very easy to manage.

Kommentare: Quick way to have statistics and the possibility to creat parameters according our needs, so it is like a customized software

Vorteile:

That is online so we can follow all the operations in real time and also its friendly user interface

Nachteile:

No personal database and no possibility to have more than one logo and company profile. Nowadays many companies work as a group with more than one brand in the bussines so it would be great to count with more tha only one conpany profile to be set

With respect to the development of improvements, there is a lot of delay when responding to the clients, since they are basic needs

Vorteile:

I really like the way in which one has a good control of all our equipment, it is quite orderly as we carry the maintenance and so the staff does not make an excuse that they lost the sheet where previously did the maintenance

Nachteile:

What I like least about the Software is that it does not have an identifier at a glance when a technician signs, it would be good to add the option that when it is completed the OT only with the fields is 90% and when you have the signature this to 100%.

Program evaluation

Kommentare: Program of easy use and excellent post sale

Vorteile:

Program that manages to enter assets by plant and track each of them, obtaining management indicators. Finally it is an easy-to-use program to define the maintenance plans of the equipment at the level of any user

Nachteile:

The program must incorporate that can be updated service costs and spare parts, regardless of the currency acquired

Nachteile:

the signature system since two signatures on documents are needed. rearranging them in a single box can be difficult.

Fracttal is great tool

Kommentare: Me and my clients can acces to de update information, send new requiremets and a lot of others functions

Vorteile:

You can access all the updated information of your assets from any device

Nachteile:

You can only ask once the signature of your client. So if you are not able to finish the work in one day you have to wait the entire work is done to ask the client to sigth the OT.

USE OF FRACTTAL SOFTWARE

Kommentare: As soon as we are working with the software for the first time, the improvements that interest us are being able to attach images for quick recognition of the equipment, in the same way when raising requests from OT's to be able to quickly access the information of the machines just by scanning the codes QR.

Vorteile:

It is an easy to understand product, it has a lot of visual aid and very attentive technical support if you have any questions. It is feasible to relate to the maintenance processes that are previously carried out in the company. And that it is of great help to give a plus in presentation and organization of information.

Nachteile:

The mobile app version and the web version do not have the same characteristics. It would be convenient to integrate both and thus not be complementing information on the website and mobile app.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE FRACTTAL IS ANALYSIS OF SUB-TASKS, THE PRESENTATION OF INFOMATION OF THE DASHBOARD AND THE CALENDAR SECTION

Nachteile:

WHEN THE TASKS ARE ACTIVATED BY HOROMETER IN CALENDAR, REAL INFORMATION DOES NOT APPEAR, THE WAY TO LINE THE WORK ORDERS, IN TECHNICAL ANALYSIS AT THE TIME OF EXPORTING INFORMATION IS VERY DISORDERED

Safe me a lot of time and money

Vorteile:

The real time comunication between the technicians (Fracttal Mobil app) and the administrator (Fracttal assets cloud)

Nachteile:

Some times it takes a lot of time to receive an email wen you assign a task. If you're using Fracttal assets cloud and need to use Fracttal Mobile app you have to log off from one and log on to another.

Always improving

Kommentare: good software, the more you use it the easier it becomes due to the standard of the processes.

Vorteile:

The ease with which you navigate between all the menus is quite intuitive due to its structure.

Nachteile:

In my personal opinion, there is a lot of information that may be unnecessary when registering an asset.

Great Experience

Kommentare: Good experience, didactic course with a very user-friendly ´platform, however, the speed with which the exhibitor recounts the course could be handled in a better way since sometimes it advances very quickly in the contents.

Vorteile:

the software execution interface, how easy it is to use and the alternatives it offers to generate the OTS, obtaining key indicators at the level of equipment maintenance.

Nachteile:

Regarding the software itself, all okay, as I mentioned above, it is a very friendly platform and fully meets its expectations, however, I think it could improve the location of the configurations, so that everything is at the same time. user view.
