Tool that Helped me grow my Email list

Kommentare: The fact that I bought a lifetime deal no more paying monthly fees. so this is big and the simplicity of the program.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that in one place I have form, landing pages, list, and the platform is easy to navigate. so glad I grabbed this deal on app sumo.

Nachteile:

I do not like that there is no CNAME It could be better if they could give us that option of CNAME. and the lack of polish language.

Daily schedule with Inbox without daily work

Vorteile:

The fact that Inbox's servers are located in Turkey and thus compliant with KVKK was an important factor for us. The ease of the integration process also made our work easier.

Nachteile:

It would be nice if the process of integrating themes as HTML was a bit more effective.

NO use to UseInBOX

Kommentare: I purchased this product awhile ago and just did not use it. At the time of first purchase, I literally had NO IDEA exactly how to create an email that was visually stimulating. Overtime it became possible to use it, but still it has "gremlins." I can't see myself using this much. It's a bummer.

Vorteile:

The price was extremely affordable for what they offer.

Nachteile:

The User Interface and User Experience leaves much wanting. Buggy still. I cannot scroll down on my MacBook to see the complete screen material. And though there are quite a bit more templates, they are very basic visually. Basic. Directions are able to be put into English, however the text on graphics cannot. I makes it very difficult to comprehend. Customer service is only email. Today, having a knowledgable BOT just makes sense. Loading is slower than most other apps.

A Delight!

Kommentare: Easy to setup and use, the multi-brand feature is both convenient and time-saving!

Vorteile:

First off, the software is extremely intuitive. The newsletters are eye-catching and deliverability is surprisingly high!

Nachteile:

I wish there were more native integrations with other tools (eg lead capture forms). However, with the newly released webhooks, this really helps bridge the gap in that area!

Value packed software with extreme easy of use

Vorteile:

I use many different email software for campaign management, however, INBOX has given me one of the best value in terms of ease of use, cost-effectiveness, and deliverability of emails. It's very easy to setup and uses because of its clean and intuitive user interface.

Nachteile:

The software can definitely add some advanced features related to email automation.

Great and Improving

Kommentare: Email design is simple. Delivery is on par with other platforms I've used. Support is very responsive.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. I was sending out emails right away.

Nachteile:

There are some missing features but they're in development and the team is responsive.

So far I haven't set up all the options yet to really get the most use, but I love the simplicity and the tutorials.

Nachteile:

I have to see why I'm getting into people's spam. Not a lot, but enough to know I have to do better at looking at the options to show it's coming from a legit company and they did sign up with me. The software does way better than Mailchimp when it comes to ending up in spam.

Customer Service Insults its Customers

Nachteile:

I didn't like anything because when I asked a question to customer service, [sensitive content hidden] who works in Turkey, insulted me and threatened me, so I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Good tool for email marketing campaigns

Kommentare: My experience is really good so far, I will going to use a little bit more to explore some more features

Vorteile:

I like that is easy to use and easy to create your campaigns, all the data is showed in a good dashboard

Nachteile:

At the moment I have not been able to integrate with woocommerce for abandoned cart campaigns

The price is relatively low. It is somewhat intuitive to use.

Nachteile:

Many errors.Customers always say that they do not receive the messages even if they are sent.The automation part is not working properly.

Extremely satisfied with what it offers

Kommentare: I mainly use it to create my contact lists after doing lead generation through landing pages and from here to make interesting automations and newsletters

Vorteile:

I found its interface simple enough to understand unlike many other similar services that drove me a little crazy in the past, learning how to use it is quite easy.Amazing how I can do automations to create interesting Marketing funnels and there are also many templates with which I can make great landing pages with forms.Its price is really great, I can only recommend it.

Nachteile:

I would like to have more filters in the automations and more templates in the future, but I see that their Road Map is quite interesting.

Great for Newsletters

GDPR complaint, intuitive and budget-friendly email solution

Kommentare: Inbox is compliant with GDPR and CASL. Moreover, we do email to Turkey which requires another type of compliance. They manage our compliance work with our database automatically so that we don't have to worry about it. We have a small team and we can't really spend so much time on HTML coding. Inbox newsletter editor allows us to create messages easily. Our team enjoy the visual workflows so that we can imagine scenarios for our audience. We have never had deliverability issues so far. Also they do have an integrated email verification service that helps a lot. My team is not tech-savvy but we were able to setup transactional messages easily. The API documentation is clear and easy to setup. When it comes to the costs, there are no hidden fees or something, teams like us can afford this solution easily. I do recommend it for overall marketing teams or e-commerce companies.

Nachteile:

User interface is good for us but can be improved along the way to make it a better match with those enterprise-level ESPs It is not something I don't like but they can add some machine learning tools such as sending frequency optimization or LTV prediction. It's an evolving platform so I believe such features are on the pipeline.

Easy to use and save my time

Vorteile:

Actually, I save a lot of time and I do not need any designer. I do by myself premium look e-mails and that made my e-mails eye-catch. Also, the best thing is that I always get reports about the last situation for my e-mails.

Nachteile:

Too much pre-design templates for e-mails, that makes me in confuse and I can't decide on the first look.

convention in using, not complicated to understand how to use, capability of sending emails to many persons no matter what, separating the dead mailboxes from adding rights and not counting the repeated ones. assistance of the support team and answering in short time

TBH email marketing platforms are quite similar in what they offer, as is to be expected from a technology that predates the WWW. What makes useinbox stand head and shoulders over other players that i've used is their dedication to providing helpful and fast support. They SHINE here.

Nachteile:

It would be great to have a default setting for customized fields that lack a corresponding value in the data base

Long story short, It's easy to use and gives you all the tools you need.

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use and gives you different templates. It helps you to have an interaction with your customers regardless of their interests. Besides, customer service is amazing and if you have any problems with the software, you can always count on them. My customers always get the emails that I sent them, and never got a complaint regarding spam folder and more importantly, the price rate is amazing. To me, the price is an important factor. I strongly recommend the company to anyone who wants to start a business.

Nachteile:

I can't tell, but I think some improvement needed in case of a training program. Even though working with the software is easy and it's almost drag and drop, I am sure there are certain tools that I never used due to lack of knowledge. that's the reason I gave four stars for Ease to use. In general, I like it, I will hold on to the company.

Best for marketing purpose

Vorteile:

I have been using MailterLite for a while now but after Inbox moving all my contacts to this, it is easy to set up your account within few clicks and design your personalized newsletter for your subscriber. Highly recommended this deal for email marketers

Kommentare: I have been using Mailchimp and sendinblue for years. Recently, I jumped on the MailPoet appsumo deal but it only offered a solution for sites that were in Wordpress.
So, I found myself at the starting point for sites that did not use this platform.
So I decided to test Inbox and it was a wonderful idea!

Vorteile:

The interface is very well done, very simple and very readable. The templates are handy for those who don't have an established design but, in my case, I use a homemade design and it works just as well. All in all, it's Sendfox's value for money with a design tool worthy of Mailchimp.

Nachteile:

Still a few bugs sometimes but support team works on it in the minutes you noticed them

It is very easy to prepare a newsletter. Creating a contact list is quick and easy. API integration is very useful. It has been beneficial for our company.

Nachteile:

There may be more themes. It would be nice to create more senders for demo accounts.

Kommentare: Inbox offers a nice e-mailing service. Nice interface, post email statistics are very useful. There are also rich types of Template. We have used it many times for large and small e-mails, and we are satisfied.

Vorteile:

It is very nice to have detailed analysis of the e-mail traffic in e-mail submissions. It is also gratifying that they provide free service for up to 500 emails.

Nachteile:

There seems to be a mess in creating and testing email groups, but you're getting used to it.
