Vorteile:

Practice Better provides robust client management capabilities. I also appreciate that it offers a high degree of customization, allowing me to tailor the platform to my specific needs. Whether it's customizing client intake forms or setting up reminders for follow-up appointments and educational sessions, the flexibility of this software has been a major benefit. Finally, the EHR platform is HIPAA-compliant, ensuring that client data is protected and secure, giving me peace of mind. As a side note, I love how That Clean Life and Practice Better partnered together to make my professional life so much easier! Thank you.

Nachteile:

There are so many tools to explore and utilize in Practice Better, that I sometimes forget how to do things and have to retrain myself. The positive is that PB has tutorials and great customer service that help me navigate these times when I get stumped.

Excellent tool for Nutritionists

Kommentare: Smooth, supports my work and I totally appreciate that the customer support is so quick and friendly.

Vorteile:

The simplicity, ease of using and also all the features. Everything in one place from scheduling appointments to making courses.

Nachteile:

It does not (yet) incorporate the dispensary where I buy supplements from, the invoicing function does not work for me either (live in Sweden).

Kommentare: I would give PB a 3/5 in terms of my overall experience. I like the interface for the practitioner facing, but I've had many complaints from clients about the technical difficulties that they face. In the past 4 days, I've had to reschedule 2 patients, which is >$350 worth. This has put me at great unease during my busy days, where I may have 10 patients (~$1000 income), which could be jeopardized.

Vorteile:

Works well for patient records and chat functioning. - labs function is great to share info with practitioners

Nachteile:

lack of reliability for video calls- frequent issues with video calls not working- troubleshooting/tech support is not very good, they say the same thing over and over again and the issue is not resolved.

I like the all in one faxing, charting, uploading of documents, app set up, programs, protocols, patient portal and stripe billing and payment.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to add attachments and posts in the broadcast messages

Practice Better has all the basics you need as a registered dietitian, but it also has all the bells & whistles, too. It's a robust platform that is constantly improving. The customer service is fantastic and they offer tons of support on various topics from using the platform to growing your practice.

Nachteile:

There are so many features, it can be hard to get them all set up!

I've been using Practice Better since 2019 for my Functional Medicine practice and since day one the Practice Better Team continues to improve on their product, where as other companies I have used in the past seem to falter with upgrades. It has significantly transformed the way I manage my business and interact with clients. The most remarkable feature of Practice Better is its comprehensive client management system. It allows me to schedule appointments, manage client records, and communicate seamlessly with my clients all in one place. The user-friendly interface and customizable features make it incredibly easy to tailor the software to fit my specific needs. Additionally, the secure telehealth functionality has been invaluable, especially as virtual visits are a large part of my practice. Additionally, I love the fact I can access from my phone which allows me the opportunity to reply to my patients in a timely manner.

Nachteile:

The only con is I wish they would automatically add the patients birthdate to the notes and to have the signature to be more aligned with the document as oppose to being very large print and in the center of the page.

Love Practice Better! Wish It Had Option To Sell Products but otherwise 10/10

Nachteile:

I can't generate ANXx12 files to do batch claims on availity unfortunately. Also wish I could sell products without having someone turn into a client Or have a separate section for like customer purchases that are NOT clients.

Great software with wide functionality

It may be a little hard to set up initially, but they have a great support team and lots of tutorial videos and articles

Wonderful program with a ton of features

Kommentare: Overall it was a decent experience. There were a few bugs that were annoying but the features offered outweighed the annoyance. When they recently raised the prices, for me it wasn't worth the cost anymore.

Vorteile:

I loved the fact that everything was extremely customizable from the SOAP notes, to the reminder emails to the menus in the patient portal. Sharing info with patients was amazing as you could share files in the documents section of the patient portal or share certain parts of the SOAP note (HUGE plus that you don't have to share the entire SOAP note). Patient chat feature is very nice.

Nachteile:

I am not a fan of the pricing structure and wish it was based more on patient visits as opposed to patients in the clinic. This simply made it too pricey since I have a lot of patients in my system but don't see them often. The program is very feature-rich but for someone who doesn't use all of the features, I felt like I was simply paying too much when they raised the prices quite considerably.

Totally Changed How I Run My Practice!

I love how easy PB was to set up and start using. Clients seem to have adapted very quickly, and I can easily chart and analyze everything I need.

Nachteile:

I could of used more onboarding and setup support. I'm still getting to know all the features.

Can’t run my business without it!

Kommentare: Very positive. It never glitches, and I’ve I need any help the support team are fast and efficient. This gives me great peace of mind.

Vorteile:

The automations, the saved templates, online billing and payment plans, text message appointment reminders, the client app.. it’s honestly like having an admin team doing all the time consuming tasks for you!

Nachteile:

Not so much a ‘dislike’ but I think there could be aesthetic improvements on programmes, specifically design and layout. I would also like to have multiple windows open at once (view protocol and type session notes at the same time)

Couldn’t live without Practice Better!

Sometimes customer service can be slow to response, since you have to submit a ticket and cannot get an immediate answer when needed

Need more protocol templates. I also wish we could have more 3rd party integrations and maybe AI.

I can manage my nutrition clients’ journals, forms, and appointments all in one convenient place. I also like to be able to communicate with them in a variety of ways on a daily basis.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to create a check-in form where I can respond to their answers and they could see it. Currently, there are only private notes available.

It’s a great company, just not affordable for start up

Very happy with Practice Better

Kommentare: Overall, this program helps with keeping information in one place, monitoring diet needs, adding protocol recommendations, billing, chat options, and much more...all in one place. Since I am the only user, help is a click away. This is important to me.

Vorteile:

The Better program has many useable features that I need to keep me on track. I can keep notes, updates and add what I need to when I need to for each client. I most like that there's help immediately when I get stumped. I also like the seminars to learn about more features and to make it all work even better.

Nachteile:

I need more assistance with setting up to use all features. I don't think I'm using everything to it's fullest. The invoicing part needs to allow editing (adding or editing original posts).

Amazing All in one EHR for dietitians, nutritionists and coaches

Kommentare: Immediate quick response for help and support. Coninuously upgrading. The software has grown immensely to support dietitians and nutritionists with their private practice.

Vorteile:

Seamless booking, billing, monthly payment plans, evergreen and fixed programmes.

Nachteile:

Inability to add recipes for my clients to make it easier for them to track. So that they can choose from a dropdpwn of curated recipes. Inability to create meal plans within the software.

Best Practice Software I've Used...
