Nachteile:

There are some limitations regarding posting to instagram and managing instagram accounts, though almost all social media managers struggle here.

Vorteile:

-Das Dashboard ist sehr detailliert und dennoch Übersichtlich. -Das automatisierte Posten, funktioniert einwandfrei und das sich nach einer Weile die Zeiten analysieren lassen, wann die meisten Leute angesprochen werden ist klasse. -Das für den Preis, die Menge an Kanälen und Funktionen nutzbar sind - tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Nachteile:

Den Ort herauszufiltern bei dem Planen der Posts ist in unserem Fall etwas schwierig, aber das manuell im Nachhinein einzutragen ist kein großer Aufwand.

Kommentare: My experience has been good it really pumped up my performance in social because of the real time update due to which I can quickly respond to any comment. The collaboration feature is also great so we can take approval in app before uploading anything.

Vorteile:

I like how Zoho Social makes using different social media in one place and I can schedule my post as per required time. The report helps me to sees the performance of my post so I can know where I can improve.

Nachteile:

I dislike the performance speed of Zoho Social while loading the analytics also the integration options are limited which restrict me from connecting it to different software.

A good option for existing Zoho customers

Kommentare: As Zoho customers, we use Zoho Social to manage some of our social media accounts. It has the basic necessities like post scheduling and content management.

Vorteile:

Zoho Social is a good platform to use if you are already a Zoho customer as it integrates well with their other applications.

Nachteile:

I find that that the UI and layout is subpar to its main competitors like Hootsuite and Later. Also, we had difficulties in the past with posting videos and formatting captions.

Kommentare: I am blown away by Zoho Social. I was looking for something that had all the bomb features but not the blow up price and I found it. This is EXACTLY what bloggers are looking for. Feature rich for a much better price! They are also so attentive but not in the annoying bug you kind of way like they generally bring value when ever they reach out. I LOVE ZOHO!

I love everything. Inwas searching for features with out the cost and I found it.

Nachteile:

That I cant afford the addons like the CRM and stuff like that.

Zoho Social has a very accurate reporting function that assist us to analyze the performance of our social posts and learn ways optimize them. The post scheduling function help us to only publish our posts when our social platforms have large number of audiences. Zoho Social interface is well organized and very intuitive making it easy to surf through it.

Nachteile:

We have had no problems with any aspect of Zoho Social. There has been nothing to like least.

Kommentare: I've tested out various tools like buffer, hootsuite, later, loomly, socialpilot, and sprout social. Zoho stands out as the easiest to use and offers the features that best fit my business at the moment.

Vorteile:

I love the ability to have all post go out and not have to worry about them anymore. Alof of others offer similar features but usually I’m turned off by the price or interface of the app or website.

Nachteile:

Some of the current features are more than what i currently need requiring me to pay more but i can justify by the ease of use.

Kommentare: It's good, gives you an initial free time to learn how to use and learn about it, but now that I payed I can't get on my account, it still is asking me to upgrade and I have made the payment and upgraded so it's kind of upsetting.

I like that I can only get on once a week and it seems like I'm working all the time

Nachteile:

you can't add two accounts, I have two products and two separate facebook pages it would cost me a fortune just to add another facebook page so i'm probably going to open another account with a different email which makes no sense.
